Not secure yet

I keep getting push notifications and when I click them there is nothing to action in the app. Dead push. Dead link. Dead activity. Dead process. Push notifications must be pushing government and military ghost wear and spyware before you, Norton. Political spyware playing with fire with consensus that is untruthful and misinformation at work.

Absolutely woeful

All i want to do is run a manual scan and there is no feature for this action. How am I supposed to get peace of mind if I can’t run a scan after receiving fake threat reports from scammers.

Sneaky marketing

There was no mention of a payment for this app on the App Store but when I downloaded it I apparently was billed for the app. Norton are a devious company. I have used them for many years . Will look for a different company to deal with. Very upset.

Why enter data again?

Why can’t the mobile app take the information from the windows version? Then we wouldn’t have to enter it manually

Good app

Very happy with the app but they should bring in Artificial Intelligence to make it more adaptable and better for the consumer ie when you open the app facial recognition should be instinctive and allow you to see everything there is

Could be better

It’s nice to know it’s monitoring dark web… we assume. But what about regular data breaches? Haveibeenpawned is a great website, why can’t this info be incorporated in here? I’d also like to see information and tools to help tighten security and privacy. An internet security company would be great at helping us find our digital footprint and all our old online accounts for us to start deleting our old unused accounts and data. We would pay for that!

Mr Matiu Wi Anania

I’ve never been any happier since having this protection from Norton Antivirus protection for iPhone IOS NORTON 360 Platinum on 3 of my devices as we speak after my iPhone was compromised and me nearly losing all my savings to a scammer who hacked and coerced me into revealing some private information which they helped use to infiltrate my personal bank account details. One has to be very careful these days because these scammers have all the means to infiltrate your personal details here I was thinking I never needed extra protection against these cybersecurity sleuths thinking that IPHONES and their security layer of protection was bullet proof not so I have my ANZ Bank to thank for for if they had not noticed that unusual withdrawal from my bank account and stopped it I would not be in this predicament I am in at this point in time thank you ANZ and Norton antivirus for saving and protecting my devices from here on in it’s certainly worth its weight in gold hopefully. Thanks Norton and ANZ bank

Can not delete primary data

Wow, you can’t delete your own data Norton controls your data. Why can’t i delete my own data. How ridiculous is that. It looks like my data now owned by Norton, somehow ownership of my data changed. So arrogant Norton

Security

Hi received an email that was so real looking it was supposed to b from EBay though Amazon and it was a receipt for a purchase of an iPhone using my so called Pay Pal account for $699.00 It had a phone number to ring for cancellation of the order .it was a scam! And when I called the ph number I called I knew it was not a business company so hung up they of course rang me back and tried to tell me my cards were compromised and wanted access to my computer but I said no then they said the charge had gone through and was in pending . However I new I was safe with Norton protection and did not panic as I would have . So thank goodness I took the protection out with Norton because scams are very clever.

I’ve always had Norton as my antivirus software & have always been 100% happy with Norton’s protection. I have tried other antivirus programs because I come across a good deal but haven’t really had the same peace of mind Norton gives me. It’s app is easy to navigate on my devices & are so user friendly. I can’t recommend Norton enough.
