New Version
I am a daily user of this app. Love the content. The update is glitchy. I can’t easily mute the background music and then when it “takes” and I try to play my own music, it will start the workout background music again. I just want to hear Kira’s cues!
App has issues
I’ve been using this app for years, Kira did an update 10/25 and it’s never been the same. Apple TV is no longer usable, the app team tries to help but they are slow to fix issues and when they do fix an issue, something else breaks. The app on my iPhone works but it’s clear Kira doesn’t even look at her own product organization. There are workouts listed in categories that have no business being there. She clearly believes all is well with her app and it very much is not and I really don’t think she cares at this point.
A good app but would love to play my own music
On a trial at the moment and seems very good quality content, the only thing holding me back is the fact that you can’t switch the music off so I can play my own music and still have the trainer voice like a lot of other apps have these days. Would also be great to have a completed option. But apart from those 2 things I do like the app very much 👍👍👍
I despise the new app! Please fix!
Let me start by saying, Kira is a phenomenal trainer! I love her workouts and find them to be challenging and rewarding. I’ve been a devoted app user for 4 years and this new updated app is making me question if I should continue. When I click on the workout I want to do, it never opens. The only way I can do a workout is to type out the workout in my search bar. Then, I spend time adding my favorites into the Favorites folder and it says I’ve added them. When I go to use the app the next day, it says my Favorites folder is empty. It’s time consuming and frustrating. (And YES I make sure my app is up to date as well as my Apple TV. I also reload the app to see if it will fix it and it doesn’t 😭) Please, Im begging you to fix this.
Kira is amazing
Kira is amazing at what she does and a wonderful genuine human. Her positivity shines and I enjoyed it. This is not an app for beginners. It was discouraging not to be able to go through a program even though it says beginner you need to be in good shape and strong core for these the exercises. I loved the concept though and hope to be back to support her when I’m more in shape and can complete a program . Would love to see an actual Beginner stoked. The one labelled that was not. Couldn’t get passed day 1.
STRONG AND SVELTE
Awesome app! Kira is honestly the best trainer
Awful upgrade
This is my favorite workout app and I really enjoy Kira’s workouts, energy and enthusiasm. However, this app upgrade is abysmal. A month ago, I was told to create a new account, as my App-based account was unaccessible. Now, I’m being charged for two subscriptions and cannot figure out how to cancel one. Tech support is AI and not one actual human. I love this app and want to keep it but would like help in having just one account, rather than the two I was told to create by the AI tech support. Not even deserving of the one star I’m forced to give.
Great workouts
I wish there was a slow beginner course going through some of the exercises you may encounter with ways to do them correctly, and modifications. So far I’ve just muddled through and am starting the stoked in 7 over again. Today was easier. I’m looking forward to continue on and keep improving. I can’t do a single on my feet push up. I’m excited for the day when I will be able to! So many different workout choices! Heavy plank and glute work so far which is good!
Weirdly organized.
Workouts are great but the set up and organization on how to find each is not good. If you are a true beginner than this workout series is not for you! The beginner section is very hard.
Love But Wish for More Back to Basics
I really like Kira as a trainer and her approach to teaching fitness. I’m not a fan of always having to buy new equipment in order to participate in her latest videos however. I don’t have a step platform and I’m not planning on buying one or the sandbag, so I’m redoing a lot of older videos. We should see fresh content that uses the basics - dumbbells and a mat. I’d also really really love more use of kettlebells!
Magically different
I’ve tried a lot of different and great workout apps and programs, but Kira far exceeds them all. There’s just so much knowledge that Kira has that is woven through every single facet of this program. You will not find a better program.
Overpriced chiselling and annoying 75 percent of the time
The exercises are good torture but often boring . The music is awful and Kira is shrill . Her focus is on the bottom line —not yours—which is why you can’t save any of the I billion exercises on the website not even after 2 orb 3 years of loyalty to this subscription that is both too expensive and too unwieldy. The fact that Kira operates from another place in the universe -unaware of our mounting consumer expenses is unethical. The classes or tutorials are laced with her ego. I have never felt anything but ….ennuie … from her despite the hectoring. She’s inauthentic — NOT generous (greedy ) and I bet votes for Trump .
Great, but please add checkmarks/workout history!
This app is great, the workouts are varied and challenging and I am getting stronger already, but I would LOVE if you would add check marks and/or a workout log so I can see what I have done each day. The daily checkmark is simple, but really motivates me to show up and get the work in. I also would love to know which workouts and challenges I have already done so I can track my work and make sure, when choosing which workout to do, which parts of the body are due for some work and which need a break. And I just really like the feeling of accomplishment of seeing my list of check marks/achievements. Thank you!
Bug
Hello there seems to have a bug when I try to watch any video I can hear Kira’s voice but the screen stays black, plus the whole app freezes. I keep hearing Kira’s voice some seconds after I closed the app. Thank you,
Love Kira!!
I’ve tried so many other fitness apps and am absolutely loving this!
No invoice/renewal notices sent
They do not send monthly invoices/renewal notices so if you do not cancel correctly you can expect to be paying for the service that you are not using until you happen to notice. I’m not even sure how you are able to charge someone monthly and never send an invoice for the charges, it feels extremely deceiving.
Great all BUT
Instead of regurgitating content, put out new content more often!
Money
The app is free however you have to sign in to access the workouts or pay money for either a month or year to be able to watch the workout videos. There are multiple videos to chose from but you just have to pay money.
The best fitness app
If you want to get ripped toned, do this workout.
Very good fitness app - for intermediate to experts
Great exercices and variety. It may be good to have a serious basic fitness and/or to have a normal body shape. I am 6ft 7in and some of the body weight exercises are unfortunately too hard for me. Nevertheless one of the best exercise apps out there
Easy access to a professional trainer
I love the variety and the method of the Stoked workout.
The more the better
I ve started training with this Stoked method thru quarantine thanks to Candice and Ashley. I wasnt able to do all the exercises proposed but the more I practiced the better I am becoming. I still have no strength in my arms so push ups are still a big hyndrance for me but I am working on it. Snack movements everyday in between proper training sessions! #neverloseamonday has brought me to Kira and I super happy of this new path!
Loving STOKED!!!
Perfect for travel or anytime! Love the finishers after my Xfit workouts!
Fit with Kira
Because of the Corona crisis i couldnt train with my PT anymore..But this app keeps me sane and fit!
Love
I love this app! So easy to stack routines and Kira has great reminders and instructions as you go.
Kira is the best trainer I have ever experienced!!!
Hello, Christy Hill here from New York!! I have to say that Kiras workouts are so amazing! She has gotten my body tight and lean!!! I feel so empowered after doing her sessions that I feel Like I can conquer the world!!! She delivers exactly what she says and they are not at all easy workouts. Very challenging and I feel awesome after!! Thanks Kira!! Love to you and Gary! Blessings as well!! Thank you for being so awesome at what you do!!
Love How I look
I’ve been working out for 14 years lost weight look great, but still had arm wings, no biceps, triceps. I started following Kira in 2024 and now I have better form, less wings, and can actually see my biceps and triceps. I also have a much better posture. Loving her tips, in every video and how she focuses on each muscle.
