毎日1分やることを目標にしてるのに勝手に20秒とか50秒とかで終了する。やる気の時にテンション下がる

このシンプルさがいい！
今、55歳です。若い頃は柔道部で、大学生から40歳くらいまでは怖いもの知らず…といったよく居るオッサンですが、50歳を超えたあたりから、なんやかんやと運動不足になり、筋力も衰えはじめているのは承知していましたが、結局何も続かずでしたが、プランクというシンプルさと、このアプリのシンプルさのおかげで、なんとか5日間続けられています！この調子で、まずは１ヶ月を目標に頑張ります！
バックグラウンドでは動作しないのが惜しい
非常にシンプルなアプリで毎日使っていますが、バックグラウンドで動作してくれれば、より一層時間を忘れて取り組めるので、惜しいと感じました。不満はその1点のみです。その他はアイコンの可愛らしさとシンプルな機能で、完璧です。
顔を近づけてスリープになる

初心者には最適！！
プランクチャレンジのアプリは色々ありますが、1週間超えたぐらいからめちゃめちゃキツくなって、全然継続できない。 こちらは、昨日の自分との戦いなので、1秒でも長く昨日より頑張ろうと思えたり、体調的にきつい時はきつい時で、20秒でもやることが大事だから、継続するのにはとてもいいです。 何一つ継続したことないから、これだけでも継続しようと頑張ってます！！

本日腹筋のアプリをダウンロードしてシリーズ何かあるかなと見ていてもうひとつあるのは知ってましたがこちらもあるんだとダウンロードしてみました！猫の腹筋のをずっと使っていて間違えて消してしまいました。最近はYouTubeの方で運動しているのであまり使わないし、どうやら復活もできないようなんで単純なのと自分の気が向いた時に、秒数も別に決めずに気軽にできそうでこれはいいかもと思いました。
私には合っているっぽい
スタートとストップのみ。でも記録もされている。アイコンをトップの一番目につくとこにしたので、たまに日付変わっちゃうこともあるけど、一応続いてます。
単純さが嬉しい。
このアプリのシリーズのどこが好きかというと、機能一点に絞ってあることです。 その単純さに後押しされて、今２クール目です。 特に不自由はしていないのですが、もし可能ならば要望が二点あって、目標達成後はリマインダーが鳴らないようにして欲しいのと、負荷設定が◯秒×□セットなどと設定できたらとても嬉しいと思います。（もっと言うなら、インターバルの時間設定もできたらなお助かります）
