Nice food order function. Directly link to foodpanda, deliveroo, gulu and openrice
Bad user experience
Excessive information input requirement just for redeeming parking privileges. Needed to upload merchant invoice, credit card invoice, and I still need to input the name of the merchant and the amount of spending.

Wow newly remaked
Great app 💪🏾
New definition of CS. Customer serves you!?
Need “members” to fill in so much information with the recipes, no one will feel that you see us as members/customer, helper? Employees? Or what? Cutting customer services due to cost, understandable Using IT as an excuse I accept, But where are the IT? no OCR, no AI ? So outdated? If no IT support, u can still have stuff filling in the required INFO which is on the recipe uploaded. This is a joke. Esp compared to other lux shopping malls in HK
