Full of pop ups
Full off pop ups and the order message remain on my screen when the app is closed , covering up the phone’s clock. Terrible design.
Bad delivery, and customer service does not gaf
Delivery people are always stuck at the same location 5 minutes before expected delivery time. They are always late 10-20min than the expected delivery time because of this. It’s probably because they use different apps to deliver to other customers. I have to pay extra money just to get my food on time. The food is often cold, but customer service does not even care. No apology, no refund. I think they should at least give a partial refund, especially when it was the delivery person’s fault that made the food inedible. I pay the full price for both the food and delivery, but all i get is a cold food that is unpleasant to eat. This is ridiculous. I used this app because it is usually cheaper than other platforms but I will stop using it from now.
Convenient
Service fees a bit much

Hidden Fees
The app offers you $10 off discounts on first order, but it isn’t really a discount when the hidden fees bump the price back up to the original price. I used a $10 off coupon on my first purchase and the price went up $6 during checkout.
Great but can improve on coupons
There’s only coupons to delivery and barely any for pick up
Great Asian food app
Love this app!

Font size
The font is way too small and it has no option to change the font size. This makes me want to use Uber app instead.

First time.
First time ordering with Fantuan. Amazed with the ease of use, & large variety of merchants on this app. My experience here is way better than on UberEats.
Fraudulent transactions
It made an unauthorised transition from my account
