Great Fax Service
Easy to use elder Friendly
Charging me 12.99 when it wouldn’t work on my phone
I canceled immediately but it wouldn’t cancel until next month, although every fax I tried failed
Fax Not Sending
So the fax is just sitting in Progress mode for the last 25 minutes I don’t understand I’m kinda upset as I had to subscribe to this in order to send a fax and it’s not working… still waiting from them to reply through the business chat on Facebook
I think and hope
It was pretty much free we’ll for your first time downloading and the free triqal
Doesn't work
I have tried multiple times to send a fax and the app will force close without sending. Please give me my money back and fix your app.
Not sure how I feel
I did like this app until I went to use it today and it would not open. I had to delete it, redownload it, then all of my past faxes were gone! And I have no idea how to access them! I did really like this app but now, not so much…
OMG
Don’t waste your money keep saying it Feills. I try it for two days. It’s a three day free time use if I did already pay for it. It does not work at all. Don’t waste your money your time or your effort. I always keep saying it. it failed failed and failed. I hope the company gets this because I feel like I’ve gotten ripped off badly.
Images blurry when sent
The only page that came through clearly on the other end was the digital cover page.
Horrible
This fax app is not even worth the three-day trial tried to upload a document. It says it takes over 25 minutes and it doesn’t upload it all. I recommend not using this app.
Fax number needed
Please add option to get a fax number from my phone
Don’t waste your money
Never received the fax
Lengthy
Takes longer than any other Fax app
Bait and Switch
I’m sick of Apps pretending to be free and then after downloading learning it’s worthless if not paying ongoing fees. No thank you
Charged for an app that didn’t work
I sent faxes that did NOT go through. And I was charged 12.99 for it. Next time going to Office Depot or Staples to do this service to guarantee my faxes arrive AND I won’t have to pay 12.99.
Taking too long
I’m trying several time to send a fax and taking too long and comeback fail several time
Too long
It’s taken almost over an hour to fax
This is a waste of money or scam!
Fax never went through and they ask to go to Facebook page for any issues but I don’t have a Facebook account. Wasted money and you can’t get it back-(
