Wellpass ist super. Ich nutze es fürs kletterzentrum und fürs Schwimmbad. Klappt super und echt günstig.
Rendez-nous l’ancienne version !
Très déçue de cette nouvelle appli. Je suis une fidèle de Gymlib/Wellpass mais là j’avoue ne pas comprendre ce virage dans l’appli. Beaucoup d’options pas utiles, les vignettes affichées sont trop larges, l’affichage est beaucoup moins intuitif qu’avant, historique Check in inutile, l’onglet progression idem, et j’en passe. En fait le seul point positif que je vois c’est l’affichage du nombre de places réservées, c’est tout !
Auto Rotate not supported
Great app and very useful overall. I would really appreciate it if you could add auto-rotate support. Being able to use the app in both portrait and landscape modes would make the experience much more convenient, especially when using it on a tablet or while viewing content in landscape. Please consider adding this feature in a future update. Thank you!
Failed migration
The new version lack important features that were available in the previous app, it’s also less intuitive and the design also regressed. Add back the « add to calendar » option when I book a session instead of this huge block telling me something I already know about the cancellation policy
Moins de fonctionnalités que la version précédente
L’appli est belle mais quel dommage d’avoir perdu certains filtres de recherche ! Plus possible de faire une recherche par créneau horaire, qui était pourtant hyper pratique quand on veut se caler une séance le midi par exemple Et plus d’icônes par pratique sur la carte, du coup faut aller sur chaque épingle pour voir de quelle salle il s’agit, si c’est hors forfait illimité ou pas, et les types d’activités proposées. J’espère que vous les remettrez rapidement !

Une migration catastrophique
Régression sur régression, une catastrophe, gymlib me manque chaque jour…interface NULLE ! Première fois que je laisse un avis sur l’app store telle est ma frustration

Wir brauchen unbedingt die Möglichkeit, Studios nach Städten zu speichern. Grade weil es Deutschlandweit angeboten wird.
Outdated venues and missing filters
The app currently suffers from critical functional and operational deficits. The filtering is Inadequate. The map lacks a vital filter to isolate venues bookable directly through the app, making it difficult to find valid options in smaller cities. Dynamic Search is missing and I cannot search for immediate, location-based availability (e.g., "yoga courses nearby today"). The Databse is inaccurate. The app actively lists phantom studios that do not physically exist. Despite multiple follow-ups over six months regarding these false listings, customer support has failed to resolve the issue or remove the nonexistent venues.
Déçue
L’application est beaucoup moins bien que celle de gymlib, pas assez ergonomique, on ne peut plus enregistrer les séances directement dans notre calendrier par ex. À mettre à jour rapidement!
Super App und auch Auswahl in kleineren Städten
Leider werde ich bald nicht mehr bei meinem Arbeitgeber arbeiten und daher fällt Wellpass weg. Ich wünschte man könnte seinen Account behalten und privat weiterzahlen, auch wenn es mehr wäre. Ich bin traurig, dass es wegfällt für mich, aber lohnt sich alle Mal und manchmal kommen Studios auch dazu. Hatte kaum Probleme.
Appli vide - impossible de se réabonner
L'application a été mise à jour fin août et je crois qu'il y a un problème pour les utilisateurs comme moi qui ont résilié leur abonnement avant la mise à jour et qui essaient maintenant de se réabonner. Lorsque je me connecte sur l'appli avec mon adresse mail pro, on me dit que je n'ai aucune adhésion active et que je dois me connecter avec la bonne adresse. Pourtant j'utilise Gymlib/Wellpass depuis plus de 5 ans sans problème et je suis toujours dans la même entreprise qui a toujours un partenariat avec Wellpass. Lorsque je clique sur la FAQ, j'arrive sur un site en allemand (??). L'appli est quasi vide : juste un bouton "Accueil" en bas, trois rectangles en haut "Check-in", "Rechercher une salle", et "Recommander mon entreprise", et en haut à droite un bouton notification et mon profil. L'interface ne correspond pas aux instructions indiquées dans la FAQ : je n'ai pas de bouton "nous contacter", quand je télécharge l'appli je n'ai pas le bouton "activer mon compte" ou "m'abonner", juste le bouton "se connecter". Le chat ne répond pas à mes questions : juste une IA qui me dit qu'un humain va me répondre, mais en fait rien. L'état de l'appli est juste déplorable.

Der Check In Prozess mit zu vielen Klicks, lange Ladezeiten der App und dadurch oft keine registrierten Check Ins, die letztendlich zu No-Show Gebühren führen.
Moins beau que Gymlib
Des plus et des moins au niveau de l’UX, globalement la navigation ne change pas trop donc ça va, mais surtout quelle déception vis-à-vis de cette UI triste à mourir alors que Gymlib c’était beau et fun

Angebot super, App mies
Ich freue mich total drüber, dass ich Wellpass über eine Freundin nutzen kann. Leider fehlen echt grundlegende Funktionen, wie eine Kurssuche, eine Warteliste oder die Möglichkeit, Kurstermine zu exportieren. Was aber am meisten stört, ist, dass stornierte Termine nicht verschwinden, sondern weiter bei den Buchungen stehen. Das bedeutet, wenn ich heute einen Termin in vier Wochen buche und diesen doch nicht wahrnehmen möchte, steht er vier Wochen bei meinen Buchungen. Das macht alles komplett unübersichtlich. Sehr schade.
Super Konzept - schlechte usability!!!
Leider fehlt die App Funktion wann welche Kurse in meiner Nähe sind. Ich muss jedes Studio einzelne durch klicken um zu erfahren, ob irgendwo um 10 Uhr ein Kurs stattfindet. Wäre toll wenn das angepasst wird

Buggy app, no support…
I don’t know why you moved to the new buggy app when previous one was working just fine. The technical glitch isn’t allowing me to check in and there is no support to resolve it. I am missing out on gym and the membership money…. Thanks a lot

How do you calculate body age? It is absolutely wrong and embarrassing!
Mal zahlt immer drauf
Also die Idee finde ich super aber wenn ich bei jedem Fitnessstudio noch einmal 20-40 Euro Gebühr draufzahlen muss für die Karten und Registrierung finde ich das schon sehr schwach weil sich damit einmal die Flexibilität einschränkt und ich nicht einfach mal so in ein Studio kann ohne draufzahlen zu müssen.

Medieval App
The map is awful, not possible to find studios. The filters are bad, for example I cannot find any prenatal classes via Wellpass filters at all. The overall design is super outdated and too dark. Just not pleasant to use.
Many things missing
1. just add gym in the filters to look for a gym pls 2. add a list of all the courses going on with time, booking possibility and filters. Pls.

Mit eurer selbst einlog Funktion habt ihr super hinbekommen das man wie ein absoluter vollspast an der Rezeption steht während garnichts geht und man „zu viele einlogversuxhe hat“ und sich an den Support Awelcher nicht geöffnet wird wenden soll. Danke für nichts.
Experience getting worse and worse
As much as I love wellpass and use it a lot, I’m not having a great experience lately. The app glitches a lot, it’s very hard to search for a studio or courses. Plus most of studio offer limited spaces for wellpass (which I understand) which are immediatelly fully booked. Many times I went to some classes via Classpass only to find out there are free spots while Wellpass shows fully booked. There’s also no option such as waiting list.

Gymlib war um Welten besser
Gymlib hat leider die sehr schlechte EGYM App übernommen und damit viele Funktionen über Board geworfen. Keine Reservierung von Spots bei vielen Kursen mehr, keine vernünftige Kalenderintegration, unübersichtlichere App. Ich werde ggfs zu USC wechseln

Ich nutze Wellpass nun seit ca 2 Jahren und habe überhaupt nix zu bemängeln. Alles klappt immer
Standortfreigabe erforderlich
Wieso zwingt mich die App zur Standortfreigabe wenn ich für den Check-In auch einfach manuell das richtige Studio auswählen kann? Wieder einfach unnötige Daten, die gesammelt werden, und mittlerweile keine Option mehr, das abzuschalten.
Value for Cost
Individual memberships are north of $200 for a single location or brand. To get everything on the platform and an unlimited amount of check-ins for less than $150 is unheard of. Nice to have access for the mental health app as well.

Trash app, can’t login after the last update, password resets are useless
