What people like
- Setup process is super easy
- Great for initial inverter commissioning
- Interface feels clean and intuitive
What they complain about
- App keeps crashing and disconnecting
- Login loops and timeouts are endless
- Firmware updates take forever to finish
Hopeless
This app is absolutely rubbish. It does not work
Sehr schnelle Inbetriebnahme!
Die Inbetriebnahme meines Gen24 Wechselrichters hat einwandfrei funktioniert
Schade
Bring back the old version
We found the first version easy & simple to use. To be able to see which panels are working and at what capacity would be great. Once our solar was in our installer didn’t want to know us.
Läuft
Tip Top
I hate this app
Works for a very short time, constantly having to generate new passcodes to log back in. Even then you can’t ensure you’ll be able to log back in. Writing this review in extreme frustration.
Schrott
Absoluter Schrott …
Alles da was man braucht
Frustration and endless loops of agony….
Fronius have developed an excellent tool for pushing you over the edge. Duplication and frustration: multiple logins, two apps, requires wifi to inverter and internet simultaneously. The loops never end but your sanity may! Firmware upgrades can take days (3 last time), inverters disappear off the system and are blind, at the end of it a message that says the hardware selected does not yet have have available firmware. Had SMAs previously and never an issue, ever. Avoid - buy a sungro or anything else!!!
Panneax solaire
Sehr gut
Sehr gut
Trash App
This app will not help you in any way.
Weiter so Fronius!👍
Will have to reconsider my choice now
I was just about to accept a quote from an installer, which included Fronius G24, but after finding the reviews of the monitoring app here why would I ?
Tolle App
So macht die Inbetriebnahme wirklich Spaß. Alles drin, vielen Dank dafür :)
Bad app
Such a poor app, such up was extremely hard. Once set up it’s hard to understand what the information was all about . What a poor product and app
Great Interface
Shout out to Fronius and the new Solar.start app. Great interface
Not working
Automatic log out the app after few seconds log in
Fast commissioning
Really easy to start up the inverter... especially the third step to bring it into solar.web..
Absolutely horrible
Do not get fronius I repeat you will be on site for 3 hours just trying to get the app going. Its not worth the time and effort
Top
Super App, Top Qualität
Next to useless
This is the app you get when you design one without reference to an end user out in the wild: complicated, unintuitive with dead end broken navigations. I would love to use it but enquiries to the Australian and Global offices are met with typical corporate silence. Clearly the developers created an app for themselves. Given up.
Top
