Not enough
I don’t feel it’s fair to charge me 4,000 for a 1:3 uncommon and I spent nearly over 100,000.00 just to get 1 uncommon. Or when I spend I have to pay diamonds ti get the same exact cards I would get with just diamonds. And the trade bot doesn’t trade all decks. It’s doesn’t allow us to trade more then 4 times. And some people just like to hoard cards and don’t trade or aren’t collecting what you’re collecting so it’s hard. Please find a solution for this thank you

Been on this app since the beginning and I gave up on it because it became nothing more than an addictive cash grab. Quite ridiculously so.
Why no Lynxley’s?
I love,love,LOVE this app. My only complaint is wanting Kitty,Pawbert,and Cattrick Lynxley as cards as I love those characters from Zootopia 2.

The app is too much detailed. You have to pay to get beautiful cards. The odds ratio are not correct on most selections. The cost of the app goes up every year with no incentive. Trades are not fair and they are greedy. Keep the app simple and don’t update with more elaborate content.
Great App But Enable Printing Like TTF Please!
Love this app and all the Topps Collect apps but without a doubt my hands down favorite is Topps Total Football because you can collect cards and parallels that can actually be printed! They all have a limited run of /99 max except numbered cards which are numbered to the number on the card (i.e. /75 has only 75 physical copies that can be redeemed) I have a ton of Legendaries in this app but I don't really see the point in continuing to buy them and buy packs because what do i really do with an /5 digital copy of a card that only lives inside this one app? I'm sure people would be happy to pay for the printing fees (I know I've gladly paid to have many TTF cards) I don't understand why all the other collect apps don't do this and I highly suggest that Topps and the developers strongly consider adding this feature to all Topps Collect apps.
Must play game
Love ripping these Disney cards I collect loccana cards but there so hard to buy at the moment haven’t managed to get any in months so really enjoying this game thank you Disney collect by Topps you’ve helped my anxiety ❤️

As much as I want to like this app, it seems like after every few packs I open the app shuts down back to my Home Screen. I don’t understand why it keeps doing it. Please fix and I’ll change my rating.
To trade or not to accept a trade
The app is great n’ all but, when you decide to do a trade nobody wants to accept it and when it says “declined” you can’t get rid of it. Then it says “expired” you can’t get rid of it either. I’m already dealing with a lot of greedy traders in this app and I can’t stand it. Another thing, when you have this new feature “instant trade” how come it can’t accept golden gallery, mirrored memories, daily Disney cards every month every time you “accidentally” missed a day or two ESPECIALLY the super rares, etc? One other thing, how come you don’t reward both coins and diamond each time I come back to the app? It’s both fair and unfair.

Virtual Packs Slaving away, opening virtual packs of almost nothing. Every tap, another advertisement wearing the costume of a collectible. Disney smiles. I keep scrolling. The packs are endless. The chase is endless. I wasn’t collecting cards anymore. I was collecting anticipation. Now comes the silence. Confusion. I have no access to my account. Thousands of moments, thousands of purchases, sealed behind a password, a server, a decision that isn’t mine. I want to speak face to face with Disney. Not the castle. Not the logo. With the people who decided that ownership could become permission. Walt dreamed of worlds people could walk through. I only ask to hold what I believed I had already earned.

I would give this game a 5 star if there were bulk crafting options in the workshop.
Recent huge fail
Changes this week have resulted in events that are prohibitive to play. Perhaps coding error as no longer earning cards by interacting with app. Chat monitors are not addressing concerns. Seems inappropriate and out of character for the brand.
Horrible update
Everything is so small. Stupid extra steps you did NOT used to make us do. Glitches up the ying yang. Keeps kicking you out of the program and have to reopen it multiple times a day Cache is slower than snails

Good game but pay to win
Good game but opening packs the odds of getting an epic, legendary card are so low like I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I’ve never gotten a epic and I’ve only got a legendary from doing a trade.
Update sucks!
It was a fun and enjoyable 5 star app, update made it really really bad with nonsense stuff and keeps crashing in the middle of whatever you are doing. Many people are about to leave this app. (If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it} Fix your app crashing! This makes trading impossible!
Trading Paywall
I used to love this game, and love trading but after I took a break i found that theres now a 5 dollar paywall to trade, i was fine with the inapp purchases before because they didnt limit anything but this is ridiculous

Love the game but can we have more Disney channel original movies? I haven’t seen high school musical since 2021 please can you do a reboot of cards again with new pictures, from all 3 movies and some camp rock and Hannah Montana
New update sucks
Please bring back the old interface. Since the update, I find myself never opening the app or wanting to spend as much money as they did before or find fun and collect collecting cards to be as great as it used to. The update makes the app harder to navigate and is less visually appealing
Disney collect
This is a free app with the option to ourchase cards to finish sets faster Or to get special cards. I am not sure why it ligs me out do to inactivity when i play every day, but it dors. So if you get this app make sure you note your passowrd so you can easily lig back in. It logs me out about once a week for no reason.
Hooked on it right away!
So much fun, no need to waste any real money unless you want to. It feels so good to be able to open packs, craft for new cards, and just overall enjoy the digital card collecting experience.

Design update
I am not one reviews apps that often. This was an update that presented a major design update that has upset many people in this community. It has gone from the whimsical and fun design led by Disney and changed to the more businesslike and stratified design of other Topps titles. Many member of the Disney community that had found this app are very frustrated at this design change and believe that it has lost the touch of Disney that it once had. I still give this two stars as it scratches that card collector itch, but now it just feels like another card collecting game, just with Disney licensed characters on them. The core functions of the game didn’t change (for the most part) but it is now promoting more and more to spend money if you REALLY want a chance at collecting anything above uncommon.
Craft multiple cards
I wish we could craft multiple cards at a time. One at a time takes so long when I have thousands of duplicates. And there’s no option to craft for coins anymore either. Ugh. 😑

Fix the crash issue
The recent update causes all of the Topps apps to constantly crash. This went from a 5 star app to a 1 star app.
Fun but there are issues
Great game to play , only issues are quite a few times every day it comes up with can’t connect to Disney collect , free coins you collect sometimes crash and you don’t get them. Just wish there was a Disney Pins Collect app for the pin enthusiasts
User interface more confusing
Major changes to what was a fairly simple intuitive interface. Multiple steps required to see basic card info that was shown automatically before. Slower to respond. Far more complex. Losing interest.
Please add titles and. ability to view offers for coins back!
After the new update, you can no longer go and view offers to get extra coins (downloading games, viewing search results, making purchases, etc). Please, please add this back! Also, the ability to have the titles with our profile was really unique and fun. I hope it was just accidentally left out of the new update and comes back.

Latest Update Zapped the Fun
I’ve spent thousands on in-app purchases over the last few years on this app and this was one of my favorite games. However the latest update really took the fun out of playing. The user interface is poor and everything is so much smaller than it used to be and does not bode well for playing on a cell phone. Even opening packs got worse as it used to be more exciting with the legendary cards etc on the colors but now that dopamine hit is gone. Seems 99%+ of the user comments in the articles do not support the update. I wish the developers would pay more attention to the customers experience. I have over a million collection score but the update makes me not want to spend anything more on the game. At least I’ll be saving some money going forward I guess.
Getting worse
I’m sorry but this game was so good to start with but now it keeps coming up with a error message when I try to craft things or infact whenever I try to do anything on it and there is just no excitement anymore, where is all the watch party’s and give us more missions and more chances to win great cards not the stupid win 500 coins ones
Disney collect
The game is really addictive fun to play and so content could never be board of the game you can collect your favourite Disney characters from base 1 all the way to legendary can complete sets and get award cards there is so much to do on the game it is amazing as it’s not just about collecting cards you can collect cards you want or to complete sets it’s all up to you how you play but can have fun at the same time The only down fall I have to the game is the only way you can get gems is to pay for them out of real money but on the Star Wars one made by topps as well you can get gems for free there should be away on Disney to get gems for fee other then this is a really good game I hope you read this please and take on board Kind regards
Redownloaded just to be deleted
Genuinely who puts trading behind a pay wall in a game where all you do is trade. Like this is just greedy. Also the app’s design is awful, it’s hard to navigate and looks like a design students first attempt at a “maximalist” concept. You’d think this company would have enough money to sustain on regular purchases not forced through trading privileges.
Possible improvements
Firstly, I would like to start out by saying I love this game! It is great and the concept is brilliant. However, after playing for a month or so I thought I’d share my thoughts. When looking at someone else’s wish list it would be extremely helpful to have a ‘cards I have’ filter, similar to when you can filter 2020,21,22 cards. Frequently people are asking for their wish list so naturally you look to see if you have it in order to trade. At the moment you have to sift through their entire wish list looking at all the cards. It would be a lot easier if we could have a function like the one proposed. This is my only constructive criticism! Aside from this, I would love to see some more of the lesser known Disney characters and films, such as bolt, brother bear etc, as there seems to be less cards focussed on the smaller films compared to that of princesses or the major Disney successes. Hope you read this and take it on board! Thanks for a great game experience :)
What happened?!
I used to love this game and spent a fortune. Unfortunately I was in hospital for six months and the app has updated and all my previous purchases and cards have disappeared. Anyway I thought I’d start over as I had no choice and for some reason the Missions button no longer works. What happened Topps/Disney?!?!
Duplicates and needed cards not showing anymore
I love playing this game but all of a sudden it no longer shows the duplicate cards or the cards needed when traded. So I have now stopped playing it.

Maintenance for days now
Pardon your pixie dust, but my pink and fluffy Princess is really bored of trying to play but you won’t let us. Maintenance? The whole game could be written and developed in this time! So the money we spent on being vip and collecting cards, for you to suddenly do maintenance when time is nearly up on cards
Potential to be brilliant
It’s a shame as this game has the potential to be amazing but it lacks. It’s confusing trying to work out what cards you need for which selections, pointless in attempting to trade as its full of bots and you constantly get invalid notifications. If there was a section saying exactly what cards you still needed for which packs then even that would be better. When completing a set it remains in your still needed section too so there’s no incentive to actually complete anything.
