Service not delivered as described, misleading
Misleading Express Delivery Service and Poor Customer Service I placed my order with EASI because the app indicated that my delivery would arrive between 7:04 pm and 7:17 pm. I specifically paid extra for express delivery based on this estimated delivery time. However, my order did not arrive until 7:41 pm — approximately 24 minutes after the latest estimated delivery time. The driver appeared to ignore the express delivery service I had paid for. In fact, I was even advised by the driver that I should not pay extra for express delivery because “it doesn’t really work.” This is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about why customers are being charged for a service that, according to the driver, may not actually function as advertised. The food arrived cold and in poor condition, with some items soggy and wet. After contacting customer service, I was eventually offered $7 compensation and a refund of the express delivery fee. While I appreciate that some compensation was provided, this does not change the fact that the experience wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience. I placed the order based on the delivery time provided, and I would not have placed the order if I had known it would arrive so late. The most disappointing aspect was the misleading delivery information and the poor handling of the express delivery service. If customers pay extra for express delivery, the service should be properly recognised and honoured. EASI should also ensure that the estimated delivery times shown to customers are accurate and reliable. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I paid for an express service that was not properly delivered, wasted my time waiting for an order that arrived significantly later than promised, and received food that was no longer in good condition.

Great food delivery
I really like using this app when it comes to ordering food. There’s a really good variety of restaurants, the app is easy to use, and delivery is usually quick. I’ve had a really good experience ordering through it and would definitely recommend it.
Do better.
Annoying service, always very slow. The drivers pick up and deliver multiple orders at a time which is annoying and you can see when your food is ready was ready up to 30mins or more before a driver will leave. This app is the only one that has certain restaurants which is a shame because the food is always soggy and cold by the time it arrives. Needs a priority service.

我們等了餐點等了1小時20分鐘， 途中 我們不想等了， 聯繫電話客服/ 微信客服/ App 線上客服，都沒有人，直到東西來了，我按了確認餐點，他們就馬上出現處理這件事，他們還說，我說湯都涼了，飯也涼了，還要拿去微波，我說我不要了，客服說，妳已經按了，但這真的很不公平，我打電話，你們不接聯繫你們的軟件，不理. 只給三塊無門檻賠償. 你們這樣的態度，讓客人很心酸，不如我自己走去買，飯菜湯都還會是熱的.
Rude driver
Prompt delivery and good food, but very disappointed with service from driver. Very rude and bad attitude even though interaction was less than a minute... It’s unfortunate how one person can really ruin the reputation of a company. I’ll be uninstalling Easi.

Really bad service
Ordered a delivery. Came after one hour and 45 mins and get the order wrong. Asked swapped the order from the delivery driver and then items missing. Happened not only once.

Disappointed
I was so disappointed with my first order. I saw the order already picked up by the driver; however, I’ve been waiting for more than 40 minutes to get my meal ( the restaurant is about 15 minutes drive). I wouldn’t use this app if I knew it’s gonna be that late. The driver explained because he got several orders from the company while picking up my meal so that he was waiting for other restaurants to get foods and deliver them to different customers at once. So, if you are hungry but need to get delivery service, try other company then.
Can get delivery from a good distance away
I’ve used this twice now and it’s been hassle free. What I particularly like is that I can get food delivered from quite a distance away. Although it costs me quite a bit, when I consider city parking and traffic - it’s well worth it when you don’t want to leave home or cook.
Worst food delivery app
Not recommend this app if you wanna wast your time for your order. I had two worst experience. At least 2 hours waiting time but the app shows 30 mins for delivery. Will never ever use this app

My friends and I all downloaded this at the same time. For one person, it charged them five times. For some it didn’t work at all. I completed my order and payment fine. Will I use it again? Not sure.

There used to be different forms of payment types but it seems like the only way to pay now is using Wechat pay.
Scam
This app is a total scam. When you place an order for delivery, it automatically signs you up for a membership without your consent and starts charging your bank account through direct debit for months without any notification or email. You only find out after checking your bank statement or transaction history. What’s worse is that they can charge you even without your bank card being linked to the app payments can go through Apple Pay or other methods without clear authorization. I strongly urge Apple to stop allowing this app to connect with Apple Pay or even be available on the App Store. This has happened to me twice, where membership fees were deducted from my account without my permission, and I only noticed the charges after several months.
