Works fine as an app token
An easy to use verification method. I had some difficulties setting it up the first time but it is now fine. The support team could not find the initial issue when setting up the token so I was left without access for two weeks. I ended up fixing itself after a while. It was probably the support team who fixed it but I didn’t get a call or email telling me about the fix. I had figure it out alone.

Not working
The app does not work with IOS 17, no update is provided. Simply stopped working with IOS 16 as well

Bug with registration code entering
I cannot even enter the app in iphone. The registration code contains digits and letters but the keyboard from the app only allows me to type digits… Thats from months. Please fix this, the app is unusable.

Проблем с новия ъпдейт на IOS 17
Вече повече от месец приложението не работи с новата операционна система на Apple. При положение, че повече от половин година се предоставят бета версии, не разбирам защо отнема толкова много време да се отстрани проблема. Поне да бяхте предупредили клиентите си да не ъпдейтват новата версия на IOS. Създава изключително неудобство, защото в момента единствения вариант да потвърждавам транзакции е да използвам таблет, който не винаги ми е под ръка….От съпорт центъра никакво внимание! Пълно безобразие…много съм разочарована и определено при първа възможност ще си сменя банката!!!

No!
you are tragic! weeks you can not update adequately and accordingly I could not manage my money! I had to take a day off to go to a physical office and change my way of confirming! I do not recommend, if it depends on you, do not use this bank! No flexibility and no thought for the customer.
