Great app
Loved the service, very affordable, I went more movies this summer than any other. It is basically monthly tickets less but less than original ticket prices, with extra benefits like earning credits and popcorn & drink discounts, I can use it in my favorite movie theater, reserve in advance and checkin at theater with the app. Best for movie lovers and couples like us but it might be good for families I guess, there are option to get plans for more person. 3D IMAX xplus every format we can go, loved the app, very good idea thanks

Enjoyed it at first but unfortunately their advertising is dishonest and very poor customer service.
Great program, slightly imperfect app
The Subscribe program is great and definitely worth it Some things I wish could be improved in the app. When I cancel a reservation, I don’t immediately see my new number of reservations remaining. I have to exit and reenter. At first, it makes me think the cancellation wasn’t successful. Also, late at night, it says there are “no movies” “Now Playing,” and I have to go to the “Coming Soon” section instead
Glitches too much
This movie app is too glitchy!!! There is always an issue with not being able to buy discounted food items bc the whole tab is gone! Or you buy tickets and the whole order is gone! Like I know time are tough but jeeze someone there has got to use the app weekly to see the issues that the subscriber does.
App is good
App is a good app, but it would be great if I could see movie trailers from the app. Instead you get just a picture of the movie and if you want to see more information about the movie you have to leave the app and look it up.
Good Deal
$30 for any five movies when the regular price for a standard 2d movie is $15 is a very good deal.
App keeps malfunctioning slow response time from teen
The app keeps showing nothing at my theater and many others. It keeps ruining my evening plans response time from the app team is very slow. Thinking about canceling and just going to the movies on Tuesday night
Lack of Movie Summaries
This app is nearly perfect, only critique is that there are no summaries of the movies that are showing, so you’d have to look up what the movies are about elsewhere.
Selection
With this app it’s very easy to make a selection of movies that are playing in the theaters. You get to select the theater you want to go to, time, and seating according to your seating preferences. You also know which new movie are coming out for the month. I enjoy this app. The membership prices are excellent.
An unexpected error occurred
I bought the subscription and I tried making reservation and it’s constantly giving me an error stating “an unexpected error occurred”. Literally waste of time and money.
Convenient
I think it’s user friendly in that you can easily select a movie and time. I wish there was an option to view movie duration and synopsis though. My only complaint really.

An error occured
After paying for the subscription, I tried making reservation for seats and it keeps giving me unexpected error occured. Don't waste money an this app, it's a waste of time.
A bit of an issue
This app has been a lifesaver for me since 2019 when I started using it. However, I’m having difficulties as of today where whenever I tried seeing my reservations for the tickets I’ve have (have one for Fast and Furious 9 for this Thursday), or even seeing a new movie, I keep getting this weird message saying “You’re no device change rights left, please contact support”, I have no idea what that means, I’ve been using this phone for a year and had no problems until today. Also, the loading for the movie options take forever, idk if it’s a connection problem, or it’s an issue people are having. I really don’t want this to ruin my day seeing Fast 9 this Thursday!

This app is very convenient to use and gives me access to the White Plains City Center IMAX which has the best picture and sound!
Thieves.
All is well until there was a pandemic… They charged me for the entire month at the beginning of the month right before they canceled it… then commence, charging me without notifying me later on in the year. If you’re trying to cancel this subscription, they give you the runaround. The contact button on the app no longer works mysteriously. I canceled the card. They went into the records and used the previous card I from years ago. They were charging me for six months on a different card without me realizing it. I wasn’t even using the subscription. Now they refused to refund me.
Close to perfect
The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that I cannot purchase additional seats through the app. I have to order other tickets via showcase site separately. The extra steps are inconvenient. Ideally I could book my seat and purchase from same app. Otherwise, very easy to use.

Super easy and affordable.
Just takes your $$$$
I just paid $38 to join and tried to reserve my first movie and keep getting an error message. I’ve tried redownloading the app and still an error message. So I just donated $38 to showcase and the only way to contact someone is through email. Don’t waste your money, now I’m stuck in a 3month commitment.
Wallet Compatibility
Great app overall. I’d just suggest that you add apple wallet compatibility for the tickets. It would be more convenient to just pull up the ticket by double tapping the side button.
I love this service what Moviepass should have been
After the dumpster fire that was 2020 for movies. So happy to be back in theaters. It’s super easy to use. The subscription pays for itself if you love movies. Make sure to get their Free loyalty card. When you spend $50 you get $5. As soon as you take your family to a movie you get a $ credit that you can use for popcorn or another movie. No additional fees when you buy a ticket through the their other app. If there is a showcase delux near you, get this service. Movie theaters are the last place where you WANT to put away your phone. These places are rare and should be encouraged
A shame a disgrace
Wasted money on this and it doesn’t even work. Don't bother trying to contact them, they don't answer at all.
Auto seat select
App is great but it would b good if they didn’t auto select the seat and u have to x it before selecting seats.
Great and easy to use
It’s a great deal if you enjoy going to the movies and the app is easy to use and straight to the point.
Cannot select any seats
This app has become unusable ever since they blocked off whole rows of seats due to distancing requirements. If your buying one ticket, all available gray shaded seats are “unavailable” to select because the default selection is one of the red shaded unavailable seats. When I try and select my seat, the app thinks I’m selecting two seats.
Decent App for Movies
You get 2 tickets to 3 movies between your membership start date and monthly renewal. It is tricky to cancel a movie in a pinch. Hint - You have to slide the reservation to the left.

Makes going to the movies a lot easier and less stressful, you can choose the seats you want, and not have to worry about lines or missing out bc the show was sold out!! Super convenient, easy and straightforward to use...
App is not working
After upgrading the app, it is no longer working. I get “connection error” on 4 different phones. Guys, please fix it ASAP as the my subscription is not working.
