New subscriber
Did not identify a single device while at the same time claiming there are 27 unidentified devices on my network.
Privacy notification
The key here is that there is no privacy. By downloading the app you agree to all of their conditions of selling your data, etc. and there’s no way to opt out. Find another app.
Expected more in depth technical support
The T mobile gateway is one of the most used gadgets around, but the support team at PG Home did not have any more info about it than I do.

privacy notice
While reading the privacy notice it indicated that this app: With your permission, we may also access information from your device, such as your general location, contact lists, SMS messages, Call logs, photo and video library, documents, music. Which means they have access to your whole phone, which is none of their business in my opinion.

Verify doesn’t work
Well. I did the email verification several times with no success. Turned off vpn, still didn’t work. Use at your own waste of time. IT tech here. Recommended by T mobile. Thanks for taking all my information.

Waste of time to run a speed test. And No help with problems or issues

Interrupted service
I am disappointed the WiFi keeps going offline had to reset the gateway several times and it is a hit and miss situation . I go on the app all I get is reset the gateway . I am starting to regret switching my service to t mobile please find a better solution than just resetting the gateway Thanks

What a rip off. The take your money monthly and then when you file a claim you can’t get a hold of anyone!!
Can’t find anything
I have about 40 smart devices installed, it can’t find any while identifying there’s 37 devices in my system. No point and completely worthless… how can they help with my tech problems if they can’t even write an app that works?
Device trouble shooting
I’ve been having trouble with my gaming device it keeps crashing freezing these problem just started happening I thought I would have someone help me fix the problem but I didn’t get any help very disappointed.
