Not giving enough coin
I don’t know how my coin is getting reduced as am not unlocking any new chapters, wanted to increase the coin to read a novel but it’s every day showing the same coin collection after the check in. Very poor service

Wallet recharge is unfair
There’s some wrong with the app . It’s been 6 times I had recharged the wallet but I didn’t get the coins . They are really unprofessionals and unethical. Really disappointing. No transparency on the hidden charges. Really upset with app.

Interesting but need to wait to earn points to open chapters
Stories are amazing.. awesome collections, only challenge is you need to earn points to open the next chapter. This is very time consuming. Also points earned are just 2 per day. There should be some bonus points or some thing to accumulate more which will help to get the entire book open.

The stories is good but It's hard to earn coins. Not everyone can purchase it if use credit card. If there's any other way to get the coins it will be more interesting than have to wait every single day to collect 2 coin to purchase one chapter. The stories in her not that bad, translation ok. They give you about 5 to 8 chapters then you have to buy coins, which I don’t mind. The coin are ridiculous expensive and each chapter 5 coin. There are many Webnovel that update regularly without going broke.

I had purchased 399 worth of 75 coins however I tunes has deducted 1912rs from my account I want a refund at the earliest . Is this the way you guys take money from people also there is no options to delete bank account.
