Beautiful… but slow
The app design is really well done. It’s very aesthetically pleasing. However there are times where it is incredibly slow. Like, to the point where I have just given up trying to get it to work at times, and just come back later.

Extremely slow, can’t click to see gallery views or downloads, very glitch-y. After many years of using this service, I will be leaving Pic-time and transitioning to a new platform. Do not recommend.

Why is upload limited to photos app?
It seems very odd to me that the only way to upload photos on the iPad using the app is through the Photos app and that you can’t use the Files app to get the photos into your Pic-Time Gallery. Also, getting Help through the app is slow and ridiculous. If you’re question doesn’t fit the 2 to 3 options the AI bought wants to give you.
I like it but…
Prioritize functionality and not the cutesy stuff. Not a huge fan of 2.0.

Frustrating
I had success downloading 7 photos to my device and then the downloads started failing! I can’t even download one photo now. Very frustrating!

App crashing
I am constantly having to log back into my account even if I’ve just used it moments ago. It will make me do two email verifications within 30 minutes of already doing it. Extremely annoying!
Constantly getting logged out
UX could use some improvement, especially since they already allow the Full Photographer Interface on mobile. I’m constantly getting logged out, which can be frustrating when hoping to show clients and friends your work in person.

Enjoying, but could have better UX
Love the product so far, but a few things making the UX more difficult. 1. The login experience isn’t great, please give me the option to sign in with google 2. It took me too long to figure out how to turn on the digital download feature. Why is this not on by default and/or at the top of the list of products? 3. The mobile download experience is confusing. I’m testing out what my clients will go through and keep getting stuck trying to download (purchase) multiple pictures. After hitting the download button on one photo, it should be easy to select more photos like the web flow is
Malfunctioning
It’s great to have all galleries at my fingertips- unfortunately I’m unable to download most photos because the app glitches and stops before reaching even halfway and I have to start all over again. I suggest a different app for accessing pictime photos
Every once in a while it keeps signing me out
It gets a bit annoying so please fix it when possible. The app is up to date and it still happens.

I have been waiting for an app for forever! I am loving it to far ! Pic- time is my favorite gallery delivery service so adding an app is literally the best !
Pain to use
Downloading photos is a pain. Still trying to figure it out. Can’t simple click and save. Wish I didn’t have to use
Signing in
Somehow have to re sign in every few weeks which is like a 5 step process thanks to the verification and the app not allowing pasting on the email screen. Just keep it signed in!
Buggy
Can’t like photos easily or download in a batch from mobile. Reported problem to developers.
Love Pic-Time, not so much on app
Very buggy, inconsistent, and unreliable. Have to login every time I open the app. Crashes/freezes sometimes. I think it has gotten better recently but so hopeful it’ll keep improving.

I hate the two factor authentication is via email and no matter what you do, you aren’t able to login to the app anymore

Après une longue hésitation, j’ai fini par prendre Pic-time et je n’ai aucun regret. La présentation est au top, ainsi que la qualité du rendu visuel avec un effet wahou lors du visionnage des clients. Boutique avec offres entièrement personnalisables. Seuls bémols, aucune traduction en français pour la partie gestion côté photographe, la galerie en revanche est en français pour les clients. Puis, manque de détails sur la gestion de la boutique, avec les revenus nets que cela peut générer.
Desktop is amazing, mobile app is trash
As a photographer who pays hundreds of dollars for Pic-time each year, I literally don’t understand why they don’t have a functional mobile version of the photographer interface. Please, we beg of you, address this asap 🙏🏻
Bro stop logging me out after I close the app
App interface is awesome. It just logs me out all the time. Super inconvenient with two factor authentication and stuff when I need to access photos fast.

Simply doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, doesn’t show photo numbers unless you’re in a certain format and won’t download the favorites

It’s actually incredible having access to my galleries from my pocket. I can assist clients and manage things on the go. It is far from perfect, but it keeps getting better as time goes on!
What happened??
Had this app for years now and all of a sudden it is not working correctly.. this app is the only one that wont allow my iPad to change the screen orientation… meaning when i open the app connected to my keyboard, it should be in landscape, like it has been since i got the iPad… now it stays in portrait.. i have to turn the ipad in order to use the app.. and yes, it is the only app that is giving me issues.. no other app is doing it. Yes, i turned it on and off. Yes, i deleted the app and redownloaded it. So yes, its the app.
It’s impossible
I’ve been trying to upload exported jpegs from my iPad onto the app and it just gets stuck. Nothing happens whether I choose the max 100 photos or just 5 photos. This seriously needs to be fixed otherwise it makes the app unusable

Huge fan of Pic-Time, from the clean design of the app, to the super helpful support, not to mention the great gallery store tools, it has everything I need for my photo business!

All the images don’t upload on safari and you can’t upload on the app…the web browser on your desktop is good that’s it

I try to open the app, but it immediately closes. There hasn’t been an update to the mobile app in over a year. Please make this app more mobile friendly and easy to use for photographers!
Inconsistent & Buggy
I want to be a subscriber but the app is buggy. The app stops working when you push it to the background or come back to it later forcing you to log back in each and every time. Very annoying.

Extremely buggy
I always have issues logging in as I have two accounts I often have to switch between. There is no option to download web size vs high res. When downloading from app there is not gauge as to how many photos have already downloaded, how many there are left, if any have even downloaded, and when I go to check my camera roll to see if the download has worked it usually errors out and stops the download completely. So many issues. Pic-Time on my laptop from the web browser? Absolutely perfect. The Pic-Time app? Terrible and even worse since the update.
Grateful for an app but has serious issues
As a long time pic time user I’m grateful to have an app. But honestly the issues within the app make it almost not worth it. Soooo many things within the app make it not user friendly. And that’s IFFF you can even get the app to launch. Really hoping some fixes come soon cause it’s getting harder and harder to use it
The app needs more functionalities
I’d like to be able to do more with the app on the go without having to login to desktop mode.

Terrible app that never seems to work.
I love Pic-Tim galleries but this app is worthless. It never loads, has a spinning wheel for 98% of the time it’s open, and it compresses images for downloads so much it greatly diminishes quality. Pic-Time needs to bag the app and WORK ON MAKING THE PHOTOG DASHBOARD MOBILE RESPONSIVE. Not sure how many of us need to keep repeating this over and over again, but I’ll just keep saying it until it finally happens.
Very buggy and laggy app
I love pic time and how I can use it in my workflow. But the app is just super buggy and laggy. Pressing a button often doesn’t work or happens way later than expected. In 2021 there should be a smoother running app. Especially when a company is this popular. I hope you will make updates VERY soon. Because I really enjoy your service.
Where is the iPad support ?
I don’t understand how it wasn’t something that made compatible at launched with the phone version. Make it make sense. I was really hoping that last few updates would magically have this fixed but it doesn’t. I use pic time app on my iPad the most since it helps me not bog up my phone when creating instagram posting so having the functionality of not having to remove my iPad and turn it horizontal to use the app properly that would be amazing. I think creating the iPad version to have the ability to see the photographers backend with easier access would also greatly help. I have other ideas too so feel free to DM me on instagram
