Manually add expense for Cash
Its a great application. I didnt any button to add some previous expenses on my own for my cash. It only shows bank account. Or i should add expenses with recurring system
Bad functionality and Bad service
The app worked nicely initially. Quite expensive but i needed the capabilities of being able to download the transactions WITH labels. But the app is now quite slow when assigning labels, the download funtionality does not work anymore and what is worst is that they dont respond to my complaints except for a “we are busy”. Dont buy this.
Logged out everyday
Every day I open this app I am logged out. Can you fix please?

Echt een fijne app je kan ook inkomende tikkies bv koppelen aan uitgaande transacties. Top!
Tering app
Ik krijg helemaal de pest tering van jullie kut app, telkens maar dat betalen voor alles want anders kan je het niet doen, we moeten toch besparen voor een reden dus waarom zouden we hier dan ook nog eens voor moeten betalen, weer een abonnement erbij dat nergens op slaat en helemaal niks voor je doet. App onthoud inloginstellingen niet
Ben recent gebruiker van Dyme en over het algemeen niet ontevreden - op 1 punt na: ondanks mijn instellingen vraag de app onnodig vaak om opnieuw in te loggen en dan blijkt dat de inloginstellingen wéér teniet zijn gedaan. Ik vind dat knap irritant! Hoop dat hier snel een oplossing voor komt. Dat je eens in de zoveel tijd opnieuw moet inloggen vind ik prima, maar laat dan tenminste de instellingen intact!
Klantenservice niet te bereiken, app werkt niet goed
Ik probeerde Dyme en in eerste instantie zag ik er wel iets in. Maar naarmate ik hem langer gebruik, hoe meer dingen met opvallen in de app die niet goed werken. De klantenservice is zowel per whatsapp als mail onbereikbaar ook al heb ik een Gold abonnement van 70 euro per jaar gekozen. Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring.
Werkt matig
Ik gebruik een iPhone en heb eerder de app meerdere gebruikt om inzicht te krijgen op al mijn transacties. Werkt heel goed, maar nu wil ik de app wat intensiever gaan gebruiken en categorieën aanpassen of budgets instellen en bij heel veel schermen loopt de app vast of is het beeld zwart, dus ik ga daar wel een andere app voor moeten zoeken helaas
Very useful
The app is great for budgeting etc. Only thing is there is a mix of currency so I use GBP£ but when making a recurring expense on the app it seems to only be set to € then when it totals everything, it does a currency conversion, so the total isn’t the same in GBP Many thanks

Goeie app, overzichtelijk. Was wel fijn geweest als je ook nog een notitie bij elke betaling kon zetten. En misschien nog een paar opties
Bank koppelen
Koppelen met belgische bank (bnp fortis) wil maar niet lukken.
Sympathiek maar nog wel met fouten en onduidelijkheden
Erg sympathiek idee en aardige mensen die er werken. Maar de mails zijn soms onduidelijk en/of niet kloppend.

Zeer slechte ervaring
Wat een vreemde gebruikerservaring. Je installeert Dyme om meer grip te krijgen op je geld, koppelt eerst je bankrekening en deelt daarmee behoorlijk gevoelige financiële gegevens en vervolgens krijg je te zien dat je een abonnement moet nemen om echt gebruik te kunnen maken van de functies. Dat voelt compleet achterstevoren. Wees voordat iemand zijn bankgegevens koppelt gewoon glashelder over wat gratis is en waarvoor je moet betalen. Een app die je moet helpen grip te krijgen op abonnementen en terugkerende kosten, probeert je vervolgens zelf aan nóg een abonnement te helpen. Als ik vooraf duidelijk had geweten dat ik na het koppelen van mijn bankrekening tegen abonnementskosten aan zou lopen, had ik mijn bankgegevens überhaupt niet gekoppeld. Voor mij reden genoeg om de app direct weer te verwijderen.
Goed idee
Het idee is fijn. Ik word er wel vaak uitgegooid. En ook m’n rekening word soms weer losgekoppeld. Dan moet ik alles opnieuw instellen.
Slow
The app is slow, I’m clicking on things multiple times and nothing happens. I have to keep closing app and opening again to move to different areas.
Works ok
Is a bit slow when categorizing and the icons for custom categories do not work; regardless of which one you choose the app doesn’t show it and adds a random one. This is one of the first glitches I see and have only been testing the app for about 10min. 🙄

Zeer slechte service, zomaar contracten zonder akkoord van jou.
Dyme heeft voor mij een energiecontract afgesloten zonder dat ik daar bewust of expliciet toestemming voor heb gegeven. Ik vind het absurd dat een app zoiets ingrijpends zomaar kan doorzetten zonder eerst mijn duidelijke akkoord af te wachten. Toen ik dit wilde oplossen, bleek de klantenservice ook nog eens vrijwel onbereikbaar. Pas na 2,5 maand kreeg ik een reactie, die vervolgens niet eens aansloot op mijn vraag. Uiteindelijk heb ik het zelf met het energiebedrijf moeten oplossen, terwijl het probleem via Dyme was ontstaan. Wees dus zeer voorzichtig met deze app. Zonder duidelijke toestemming handelen en je vervolgens nauwelijks helpen als het misgaat, vind ik absoluut onacceptabel

Long way to go
Great idea, but bad execution. I connected my monzo only to discover that Dyme was not smart enough to understand money moving between pots which makes Dyme rather useless as it counts each pot withdraw as a transaction which messed up all insights I could have gotten. Maybe this app is for someone with a very old school bank.
Niet gebruiken als belg
Jammer genoeg kan je als belg deze app niet gebruiken. Hij vind amper Belgische bedrijven zoals telenet of de CM. Opnieuw zoeken dus naar een gepaste app voor een mooi overzicht te hebben op mijn financiën

Very useful!
Automatisch categoriseren onvoldoende en daardoor is de app te duur
Dit ging zo vaak fout en bij zo veel posten moest ik alsnog handmatig een categorie toevoegen. Dan doet ABNAMRO het voor mij net zo goed/slecht, maar dan wel zonder extra kosten. De toegevoegde waarde van deze app is voor mij nihil en bij de eerste abonnementsperiode van drie maanden heb ik binnen een maand opgezegd.

Fantastic idea for an app but so slow
I love this app but I half the time I press a button it doesn’t register, everything takes ages to load but if it gets fixed then this is 5/5 app - makes life so easy to keep track of spending
Great functional app
Really easy to use. Great at highlighting any hidden rolling subscriptions you might have (I had a few!).
Oplichters
Ik wordt er echt emotioneel van. Wie Dyme download zit vast aan een bizarre rekening en er wordt gedaan alsof de abonnementsonderhandelingen bij andere services (internet, krant) daar onder vallen. Dat is NIET zo. Ze onderhandelden voor mij met NRC, kwamen uit op een bedrag dat me eigenlijk per jaar niet scheelde en schreven zonder pardon 53 euro af voor de ‘commissie’. Maken misbruik van mensen, echt schaam je.

In the middle of changing details a black screen pops up and never goes away and you have to close and open the app
Bank koppelen
Erg overzichtelijke app, maar heel jammer dat je enkel Nederlandse banken kan koppelen. Hopelijk snel uitbreiding naar Belgische banken!

Useful app
Seems like a useful service to track expenses and cancel awful expensive subscriptions that can hidden among other payments . I wish only i could connect my UK bank account.
Doesn’t have my bank?
Can’t use the app, spent time downloading and setting up and account, reading privacy policies etc only to find they don’t even have my bank listed? It is one of the leading banking groups in the UK, yet they have some weird obscure banks I have never heard of. Disappointing.
Very useful when living in the NL
The application is very practical but it doesn’t synchronize with Belgian banks only with banks from the NL

Doesn’t work
Added my Amex and it said no transactions to import. Shows me a weird balance in the wrong currency. Removed the connection and uninstalled.
