What people like
- Realistic animal sounds kids really love
- Animated cards keep attention span high
- Perfect pronunciation helps early learning skills
What they complain about
- Hard to find how to cancel subscription
- Weekly price is way too expensive
- App crashes and closes unexpectedly often
- Paid content cards just won't load
Easy Teaching
I used to name flashcards myself until I almost lost my voice. Now I let the app do the teaching. The narrator's pronunciation is perfect, and the pacing is slow enough for early learners.
👌
I’m not a baby
Instant Attention
As a preschool teacher, I know some kids lose interest after a couple of minutes, but the flashcards that animate when tapped recapture attention instantly. I now use them as rewards for sitting quietly.
Not good
The app keeps closing out on my baby
NO OPTION TO CANCEL WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION
There is no option to cancel payment/the weekly subscription in case you want to remove this app from your iPad.
Nice but not worth the money
Tried it. Kept crashing and the content is not worth the price. Good concept and I like the simplicity. But it just kept crashing. Also British English if that is something that will bother you probably not the app for you.
Attention Holder
Other apps show the same image every time, and just after a few days my son got bored of them. This one instead has slight changes on every illustration and that variation holds his attention and keeps him engaged.
BILLS 2.99 PER WEEK
Only app I’ve used in 20 years that bills on a weekly basis.. Sneaky.
Realistic Roar
My two-year-old tapped the tiger flashcard and the authentic roar was so realistic he jumped back. Then he laughed and tapped it again. Now he roars along with the app, and I love watching him do that.
Child Fun
When the app asks my 4-year-old to find the correct image among three options, she focuses like a detective. She celebrates correct answers with fist pumps, it's quite funny to see her actually.
$2.99 a week $156 a year.
$156 a year for a flash card app. People are nuts. Developer responded. “ we are constantly working on our content, so we need some bucks ;) Anyway, thank you for using our app ❤️” $156 a year for a preschooler app. Both insane and unreasonable. What this is a subscription game. Get people locked on at $2.99 a month pray they forget or now know how to cancel it and work them for $300.
English
Is the person saying the words British?
Animal echoes ABC
This app is a fantastic method for teaching my toddler new concepts. Thanks to the flashcards being interactive, they have an extra element of fun and are very engaging.
Weekly fee - really
I tried the app - my daughter enjoyed it. I would have purchased for a few dollars, but not a WEEKLY fee of $2.99. That’s crazy!
What the heck?
When you advertise a 3 day trial which can be cancelled and then provide no way to cancel. That seems like a scam to me. Found out how to cancel. I’m not that App Store literate. Your app just wasn’t what I wanted. Wanted letter flash cards that included sounds as well.
Nice 😏
I always loved these back then when I was growing up, I think they are an amazing educational option for young children and also a good way to keep them entertained.

😎
We discovered this app last year and after all these months we're sure it has really helped our son with his development and learning. Thanks a lot.
my experience
i’m 14 i’m going to use this app to learn french and hopefully further my journey i just figured out i have to pay money so now it’s 1 star
Pay over and over?
Why is this a subscription?? Just let me buy them and use it. If you add more cards then make them a download for a small fee. I’ll pay for what I want. Could you imagine buying a real deck of flash cards and you have to send the company a check every month?? This is ridiculous.

What the?!
This app is NOT user friendly! And there is no menu or settings. I signed up for the 3 day trial and I literally cannot find WHERE or HOW I cancel it...??
