Unneeded Update
I loved the app…until the last major update. Now everything seems clunky and extra unneeded steps. The update really wasn’t needed and it really ruined this app. It also doesn’t save some work sometimes. Really should have kept things simple
Really good app crashes are frustrating.
The app has a really good layout and is awesome at laying out and organizing orders. I bought the $30 premium subscription but wasn't able to add customers to orders like it said I would be able to.
Miss The Old Version
This app was SO great when I started using it a few years ago. I was really surprised/confused to see the update had changed so much. I really enjoyed the simple layout & graphics. It was extremely easy to use & understand. The update & name change has made it hard to get used to. In my opinion, it’s a lot less visually appealing as well. I wish there was an option to go back to the old version. It’s been difficult trying to use it lately, & I don’t think it should’ve changed this much when people have been using it fine for years & have paid for lifetime subscriptions.
Improvement recommendations
It’s generally a good app but has a potential to be great and simple. The vendor list needs an update, like contact details for venders is not available. The status tag also needs an option to view the status of sales at a glance.

Awful update
Awful update. Should’ve left the app alone it was perfect before.
So far it’s helping
The app is helping with inventory and sales but if I would be so bold as to make suggestions being able to edit the product as it is possible in making attribute mistakes while in the sales section that would be useful as I have to either redo the sale or edit way after completing all the paperwork. Also more information on premium but for Canadians would be great as it mentions a subscription or $29.99 usd a year and I just don’t have time to look into all of that at the moment and more detail on what you can do with the premium would be great as so far free works for me. Awesome app over all worth using.
Payed for subscription and nothing happened
I been using this app through the past couple years and I been trying to buy the subscription and I keep getting a error. Then it went through one day took the money out of my account and didn’t give me the subscription.
Missing feature
All this needs is a way to break out commissions.
New Update Not Working
The app is not letting you upload sales.
App not working anymore
The app’s name change caused issues. I couldn’t add customer names to sales; I could only sell based on products. When I tried to choose a customer, the app crashed. The latest update made the app unusable; it crashes when I try to enter it. I tried contacting support via the website for weeks but received an error message saying, “We’re sorry, there was an error submitting the form. Please try again later.” I’m unhappy and don’t recommend the app.
Premium
The app is all I need everything is good however you can only record 5 sales a month which for most people using this app there businesses will probably be larger than 5 sales a month. I spend 30 minutes adding Time date photos all the information needed to track sales just for it to tell me to buy premium to continue
Good app
It’s helping me keep track of sales & expenses However when going back into a sale to edit it and add an additional item, the inventory does not update. This gives me an accurate inventory and extra work

Low quality, subpar interface, no updates it’s as meh as meh gets. $30 every year I hope yall go bankrupt
Cannot delete any of my items
I have a clothing brand @documentedsociety and I love this app but I accidentally entered one of my clothing items wrong and I tried to go back and edit it but can’t find a way to do that, I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong or if there just isn’t a way.
App crashes on launch after latest update
I’ve been using this app for more than 10 years and rely on it daily to run my business. Unfortunately, after the recent update/name change, the app crashes immediately when I try to open it and will not load at all. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app multiple times, but the issue continues on both my iPhone and iPad. Right now the app is completely unusable and all of my business data is stored in it, so this is very concerning. I would really appreciate any guidance or a fix as soon as possible. Thank you.
Doesn’t work
I’ve been using this app for 10+ years and suddenly as the name changed today it literally will not even open . Crashes instantly . Unusable . Developers please help I depend on this to run a business with all my data in it - what happened?
Great but too expensive
I would totally buy this app for my local selling and egg selling, but I can’t justify $30 per year! It can’t be used for more than a handful of line items before you must upgrade. I feel you might get more customers if it wasn’t so pricey!!!
Perfect for small businesses
This is exactly what I needed. Simple, intuitive tracking with a clean interface. Nothing else compares. Every other app is bogged down by unnecessary and cumbersome features, I’ve tried so many. Subscription is 100% worth it.
When it works
When it works it’s good, I’ve tried to contact them several times about my paid subscription and no one gets back to you and now it says it’s cancelled and no refund.
Very Glitchy
I opted to sign in w Face ID end it continuously has me sign in manually. As I’m entering in information, it will kick me out once I hit save. So it doesn’t save and I have to re-enter same info several times

What A Hidden Gem!
--- Updated review a little over a year later on March 23, 2025 --- While I still love the idea of the app, I didn't renew it after the one year was up as I don't find it worth $29/yr. As a one time fee, yes. But yearly fee, no. --- Original Review --- I have been looking for a sales tracker exactly like this! Especially because it is so detailed with client tracking as well! For months I have been searching and everything I have come across is either bloated with so many unnecessary features and/or ridiculously expensive. It only took me about an hour trying this out to be sold on upgrading to premium for $29/yr which I was happy to do! I appreciate a yearly one time fee versus subscription and it doesn't automatically renew. So you have the choice of renewing on your own. Well worth it and I am so happy! I am a small business owner and this app is simple, yet so detailed. Works on both iPhone and iPad! I have it downloaded on both and it is syncing with no issues. Visually it's very appealing too. I will be spending all of today adding all my sales and client information that I have thus far. Again, I am truly grateful for this app and glad I stumbled across it. Please keep updating for years to come! I will need this app forever!!! LOL!! XOXO
Was exactly what I needed at first….
And then idk what happened, maybe An update? But half of my contacts went wonky…saying Unknown Customer. I went in and corrected them all individually when it happened the first time. The second time, I just quit using it. It was hours to figure out who was who the first time. Of course, NO response from customer service the several times I tried to contact them. I would expect that from a $.99 cent app, but not $29.99. Don’t waste your time or money, you are only paying for future frustrations.
Love it
I am very happy with this app because it helps me organize everything in my small business. I was looking for something like this for a long time. I do wish, however, that it allowed users to upload photos of the products offered and the ones delivered to customers. Please consider adding this feature. Other than that, I love this app!
Wish it would do what I need
Was just trying this out, and then got a pop up that it's $30 a year. I would actually be fine with $30 a year if I could do what I need to do with it, but it doesn't appear that I can. Guess I'll keep looking for something that works for my business.
