Best social deduction game ever
I absolutely LOVE this games social deduction aspect, specifically because so many evil roles can imitate a town role that helps them sound like they’re actually innocent, even though in reality they’re not just because their role leaves room for ACTUAL deception. Which is something I’ve always struggled to find in most deception games as it’s usually just “someone’s a killer, everyone else is innocent, and MAYBE there’s a detective or something idk”. Essentially, this game gives actual life to the genre. In conclusion, I highly recommend playing this game, it’ll take you a while to learn everything, and even then you won’t be the BEST, but it’ll be wayyyy more fun.

Ranked Practice Online Dating?
Hey, Pumpklinpatch2 (almost forgot my password cause I had to reinstall TOS so I could write the review) I was playing Ranked Practice and I just randomly joined a game with someone called ‘Babymango’ who was ‘dating’ someone in the game. I don’t remember who and by the third game of playing with them someone was trying to guess my name (I said a fake name AND THEN TRIED TO GUESS WHERE I LIVED) and another who had their name as ‘Patcho is a nerd’ (Didn’t even spell it correctly) My solution: Temporarily (or permanently, depends on how it goes) time out Babymango PS: They were tryna accuse me of liking Babymango DESPITE IT BEING MY FIRST RANKED PRACTICE GAME? Idk what even happened there
Ads ruined it for me…
I don’t like that you have to watch ads to play the game. On top of that, sometimes an ad is not even available to play, so, if you want to play you are pretty much forced to pay. The game itself is fun, but, unfortunately due to I guess the app owners wanting to make quick money (which, by the way, had you allowed people to just play for free, maybe you would have got more traffic and it would have led to more money for you anyways, similar to how Fortnite does it). This is a game dependent on having people, for your app forcing us to watch ads to play, you will sadly lose so much traffic you could have had. I have no issues with the game, but, it’s disappointing I can no longer play. I am only giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 because the game is actually fun when you do get to play it, but, with how it is currently, I literally can’t play right now unless I pay because they don’t have a forced ad available I have to sit through.

Always freezes
Its fun if you are lucky enough to not have 10+ second lags. Was in the lobby still when the rest of my groups game started. This has been consistent since I started playing and is really frustrating when I don’t see role calls and get killed over and over for being sus or not being able to vote. I do not have an old cheap phone so something is wrong.
Broken premium
I love town of Salem! I love playing and I’m overall addicted to it. I play on mobile, so I wanted to purchase mobile premium. However, there is some kind of bug that makes it so when I try to purchase it, it will not work. This is very frustrating. I want premium and I am willing to pay money for it because I love the game so much, but it’s not working. Basically what’s happening is I will click on mobile premium. It will ask me for a code on my phone from my PayPal, I put the code in, but it won’t let me submit it. Please fix this! I want to support TOS and play premium!

Slow and not clear
It was really slow to load. Slow play pace. I tried reading any rules but nothing ever loaded (using 1gb WiFi). And the first thing that always happened was I got killed.
More than meets the eye
This game is really good, but I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews because this game is “money hungry” why? Because you have to watch an ad to play this game and if you don’t, you have to pay five bucks just to play without watching an ad but the reason why is because this game was never meant to be F2P which means it was never meant to be free, this was supposed to be a PC game that costs five dollars. It still is but they just added it on mobile but it would be weird for a mobile game to cost five dollars game is usually free or cost two dollars so they fixed it by making it so that you have to watch ads every time you wanna play or pay five dollars

This is by far one of my favorite games when it works. Lately it gets stuck on login and doesn’t sign me in. This is my go to game to play on my lunch break but it doesn’t work anymore. Pretty sad. Please fix

Constant crashes and disconnects
Please fix the fact that the game likes to crash EVERY TIME I have nearly won, 3 times in a row now I have literally gotten to the end of the game and then it crashes before the day starts so I don’t get the WIN screen, it’s pointless watching adverts constantly or paying just for the game to crash every time you’re about to win but then works perfectly fine when we lose. Other than the crashes, I had always enjoyed ToS when I played on the PC. edit: fix disconnections, multiple times i have switched from using wifi to data mid game and the game doesn’t let you carry on because of this, makes it very difficult especially if your wifi doesn’t have the strongest connection

I like it
The game is very good but it can be improved in many ways. For one actually making events besides role interaction announcements in the morning, deaths and a few other things. How about some objectives to keep the player occupied and making progress but having to keep an eye out? Longer nights and more mid day abilities would also be welcome and for some reason my game has no audio whatsoever. Please fix it as soon as you can. It's annoying not being able to hear. Maybe rebalancing some roles too. Jailor is very strong but there is nothing keeping you from jailing other people at night. Make some type of restriction or consequence to doing so. Maybe do that for most other roles. Executioner is also boring af make it so that while they are executioners they are part of the town and when they become jester and betray the town or whatever.
I remember this
I played this with my at-the-time-boyfriend once, we played it for a while, I got bored pretty quick. I mean it was kinda cool. But like, at the same time, it just isn’t very exciting or anything. It’s not that good of a game. But hey, that’s ok, good games are hard to make. This is ok

I love this game but there is one flaw that is bringing it down for me, it freezes every time something interesting happens, when I’m about to win FREEZE when I’m a killer role FREEZE but when I’m like lookout it’s fine.

Doesn’t work anymore
Can no longer watch ads to play for free, even though it was an option since this game came out. I understand the devs want to make money, but this blatant attempt to force free to play users to pay for premium is frankly unacceptable, especially since I’ve heard from multiple first hand accounts that the game can sometimes glitch and remove your premium benefits, even long after you paid for them.
