As a tourist you rent a vehicle and need to charge on the go. Why would I need to enter a codice fiscale number when I don’t live here and obviously don’t have one… dumb dumb dumb and more dumb. Just let me swipe my cc and let me charge. Ridiculously stupid

Brug gerne 55S9UYG som velkomstkode. Brugte det i Canazei og der er en relativt hurtig lader midt i byen. 100+ kW. Prisen er ikke billig men ligger omkring 0,9 på hurtig ladere og 0,65 euro ved alm 22kW langsomme ladere. Registrer dig hjemme fra med kort etc. Det er lettest 👍
Pessima gestione dei pagamenti e del Borsellino
Pessima gestione dei pagamenti! Se ho del saldo nel Borsellino, l'app DEVE impostarlo in automatico come metodo predefinito. A me è successo che, dopo un errore di ricarica dell'app, al secondo tentativo l'importo è stato addebitato sulla carta invece che dal Borsellino. È inconcepibile dover ogni volta selezionarlo manualmente per evitare addebiti indesiderati. Esperienza utente frustrante, sistemate subito!

Du kan risikere at betale 0.9 EUR pr kWh men det fremgår klart. På den anden side fungerer denne franske app langt bedre end endesa i Spanien (som jeg opgav at få til at virke).
Wtf
I find the App in the Store, but there is a button to „open“ only. I have registeted, but there is no icon on any of the pages. ——/ So, fixed the problem by deleting the App via Setup/Apps and reinstalled it, there it was all of a sudden. Works well, seems to be a comfortable App. Charging is a bit too pricy though, might use it only in „emergencies“
Worst experience
This app and the charging network should be removed. Requires registration, credit card data then nothing works. These charging providers need to be forced to deliver something that simply works. No gas station would have ever survived with this kind of garbage UI. Now they have all our private data and nothing works.

Foto vom eigenen Auto, meiner Meinung nach sind die Rechnungen falsch erstellt (Deutschland), die Leistung (Laden) wird in Deutschland erbracht, also 19 % MwSt. und keine 22 % (Italien).
Overcomplicated, sends a lot of spam
I just wanted to charge my car. Downloaded the app, registered. Unchecked the marketing email option. Then added all information about my car. Then I wanted to charge but app asked for billing information where I needed to fill all the information one more time. I've given app and uninstalled the app. Next day I've got the marketing email...
App gut, Preise unverschämt
So viel wie man über diese App pro KW zahlen muss, hab ich noch nicht gesehen! Günstigster Preis lag bei 85Cent. Egal ob AC oder DC..

Too Complicated
It took me 30 Minutes for installing and registering which is way too long if you do a stop for charging. You need to register, enter a billing address, payment Methode, add and verify phone number and configure your car. The whole process needs to kept much leaner

A complicated mess that doesn’t work
181 mb download (MANDATORY) and then unable to send verification text message to start charging (ALSO MANDATORY). This app represents everything wrong with EVs.
Log In funktioniert nicht
Die App fragt noch vor dem Log In das Land ab, in der man hauptsächlich laden will ab. Hier ist aber keine Eingabe/ Auswahl möglich??? Und es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung?? Fazit Nette Idee mit dem Abo aber leider schlecht umgesetzt

„Italienurlaub“
Vom Norden bis nach Sizilien immer bestens funktioniert. Zur Not installiert, da bei einem anderen Anbieter die Meldung kam, Ladesäule nicht gefunden🥵. 3500 KM quer durch Italien, kein Problem ! BeCharge worked 👍 an other App doesn't work!
Atrocious
The single worst app I have ever used. Glitchy, non sensical error messages and non responsive. Soul destroyingly frustrating. How it ever got released into production is staggering
Sufficient but not great
App is ok, but quite underwhelming. Not responsive at all (feels like an SPA, every click hangs with not feedback until it suddenly updates). The reservation is a neat feature but as a new user you cannot tell it’s 30:00 until you try it and there’s no option to cancel it. Overall it does its job but it looks and feels MVP. Perhaps the bulk of customers are just tapping cc or debit directly 🤷♂️

Awful. So terrible and ridiculous
Why do you. We’d my birthday for me to charge? Why do I need to have your buggy and terrible app? Why can’t I just swipe a credit card like at a gas station. This app and the entire charging infrastructure in Italy is such a joke. The worst system with the most problems any where in Europe. I drive my Tesla all over the EU. Italy and national infrastructure like this app and associated chargers are just an embarrassment.

Die Auswahl im EU Ausland ist schon stark beschränkt. Dazu kommt, dass das auswählen der Ladesäulen a) ewig dauert und b) in 80% der Fälle nicht funktioniert. Ich hab ein Paket gebucht und kann, obwohl in der App angezeigt, mittlerweile an der 8. Ladesäule nicht starten. Ständig kommt: Fehler bei der Verbindung …

Awful app
This was the worst experience. We are in Italy vacationing trying desperately to charge our rental car- to no avail. This app does not accept Apple Pay or Google pay (both say “coming soon”- likely indefinitely) and when you try to upload a CC- it gives and error code- both on IPhone and on my friend’s Android. Truly AWFUL!!!
Schlecht !
Kein Support, ich versuche seit einer Woche neue Kreditkarten in den Account zu bringen, was auch funktioniert. Jedoch kann ich damit nicht zahlen. Das ist einfach nur schlecht programmiert. Support antwortet ne Woche später mal und haben dann nicht einmal ein Lösung . Bin sehr enttäuscht

It worked a few times, and then one day, it said the charge was deactivating, and it would never stop, and now I can't start new sessions again.
Gutes Konzept, schreckliche App, zu wenig Ladesäulen
Die Gestaltung der App ist furchtbar. Benutzung ist frickelig und nicht intuitiv. Leider fehlen auch viele Ladesäulen. Schade, denn das Konzept ist gut.

Doesn’t work most of the time..
Location is wrong, occasionally the app doesn’t allow you to stop the session, thinks that you are charging somewhere while you’re not… etc etc Do not use unless you want to waste your money. If you want to test your patience… then this is your app!
I never write reviews
I must say I have never written a review for an app before but I feel so compelled to write one after my experience. To put it plainly, this app is horrible. Absolutely terrible. It freezes all the time, starting a charging session, ending a charging session, trying to view the map. It tells you charging stations are available 24/7 only to leave you stranded at a gas station in the middle of the highway with a charger that doesn’t even exist anymore! This app has wasted literal hours of my time standing in the cold trying to activate a session. I’ve absolutely had it. I’m writing this review after having the app freeze deactivating a session that never even successfully started, making me stranded without enough charge to make it to my destination, which happens to be the airport. All this to say, this app is evil. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!
Can not log in
A have been registered by Google authorization and after an amount of time tried to sign in again. After tapping “Sign in with Google” it shows an error 403 “You don’t have a permission to access this resource”. Very disappointed about it.
