Wonderful Service - worth it
I’ve only had exceptional service for myself and my kids through the doctors on this app. Very patient, professional and thorough questions are asked and considered. Even things I thought they couldnt help me with, like renewing my daughters EpiPen, thry were helpful. It’s a bit of a hit to pay the subscription fee for the year upfront, but for my family and I, who dont have a reliable doctor, its 100% worth it.

Deceptive billing
As much as I received support ASAP. Their billing structure is very deceptive. I was looking at a fee of $20 monthly only to be charged $240 yearly fee. Who creates a subscription plan and only include yearly option? This was truly deceptive and they obviously just made this change as I created an account for my sister last month and we paid $20 only for this to happen when I decided to pay mine.

Pros: This makes a lot of sense! The app is easy to use and provides medical relief when we need it most! CONS: The amount you will be charged is $240 immediately for the full year with no refund option, please read the terms closely and understand them before paying. The bullet point for annual charge is baked in the $20/month info, this is not a callout message when you select your package. I suggested the app team make a change to this and call this right at the top (first bullet point) for clearer transparency of the plan so that customers can make an informed decision!
Efficient service
I was able to speak to a doctor very quickly. The doctor was well informed, she had knowledge of my previous symptoms and asked all the right questions.

Nice Doctor answered all my concerns. Many thanks. Doctor Typed too fast and i could not keep up with our chat so felt like i wasn’t reading and absorbing the conversation we had properly .
Misleading
Despite what it says the app is not free. You sign up and then it tells you that it prioritised subscribed patients. I was fine with not being prioritised but it doesn’t let you continue if you’re not subscribed. You then have to pay quite a bit a month to use the chat feature. The only redeeming this is there’s a 3 day free trial period option. Once I started talking to my doctor I felt as if she wasn’t actually English speaking as the messages weren’t completely coherent. I did get some advice but felt like I was being a punish asking for more advice.

This Is A Scam
They advertise the service as costing only $20, but once you pay, you may end up being charged around $240 and enrolled in their annual subscription program. Initially, you’ll be connected with a “Patient Care Advisor,” and the response may seem fast and reliable. However, keep in mind that this person is not the actual doctor. After the initial consultation, you’re told that a doctor will review your case and send the prescription to your pharmacy. Unfortunately, good luck getting an accurate timeline after that. I waited over three hours, and there was no way to expedite the process or even get an estimated completion time. Despite sending complaint emails, I only received what appeared to be generic AI/template responses that did not address my concerns or provide any meaningful update. If you need medication promptly, especially for something urgent, you may be much better off going to a walk-in clinic or urgent care instead.

It’s a nice app but, is it paid now? cause I can’t seem to connect to a doctor unless I pay..

Every time I try to use the app after it’s been a while, I get an error message stating my account is locked because they’ve seen a lot of spam from my account. It resolves itself eventually and I get in, at which point the app is helpful, but it’s REALLY frustrating to get “locked out” for no apparent reason. Please fix!

SCAM $240!!!
On the app it says $20/month, but it has a small text saying it’s billed annually. which means they charge you $240!!! instead of only $20 that you think are getting charged for monthly. what a scam.

Picked the one month sub, they charged me for a year. No email showing my subscription, no way to log back in to my account. Just the big charge on my credit card. Scammers, stay away!

Misleading pricing scam
The pricing is misleading. They advertise $20/month in large font but it’s not. In small print it says it’s actually $240/year. So if you’re needing it for a short term, you’re stuck. There aren’t other options. So they are *technically* transparent but are intentionally misleading. A cost per year should be advertised as a cost per year, not a cost per month. This is a scam. ALSO they don’t let you rate them through their internal rating system unless you put in 5 stars. It says permission denied :) Scam, scam, scam.

I should’ve read all those reviews before I downloaded and subscribed the plan. At the subscription page, it showed an option of $20/month and another of $300/year. After realizing I was charged for $240 instead of $20, I finally noticed there was a small line buried among many other features saying the plan is billed annually. If both plans are billed annually, why is one displayed as $20/month while the other is shown differently? The pricing presentation is confusing and misleading. Based on other reviews, I’m clearly not the only customer who misunderstood it. If so many people have had the same experience, why hasn’t this been made clearer?

Fine print: may take over 6 hours or more for a doctor to complete your prescription
Waited 11.5 hours for my script to be processed by a physician, reached out many times to expedite the process and nothing was done. So if you need help with something more urgently beware. My prescription was not done until 11:00pm! Which meant I couldn’t even receive it until the next morning, worst thing was this company texted me promising my script would be done in 30 mins before the consult. Do not use.
