I send the money 5 days ago and my parents still haven’t received the money. When i call the customer care and they told me wait!!! I have ask how many days?? Answer is they also not sure … Is this joke ??? Please tap tap sort out my problem soon..

This company suspends accounts without warning and holds onto people's money without returning it. They suspended my account with money in it, and I asked them to release it, but they don't care. Their service is very bad; they are withholding my money.

Very helpful app money transfer so fast and good rate safe to use.
Payee management
There is no opinion about editing payee which is very annoying. There has to be opinions for add,remove,delete, edit payee. It’s a basic requirement for this type of app. Not happy about it
About rate
Before you guys give the exchange rate is very good for Pakistan but now it’s very less even if you go to any exchange 10fils to 20fils difference please improve your exchange rates. Thank you

Very Poor and Unreliable Service
Terrible service Extremely disappointing service. My money has been stuck for days, with no clear explanation and constantly changing information about when it will be delivered or returned. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I feel completely let down as a customer. I would not recommend Taptap Send to anyone. There are much more reliable money transfer services available.

I found the price for pkr 386 per pound on WesternUnion but the price on Taptap send is a bit lower around 373pkr per pound.. everything is alright reliable app but they have to increase price and comparable like other apps… Thanks Regards Your user

Always been a reliable service to send small amounts and medium amounts
They put my money on hold
I transferred more than £1000 and it took more than 24 hours to process. As i need it sent urgently for an emergency back home, In the end I had to beg my money back. This app should have put a notification that moneys will not be sent straight away if it the amount is more than the limit. I just lost trust in this app.

Appli qui marche bien mais la maintenance laisse à désirer, j’ai envoyé des sommes en urgence à Mada, 3 fois elle me dit que le transfert est en attente et là il me dise sur ma carte que j’ai été débiter 3 fois et que en plus lappli est en maintenance à l’heure où je vous parle, donc y a aucun moyen pour récupérer mon argent alors que lappli ne me dit si l’argent est bien envoyé ou pas et elle marche pas

Very bad experience with TapTap App
I had very disappointing experience with the taptap money transfer app. I sent only few bucks to Pakistan, and it has been 15 days, but the recipient still hasn’t received the money. I chat with the live agents several times but it is useless as well. I would not recommend using taptap to transfer money. Please be careful and consider other reliable money transfer services before using this app.
Allow Editing and Removing Beneficiaries
I really like TapTap Send, but I would love to see an option to edit or delete beneficiaries. Sometimes I create a beneficiary for a one-time transfer, but the name stays in the beneficiary list forever. It would make the app much cleaner and easier to use if users could manage their beneficiary list by editing or removing beneficiaries they no longer need. I hope this feature can be added in a future update.

Horrible service,
Someone hacked my account and stole £300. It has now been 2 months, and TapTap Send is still saying that the case is under investigation. I understand that investigations can take time, but 2 months without a resolution is completely unacceptable. The money is mine, and I expect TapTap Send to take responsibility and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of progress. I would not recommend TapTap Send based on my experience.

Every time transfer gets delayed, 5% transfer arrives in seconds 95% arrives in days taptap claims opposite. What a bad service it is, customer service is all about AI which says i can not speed that up there’s nothing i can do
