Ottima app funzionale e comoda. Piccola pecca: lo storico delle registrazioni dell energia prodotta che resta visibile dall’ app è inferiore ai 12 mesi, questo non permette di fare paragoni tra lo stesso mese dell anno prima e il mese corrente
In manutenzione
Sono tre giorni che il sistema è in manutenzione causando il fermo dei dati di flusso 🤬...non vi sembra eccessivo il tempo preso per eseguire la manutenzione programmata?....

Non funziona più
All’ improvviso esce sessione scaduta, provato più volte con diversi dispositivi a tentare l’accesso ma sempre con esito negativo. Sarò lieto di mettere 5 stelle solo quando verrà ripristinato il corretto utilizzo.
Ottimo ma si sono cancellati i dati storici
Dai grafici vedo solo gli ultimi 12 mesi quando prima vedevo la produzione mensile da quando l’avevo installato. Come si possono recuperare ? Cosa è successo?
Molti problemi
L'app non è aggiornata da tempo, i grafici sono ben fatti ma approssimativi e non si possono zoomare, spesso i sistemi sono "in manutenzione" anche per giorni interi.

L’app nel mio caso non funziona, segnala sempre che a casa mia è nuvoloso e nonostante l’inverter sia stato mandato indietro non capisco perchè la produzione sia sempre bassa non capisco se il problema sia l’app o ancora l’inverter comunicare con l’assistenza è praticamente impossibile

La app è fatta molto bene intuitiva e utile mancano però le notifiche push degli eventi. Se si potessero inserire le stelle diventerebbero 5 👍
Problema calcolo percentuale da periodo a periodo
Ho riscontrato che nella vostra applicazione non si può vedere la percentuale corretta da un periodo ad un altro di mia scelta. Es .: se volessi sapere quanto ho consumato in percentuale di autosufficienza da gennaio ad aprile nn me lo indica perché anche se sposto il giorno dal calendario in automatico mi da l’anno da gennaio a dicembre… peccato. Il dubbio mi è venuto vedendo i consumi es.: dal fotovoltaico 800 kWh e dalla rete 700 kWh da gennaio ad aprile (fino ad oggi), vedendo la percentuale di autosufficienza sono al 45%!????!!! Nn dovrebbe essere più alta?

Non mi funziona eventi attivi, se vado nelle impostazioni, la mappa di Google Maps, non viene caricata mi da errore Java script ……
Funzionale e supporto 🔝
Chi mi ha installato l’impianto non ha saputo aiutarmi sulla configurazione dell’app. Ho riscontrato un problema all’accesso per pasticci che avevo creato in vari tentativi di login. Il supporto mi ha risposto prontamente via mail risolvendo il problema. 5 stelle per app e supporto.
Putrid
Honestly.. would rate it zero if I could. I paid big money for this inverter.. and that application that goes with it is seriously the most poorly designed app I’ve experienced.. I can’t even get it to register my device.. logs me out all the time.. and provides close to zero data when it is actually working.. customer satisfaction - non existent.

È dal 18-03-23 che appena apro l’app, mi compare : gentile cliente la Informiamo che effettueremo manutenzione programmata su aurora vision etc etc, in passato poi la scritta era scomparsa dopo L’intervento, adesso no. Cosa fare???? Grazie

App utile per il controllo del sistema …ma poco precisa ,sia rispetto hai consumi riportati in bolletta ,che rispetto alla app dell’ installatore con cui ho avuto modo di confrontarla Spero in un aggiornamento in modo che sia più precisa

App not monitoring my solar
I had an aurora -abb inverter (model uno-dm-4.6-TL-PLUS-US-SB-RA-Q) and was advised this app will monitor it. I downloaded the app and logged on. Setup the inverter through the max address. But it doesn’t seem to work.
Quasi perfetta….
L’App e ottima per monitorare i consumi e la produzione di tutto l’impianto, ma necessita di alcune cose indispensabili e anche alcuni accorgimenti - Compatibilità con la Dynamic Island, quindi riprogettazione della schermata da iPhone 14 - Widget funzionali che ti permettano di vedere l’andamento dell’impianto senza entrare nell’app ogni volta - Integrazione nella Smart Home Nel 2023, dove la tecnologia e presente ovunque e si cerca di integrare quasi tutto direi che sono piccole cose da nn sottovalutare in aziende così
Terrible and annoying
You need to go back and forth between the graph and the menu selection to make the output update. And VERY annoyingly, it’s now May 2023. Every. Single. Time I open the app I get a warning about scheduled maintenance on Aurora Vision back in March 2023. This app seems to get very little love from the developer. I chose an ABB inverter as it is a quality brand. Pity the software support does not match the hardware quality.
Fallos en la información
En general la aplicación me gusta. Solo le veo un pero. Si no hay corriente de red eléctrica, y solo nos alimentamos de placas solares, no puedo ver que generan las placas y por tanto no puedo saber que gasto puedo realizar en cada momento. La información que se facilita en este caso es el consumo de la casa, pero si las placas generan más energía no lo indica en ningún lado. Por otra parte hace dos dias que la información es rara. La gráfica nos indica la producción de energía que entra a casa y de ahí el excedente se vuelca a compañía. No sabemos cómo solventar el fallo
Ottimo, servizio clienti e app
Il servizio clienti è eccezionale, avevo un problema con il MAC già registrato dal mio installatore e loro lo hanno risolto subito, cordialissimi e molto professionali. L'app è molto ben fatta, minimale e con tutte le info necessarie e chiare. Sarebbe meglio se fosse più facile avere una chat nel sito, o un numero per contattare l'assistenza più facilmente. Sarebbe anche carino avere un tab per visualizzare direttamente i costi risparmiati . Comunque, eccezionale l'app, soprattutto rispetto ai competitor

Cannot even create a plant! Continually just says “error plant registration”
App ottima ma può migliorare
App davvero fatta bene e molto intuitiva, manca solo una cosa, metterò 5 stelle se aggiungete le notifiche push quando accade un evento.

Anomalia subito risolta
Ho avuto un problema nella creazione dell’account e subito il supporto ha risolto con velocità (di domenica!!), cortesia e competenza.
App needs some work
After a couple of days of use, this app needs some serious re-vamping! Seems slow, would be nice if there were some kind of transition between selecting different tabs and updating/ refreshing. It’s just not user friendly. Need to be able I put a $$ amount for kw used and energy produced so we can see real time how much we’re saving.
Big Improvement in APP & Service with Fimer
No worries with the app and I can get a tech guy on the phone quickly. It’s improved a lot in the last update wince Fimer have taken it on.
Doesn't send notification
App doesn't send notification to email or through app to say when things have stop working, when unit not getting power so would be good to see an upgrade to tell you when these thing happen and either send notification to phone or email
Energy Viewer app
I’ve had this 1 month. The App has not loaded/ worked for 75% of the this time. I’ve called the company several times. They inform me that I have set it up correctly. They keep telling me they are doing updates on the system causing the app not to work. Personally I think that this response is just a cop out. Wish there was another app compatible with my ABB invertor.

Contattato il supporto che celermente ha corretto l’anomalia che rilevavo sull’indicazione dei flussi l’app e’ perfetta per il controllo dell’impianto. Per le 5 stelle si attende con impazienza eventuali prossimi sviluppi.
Rubbish
Poorly designed app, limited data available compared to other inverter monitoring apps out there. It often doesn’t work for me, always receiving an error message that there’s a wifi comm error with the inverter yet the inverter is connected when logged in directly to the inverter. I’ve contacted Fimer and the installer directly a few times and neither have been able to help. App has now logged me out completely and just gets stuck on the terms and conditions page trying to load.
Graph problem
When you change date or if choose 7 days or 30 days you can’t see the results and or if you choose the date only on from web site working fix and that . And if you put to see and panel how many watts make

Poor performance
I’ve only had the app 2 months. Frequently not giving any data and logging me out way to often. Pathetic app to be able to track our energy use. So not a happy customer.
Need monthly totals.
The app seems to do what I want, but does not have a monthly total ie for the last 12 months. This should be added as per the other app. Update this and it’d be great.
Updates do not install
Tried numerous times to update. This program changed without my input from one form to another. Opened app, and discovered now different company. Wtf..... still unable to update. Hopeless.

Rubbish app
It's been months and it still doesn't work. I've even logged a support request. The app logs out immediately. Wish I knew this didn't work as being able to monitor my electricity usage is a big priority for me. I wonder if other inverters have this problem.
Few new features but not good enough- don’t download this
A few new visual display changes have been added with the new update but the load and response time has gone from bad to worse. There are times when the information won’t even load. Not impressed with the app development. Don’t download, stick with the old versions.
