Unusable
Unusable trash app, buggy, adds cover your buttons so you have to close and reopen app. Nothing on it works. Nothing is explained, completely over complicated for no reason, use PokeHub or just make posts on a ptcgp trading subreddit.

Great sharing app
So far this is the best app for trading Ive seen. Easy to see what other people want to trade, easy to import your collection, and ads aren’t intrusive or obnoxious.
Great for trade but bad for the “battle”
Update: more than a month and a half has passed and still nothing. What a joke and scam. No one is responding to my emails either I have traded a lot of cards through the app and I don’t pay for any premium features. It’s not perfect but it gets the job done if you’re willing to spend some time with it. The app has a battle feature where you play private battles against other users through the generated passwords. It’s fun to be able to have almost like a tournament feel to it without committing to an actual tournament. Every week you get a raffle and a chance to win poke gold for the game itself. I won two raffles and have yet to receive my reward. It’s been 3 weeks since my first raffle win. Not sure if the ad sponsors are not paying out or if there aren’t any rewards to begin with and it’s just for in-app interactions.

Great app, just needs more active users
Not user friendly
Interface is riddled with ads and pop ups, hard to navigate, and most menus don’t even tell you what the actual purpose of the menu is. I thought I was filling my dex when really for 20 mins I was adding cards to my wishlist and adding cards up trades. I got a trade offer and I didn’t see how to offer my own card, had to figure out how to turn off trades because I wasn’t even ready to trade yet, then I find out I can only add 100 cards to my “dex” before I’m met with a paywall. Yeah no thanks, i’ll go stick to trading normally in the app, sucks but sucks less than this.
No notifications
This app is great, but I really wish there was a way to have notifications. I set up notifications and I missed a lot of messages thinking there would be notifications like the number of messages on the app.
Excellent trading app
Update: They’ve reached out, updated the app, and everything is resolved. Back to enjoying the app. My one complaint comes first. When battling in the tournaments my screenshots are now being labaled invalid even though they’re the same screenshots I’ve always used. Sometimes the opponent screen glitches out to your next opponent as well and you don’t get to report a victory. I’ve reached out to support with no response. I’d love to participate but I just can’t now I guess. As far as the trading goes, it has helped me fill my Pokédex tremendously and is reliable especially when you really need one or a few cards. Would give five stars for something aesthetic and efficient as far as the tournaments go.
Monetization at the cost of usability
Update: Love the new feature where after to watch an ad to get best match, and you’re on the clock, another random ad will pop up and interrupt what you’re doing, for no apparent reason. This app is the worst. We really need some competition in this space. Update: Removing another star. This app is essentially unusable without paying for the subscription. 90% of the time you watch an ad (which is required to do nearly everything), the ad doesn’t register and you need to watch another. I’m sure it’s totally unintentional and not just pure greed. Every update seems to bring more ways to try to squeeze money from people, and more bugs. The app has become extremely slow and buggy. I was even paying for the subscription, but I’m not doing that anymore.
Buggy card display
App all of the sudden won’t show a majority of cards and instead is an empty silhouette. Until then it was solid
Prise en main frustrante
Seulement 5 minutes cumulées d’utilisation et je suis déjà frustrée par l’ux. 1. La synchronisation est bien trop contraignante, je préfère encore cocher chaque carte manuellement que de devoir scroller l’infini de la collection sur une autre app en espérant que ça fonctionne correctement tout du long, ce dont je doute. 2. Par conséquent il serait judicieux de ne pas surcharger l’utilisateur d’invitations à synchroniser, toutes les 5 cartes. Je veux juste pouvoir cocher-next-cocher-next-etc. Je suis au courant qu’on peut synchroniser et je choisis de ne pas le faire ; respectez ce choix svp. 3. Le plus rédhibitoire : il y a un bouton « ne plus afficher » sur la popup qui demande « mais dans quelle extension tu as cette carte? ». Si je choisis une extension, et clique sur « ne plus afficher » non seulement ça n’est pas pris en compte car la popup réapparaît quand même plus tard, mais en plus ce choix ferme la popup SANS enregistrer l’extension sélectionnée. Et là ça devient clairement irritant. Comme j’ai présentement envie de désinstaller, il serait incohérent de donner plus de deux étoiles.

No active real players…
I’d like to do an informed review, but since no one seems to ever use this app, it’s hard to get any experience in the app… you can message hundreds of people, wait for months and still never get a response… A simple solution to that would simply be to add a “live trade” feature, where you can send trades requests to people who are actually online and active instead of being ignored all the time… Seriously, it’s kinda disappointing and pointless to have this app because no one ever does anything…

Usability FAIL
This app could be great but it’s so NON USER FRIENDLY. There is little to no direction… everything about the layout is unclear and confusing, my wishlist? Other players wishlist? My listed for trade, community players cards listed for trade? Who knows??? Which list is the list of all my cards? For IOS users having to screen record every time you get a new card to update things is so tiedious and I know that is not the app developers fault but it kinda just adds to the already established difficulty of figuring out what cards you have listed from your own collection, what is hidden, I wish there were more clearly defined sections within the whole entire app, in every single aspect. Not being able to simply figure out what is what - honestly just makes me regret the significant amount of time spent and now wasted uploading my thousands of cards, it feels futile and pointless. Again I think I the app has a lot of potential but for new users or even kids who wish to use the app, everything seems to be too confusing to even bother. I’d love to see the entire app updated.
Manque une chose
D’autres applications sociales ont un petit chiffre blanc sur rouge qui apparaît sur le coin de l’icône de l’appli quand il y a des nouvesux messages. Ce n’est pas le cas de Poketrade et étant neurodivergente, bien souvent je pense pas regarder s’il y a des nouveaux messages et je rate parfois des échanges à cause de ça.

As of 2/12/26, I cannot close out ads. They are broken on iPhone 16 pro. I have to restart the app to use the app
Great for Finding Cards You Need
This app makes trading super fast and easy. It can take a little time, but you will eventually get the cards you need from other traders. Sometimes their card language is not exactly as listed, so it is best to ask before trading. Overall, I was able to get several cards I was looking for. Great app!

This app is way more complicated Compared with the other app. Also, most of the people never replies back. 0 response 0 interaction.
Solid premise but buggy
This is a really solid app and has a lot of potential. I immediately was able to start trading and talked with people around the world. The app can be pretty buggy though. I purchased the “remove ads” feature but still see advertisements every now and again and the “remove ads” and “PokeTrade premium” pages almost never load. Besides that, it’s a great way to organize and trade cards
Great app, until too many garbage ads got added
Just like the title says. Used it for a long while, now after a couple of searches they bombard with like 3 unskippable ads for AI garbage.

People can put cards they don’t have so if they don’t do oak first then you will get scammed or any other instance you might do a 2 for one trade
Great for trading!
Great app for trading cards, only downside is the ads when you’re trying to edit your card list! If the ads weren’t there it would def get 5 stars. They aren’t insufferable like most apps though.
Used to be better.
The amount of scammers on here since the update makes it painful to try and use this app anymore. It’s pretty bad when I’ve been attempted to be scammed 4 times in 1 days now for same card. You can report people all you want but these reports seemingly go nowhere
Can't hide longer than 7days
This is especially when trade tokens refills are only given start of every month
PokeTrade, the app you didn’t know you needed!
This app has helped me obtain so many cards I never expected to be able to get! From friends being stingy to opening countless numbers of the same packs with no luck, I needed this! I have realized my ideal collection, a card and a few seconds at a time, thanks to PokeTrade! Love this app and I can’t recommend it enough!
So many good things about the app ruined by how they do ads and notifications…
2 things I can’t stand about this app: 1. The way they implement ads, which is awful, yet it still feels too expensive to pay a subscription for the services they offer. 2. The app doesn’t let you specify which types of notifications you want to receive. I want to receive notifications if anyone messages me related to trades, but to do that I have to tolerate they’re constant barrage asking me to participate in their little “cups” or events and I can’t turn off one without turning off the other. It legit ruins the app. The way these gestures are implemented just feels greedy.
Amazing capabilities, poor interface
The real star of the app is the backend. The frontend clearly isn’t written with native APIs and suffers for it. However, it’s worth it as the app has the best system for matching up users and finding the exact trade you’re looking for. The wishlist to offering matching is exactly what I was hoping for. Being able to turn off matching is extremely helpful to not be spammed while you can’t trade anyway. I have tried the other iOS trading apps and websites, but this was the best I’ve found so far. As for the UI: it can be clunky, and buggy. Particularly on non iOS platforms (but even on iOS). Sometimes tab pages can get stuck and layered on each other. The pull to refresh animation is jarring. Scrolling on macOS requires a click to drag and text fields are buggy. And just overall the UI looks out of place on iOS. Despite the UI the usefulness of the app can’t be understated, and it still gets a good rating from me. Will be submitting plenty of feedback as I hope it improves.
App is dead
No one responds on this app, you’re just messaging profiles to get ignored. It’s such a waste of time. As well, to use features like Quick Match or Best Match - the app forces you to watch an ad to access the feature and then you tap on a match and you have to watch another ad. The ads are so spammy the app just wastes more of your time.

The cost for trades is way too high! Cannot keep up with shinedust from in game content. Would be nice to see how many of one card you have when adding cards to be traded.

Convenient, But Unoptimized
I have had success with the app and it does what it sets out to do. Interface is a bit clunky but mostly manageable. Chats for trade are very well implemented and offer features that make it easy to communicate even with a language barrier. Overall it’s a fine app, but this thing is a resource hog. Whenever I use it for even a small period of time I can see my battery drop rapidly. Menuing is laggy and constantly trying to catch up with itself. If it weren’t so poorly optimized it would certainly rate higher, but that doesn’t make it any less convenient. Just needs work.
Best trading app by far
Actually so much better than PokeHub. You have more people trading. I usually have to request to trade with 10 people to get a card in within 15-20 minutes. The UI is top notch as well
Lacks basic features, required buggy ads
Despite being the biggest trading site you won’t have your best luck finding trades here and it will take forever. Do not recommend.
