Extremely poor first experience.
Tried to charge my EV at two different stations in Almada. In both cases, the charging session failed to start, yet the app blocked €40 per attempt as a pre-authorization. No service was provided, but the money is only refunded after around 10 business days, which is unacceptable. Very frustrating, especially for first-time EV users. Lack of reliability and poor user experience. Would not recommend.
