Love love love
Very cool app. Easy to use and few of my favourite places are on it. Specially love the freebies included on downloading some of the cards. Travelling to latvia soon and can see lots of businesses on there too. Excited to try it out there as well.
Unusable due to lack of offline availability
Per previous comment, used to be great. Today, tried to open a card to get a stamp and the app demanded I log in. However, there was no mobile Internet and as AuthN only works when online, I couldn’t open the card so for the second time was unable to collect a stamp. Additionally, there appears to be no support for Apple Passwords which is annoying. As the main place I go to which uses this service is in an Internet dead zone, the app is now completely unusable and therefore 1 star in terms of user experience.

A recent update and auto log out has messed this app up. Used to be easy to use.
Love Magic Stamp
So much better than all the other apps I’ve used. Not sure why more businesses are not on it. It’s easy to use, so quick to access (better than Apple wallet cards or credit card styles for sure) and love the sound when I reach the end.
Gave up
Default US country code, sign up with email did not send code after 3rd attempt gave up.
Won’t Load - seems OK now.
After a long time I have learnt a free meal via this app and so today I chose to use it BUT …. at the till the app won’t load some have to pay for my meal and can’t even get a loyalty stamp! What’s gone wrong? UPDATE: The developer reached out and it does now seem to load - I’ll now have to try again! Two more * as developer replied, will revise again when I’ve had opportunity to test it.
New version wiped my stamps
Previously a neat little app, until today when asked me to sign in whilst at the till. Eventually got in only to find it’s wiped all the stamps I had.
Option to switch distance unit from miles to km?
Since the app is available in countries that don’t use miles, it would make sense to include an option to change the distance unit. Having to manually convert the distance to kilometers isn’t great for the user experience when the app could easily handle it automatically. Similar to the language settings, there could be a setting to switch the distance unit.
Time to ditch the cardboard
This is a great app and very easy to use. I had an issue which was quickly resolved by the easy-to-contact and friendly customer services team. So much better than carrying around (and losing) multiple small pieces of cardboard. Recommend!
Lost my reward
I had finally save enough stamps to use my reward when I was forced by the app to log back in (they wanted to collect more data on me which I refused). Now after logging back in my reward is lost as is my previous history making the app useless. Please fix asap - I have already emailed your customer service but to no avail. You need to sort this out, it keeps happening actoss accounts.
Good but glitches
Good app but not the most reliable, sometimes takes a long time to open or won’t open so you have to delete / re-download.

I’ve been using the app for months and now it keeps not opening ?! I have to delete and reinstall!!!!!

Loss my account history
Had a problem I loss all my history of use of the app I contacted magic stamp and they sorted it out straight away very customer service.
All cards gone when switching to a new phone
Account seems to be associated with device, so when I switched to new phone, despite using the same log in all my cards were gone and a new ID was set up. Contacted them - never heard back. Customer support doesn’t seem to exist. Disappointing.
Please add proximity notifications
Amazing app. Love the experience. Giving 4 stars only because I miss a notification based on location telling me to use the stamp. (I forget to use it often and this would help).
Was a happy camper but…
I had to replace my phone because my old one just gave up the ghost. I restored data from backups so you’d think that’s include the stamps I’d been collecting as well. But on my new phone it asked me to log in, which I did, and my stamp card was not restored. All stamps lost, including the free coffee I earned at the end of last week. What’s the point in going digital if it is just as capable of losing your rewards as a paper stamp card?
Great app
I have been using this app for a while and recently had a problem with my stored rewards. I contacted Magic Stamp who came back to me immediately for details of the problem and then resolved it. Great customer service… highly recommend.
App Doesn’t Work
Can’t even sign-up, tried with both email & phone but the app says “Check connection & try again”. My connection is fine, I’m posting this review now on the same connection.
iOS 15 Bug
There seems to be an ios15 bug that affects the layout of the app. Users can not login.

Great app, makes collecting stamps at a coffee shop so much easier, don’t have to carry around a stamp card!
Data and vouchers lost
This is the second time that my data, account and vouchers (7 vouchers for Drop Shot Coffee Wimbledon) have been deleted. The last time the data was restored only when switching to a new phone. When trying to log back in the app thinks I am a new customer. No data nor history is restored. Have tried to reach out to Magic Stamp’s customer service weeks ago but they have been unresponsive to date…. Do not trust this app.

Deleted my rewards!
I’ve been using this and I qualified for a free coffee and then all the app restarts and I have to log in again when I sign in none of my previous stuff is on there. They don’t have an option to log out and try a different account you can only delete accounts. So basically they don’t save your information on your log in. Rubbish app! I wish the Deli I go to would use a real card instead of this.
New phone
Been using the app for months enjoy collecting my rewards I upgraded my phone and transferred everything but lost magic stamp app and all my rewards
Broken
Keeps logging me out and removed/didn’t give me my free drink. Contacted support - no response.

Great
Works well but could do with still working when there is a poor signal. It works when there is a good signal or if you switch to airplane mode. Maybe it just needs to timeout much faster if the signal is poor.
Useless
The purchase order from my app disappeared after I was logged out and had to log back in. Don’t be fooled into using this app. It’s also slow and glitchy (as well as being useless).
