Doesn’t register current stamps!
I last used the app to receive a stamp in 2025. However, the two stamps I received last week didn’t register on the app, and today the same shop allowed me to “back stamp” for the ones that didn’t register last week and also the one I got today, but after the app update the new stamps all disappeared. Really awful app!

Much prefer paper loyalty cards
An app sounds like a good idea but unlike the simplicity of a paper card this one demands date of birth, location and credit card details, uninstalled immediately.

Great benefits but occasionally buggy
Love the benefits but ordering directly from the cards screen doesn’t work. You add orders to a basket that doesn’t exist. When I remember to navigate to the order tab rather than ordering from the cards screen happy days!

Very good idea to put all the loyalty cards in one app! But please make the app useful! It’s so damn slow that I hate opening it! :/
Really great app, easy to use!
Great app, I joined for Shoryu Ramen’s loyalty card (yum!) and was happy to discover it has loads of my other fave local places on it too. It nice and easy to use. Really recommend it!
Bad user experience
Repeatedly logs me out and loses loyalty rewards. The user interface has changed to become less. Customer friendly. Doesn’t recognise Apple generated passwords. Terrible app.
Phone access
It would be great if you could make this work on an Apple Watch too.

App crashes when leaving order feedback
My delivery didn’t arrive so I tried to leave feedback on the Online Ordering Support. Every time I try to leave feedback, the app crashes. There is also no other way to contact the restaurant
A little sketchy
A great idea which replaces all the venue specific loyalty cards. Genius! However its performance is ropey. Like many apps having good signal is critical and ensuring your device is supported and running the latest os is a must but even with all that issues such as 1) wallet full of venue cards with no details such as the establishment names 2) not able to take advantage of offers 3) not able to redeem loyalty points So actually it offers me no benefits in most of my venues.

Great for ordering and convenience
Works very well at the coffee shop next to my office, i have realised i can order from a few restaurants nearby like on other apps for delivery
Buggy
Every update appears to make this app more unusable. When you are logged into the app it won’t allow you to claim your rewards as it says you need to be logged in. Which I was. So I logged out and tried to log back in and it doesn’t give me the option. If you are a user then don’t expect much. If you are a business then expect complaints
Lost All My Stamps Because of a Technical Glitch
I feel cheated. I never created an account because you never said I had to — at least not to keep my stamps. Today, I went to La Regina Pizzeria to claim my free pizza, and for the first time ever, the app had logged me out. Now there’s no way to redeem my stamps. What a complete waste of time and effort.

Not clear when reward is available
With the new update, I get to 9 stamps. It says “collect one more stamp to earn a free coffee”. When I do that, it starts over and there’s no indication that a free coffee is available or has been earned. The coffee shop I’m in doesn’t believe I’ve earned one!

It’s impossible to add 2 stamps when you buy two meals at a time. You must wait for hours.

My favourite app when I go for lunch or coffee! It’s very handy to have delivery and click and collect in one place too

Is it Apple wallet friendly?
Although the App Store listing states it is mobile wallet friendly, there is zero information action available on this anywhere in the app or on their portal. I really do not want to have to find this app every time to use it. Have had it a while but don’t end up using it.

Kept saying my new password was invalid as no lower case letter and digits which wasn’t the case. Had to give up in the end.
Not as good as other loyalty apps
Magic stamp so much better. Embargo is overly complicated, redeeming a free coffee is tricky, the UX is not self explanatory. Just doesn’t feel as easy as it should

Great app but has stopped working
I’ve found this great until upgrading to the latest IOS, but now it won’t open any longer. Hope that this will be fixed soon! Until then it’s not much use!
