Word count is not English speaker friendly
Can’t even get a basic short sentence out in full. The word count should be different for each language, or at least be counted by words instead of characters.

Pretty Good
Overall its not bad. If you are expecting a direct response then you may be disappointed. However, if you are just looking at a way to “chat” with your biases then this may be good for you. I “chat” with Sohee and he always so cute and will use y/n so that it comes up as your username. Definitely feeds into the delulu. Just have fun and be respectful.
ridiculous wait time and constant glitches
you took my money but wont let me choose which bubble i want to sub to. fix it

Renewing glitch
This is probably the sixth time my bubble days have RESET after an update. I have to reselect my voucher every time. I should have over 600+ days but I'm at 1 AGAIN. I'm so tired of getting to 100+ and then it resets every time. It's so frustrating. I've had the same idol's bubble for at least two years and in that two years it has reset my days counter at least six times. It really makes me want to get rid of the app but the whole point is to support the artist. It's just hard to support the artist when I'm paying all this money but can't send more than like fifteen/twenty characters after TWO YEARS. I also have JYP bubble and that has reset once because I couldn't pay on time. I don't even use or update JYP bubble yet it NEVER has problems the way LYSN does. When will this be fixed? Two years at the very least of this glitch and yet nothing has changed. I've made previous reviews about this, I'm not even the only person to have made a review about this. The app developers clearly don't care about it's consumers so long as they get their paycheck. It shows.
翻译问题
隔壁翻译做的越来越好了，莫名其妙的翻译体验感真的很差！！！
Why
New price change thing couldn’t be more confusing. It’s also kind of crazy that our email can’t be changed without making a new account.

Can't use the app
The app keeps saying that I've rooted/jailbroke my phone then crashes. I'm using iPhone 15 pro max with iOS 17.2.1 stock. I haven't been able to check messages for a month and have lost access to all of my old messages from years ago. Please fix this.
Just a thought
Love the app. But I really think it would be more enjoyable if we were able to send memes or gifs in the chat. I think that would be such a great addition to the app. If the whole idea is to feel like we’re really chatting, we’ll in reality we all use memes or gifs when texting people we know. Hope to see an update soon. Also can we get an edit option for our messages!! Thank you!
cannot log in！
I can download it. But I can’t log in to view it! this is terrible!!! Solve it now!!!
😂
一天啥事不干光更新了是吧
ios version needs dark mode
everything goes well But ios version needs DARK MODE!!!
PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
I downloaded this app thinking it was going to be a normal app, an hour passes and I didn’t really know how to use this app so I deleted without realizing I didn’t logged out of the account, a year has gone by and I received an email saying if I give them my personal information and address and stuff, they’ll hack me, so now I’m writing this to warn people to NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP THINKING YOUR ACTUALLY TEXTING THE FAMOUS PERSON, IN REALITY YOUR TEXTING SOMEONE THAT ISNT THEM, PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD!!! I WISH THIS APP NEVER EXISTED!!
Dark mode
App desperately needs a dark mode. The all blinding white every time I open this app is killing my eyes.
Some of the features are creepy
While I want to see posts from artists I follow, I don’t want or need an app that makes messages appear like a private chat. Or even worse, inserts your screen name into general messages that the artists sends out to give the illusion that they’re responding to you specifically. No wonder sasaengs are such a problem…
ㅜㅜ
可以不要忘记续天数了就全部天数都没了吗 我就一天忘记断了 天数全没了🥲
the app not that bad
i want to help other fans to see the helpful side for this sh¡t app~ since there’s so much one start’s here ♡ i have this app 4/5 years now, and i only check for two things that good in it 1/ bubbles. 2/ schedule. - I’ve hendery, xiaojun shotaro bubbles for 3 years now~ and yes translate is bad and they actually did try and add another translator you can now chose between google or papago ( But it’s okay I understand they can’t give us 100% cuz we still not in future, you can check fan accounts who help w correct translations. - Lysn calendar is so useful, time & date are always changing when you change your location, this one helps me a lot to follow their schedule easily when im busy.
iPhone app continues to crash after update
Today, there was maintenance and an update. Yet the app is actually worse off. It keeps crashing as you as you open it. Please, fix this. I’m paying for this app.
Text limit
I wish there wasn’t such a short text limit. I can’t even finish a full sentence. Then when an artist is on sending messages I’m only able to send 3 messages before it tells me to wait for a message from artist?! But I didn’t get to finish my message because it’s such a short text limit. 😑
Waiting for What…
I was not really going to leave a review or just say anything but when I’m being charged for things, i do try to be patient to see if anything will be done, said, or noticed. Supposedly I’m on D-14 of subscribing on this app and have yet to receive a message back. Sure the notices are working but if one-sided conversations are going to happen for a $6.99/month subscription, I’ll take my better chances on twitter.
Just….
Why did I never receive a notification? I hope this update is resolved
Perfect
It’s amazing 🥺🤧💞 exol forever 💕🙆🏻♀️
Crushed app
I can’t enter the lysn app after i updated it. It keeps crushing
Update
I love the app!! But I just updated it and it won’t even let me have the app open, it automatically closes the app for some reason?
IDOL BULLYING
I use this app to subscribe to artists I care about, but the WayV board and others are filled with toxic fans who spread hatred and bully idols… I have emailed the company many times and I know others have too and they never respond… there is no monitoring of the fan boards and people are allowed to bully as they please. It’s really upsetting… SM LOOK OUT FOR YOUR ARTISTS!!!!
The app can be better.
I think if the app allowed users to send a limited number of pictures and gifs a day, it would make it more fun. Also, they need a better system to screen for banned words. It’s ridiculous that I can’t write words like apeTITe because a banned word is in the middle of it!
Stayc
Glad they added stayc
Bans the word “gay”
I learned today that this app bans the use of the word “gay” in chats. Even if it’s just the three letters g-a-y in sequence in another word. For example, I found this out when I tried to type “Inkigayo” in a message. I started looking for an explanation in the app’s policies and found in the “youth protection policy” that certain words are banned if they are considered “harmful to youth.” I knew that Korea was homophobic, but banning both artists and fans from even saying “gay” on the basis that it’s harmful to youth? That’s some next level trash reasoning. I don’t intend to continue paying for this app.
iphone to samsung
l have a subscription on my iphone but i will change soon. to samsing, how can i keep the subscription without paying again or deleting my messages?
Lysn is just lack of responsibility
Weak support lack of responsibility late responding
How do I unsubscribe?
I tried to delete my account but there’s a message that goes: ”Please make sure to cancel your subscription in the app market.” I’m not sure which app market it is. I looked up the Apple App Store where I originally installed Lysn & there’s no option to cancel. Any suggestion?
