Trocaram meu terapeuta do nada!
Vinha num tratamento fantástico com a terapeuta, porém do nada entrou outra sem a minha solicitação. Deveriam ter mais respeito com os pacientes em pelo menos deixarem o psicólogo se explicar e se despedir, ou a própria plataforma trazer esclarecimentos. Isso vai de encontro à própria saúde mental de quem busca o tratamento, pois é uma quebra de vínculo muito repentina e intensa! Uma pena esse desfavor.

Me gusta mucho la app y es fácil de usar con sus funciones de escribir u mandar audios y archivos, pero no me llegan notificaciones cuando mi terapeuta me escribe, y eso hace aún más complicado seguir con el proceso.
The Best!
Didn’t know what to expect but I’m so grateful for my experience with iFeel. My therapist was incredible. I came in with anger/resentment towards my father and crippling fear to lose a close family member to now better able to work through these feelings and emotions. It’s taken time and a lot of work/effort on my part. But having such a supportive therapist who was non-judgmental made ALL the difference. I had this option through GymPass and only leaving since it’s no longer an option in the US (w/GP). If it weren’t for that, I would stay. Thank you so much for this option!
No search function
Got this via work; it’s random articles thrown at you with no way to search. You’re meant to doomscroll through this app - absolutely ridiculous
Preciso ficar reinstalando
O aplicativo em si tem uma metodologia legal, no entanto, eu preciso ficar desinstalando o app pra conseguir usar. Toda vez que quero enviar uma mensagem, o aplicativo aparece como se eu estivesse acabado de instalar o trava. O jeito é reinstalar, fazer login e quando precisar entrar novamente, o mesmo processo.
Mejora app
Hay algunas funcionalidades que estaría bien implementar, como por ejemplo poder abrir la app tanto en vertical como en horizontal, poder adjuntar ficheros Word en la conversación con el terapeuta.
Buen servicio, mala app
El servicio es buenísimo y lo aconsejo a cualquiera, pero la app está hecha malísimo y falla. No llegan las notificaciones, no soporta el modo horizontal, forzando las videollamadas en vertical, muy incomoda por el iPad, y interfaz poco profesional.
Best thing I’ve ever done for myself!
My therapist Andrea has helped me realize so many things about myself and how I talk to myself in a negative way that affects so many aspects of my life and I’m so grateful to have her help me set healthy goals and work through this process of loving myself more together!
No option to connect?
Unlike in the description with pictures I do not see at all where to connect with a professional through video or text. There are no options listed for that in the app or webpage. I have the premium version and the latest app version. Neither of those are the issue… please fix!!

Tenho que desinstalar e instalar novamente, com frequência, sempre que recebo uma mensagem da psicóloga. Se eu não fizer isso, não consigo ler, porque trava.
Not happy
I have been using the app almost a year. I really needed support and they gave me 2 therapist don’t know why the first one they changed it but ok. The therapists really helped me in that moment but in one moment they said they cannot do anything else to help me and the supervisor advised the therapist that need to end up the online session. “ Wish you the best in your search!” They said….
Notificaciones
No me llegan notificaciones al celular si me llegó mensaje del terapeuta. Debería venir la opción de notificaciones 15 mins antes de la sesión agendada o algo similar.

Still waiting to connect with therapist
It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting to be connected with a therapist. Messages in app are hard to find. My plan keeps being put on hold out of nowhere. It took 2 weeks to be connected to a therapist only for her to tell me she can’t help because she doesn’t treat in my state and I’ll be passed to customer service. Customer service seems to be overseas, there’s a large time delay, I don’t feel my messages are understood as I get same questions asked. Still waiting to be connected to a therapist. So far entire experience has been about a month and I still haven’t been able to utilize my plan. Feels like this service is completely fraudulent. Wanted to love the idea of this service but it’s going on a month and still haven’t been seen.

Gosto muito do app, funciona muito bem essa terapia assíncrona pra mim, mas nessa última semana o app fica fechando sozinho e eu não consigo acessar. Sei que dependendo o tempo de inatividade eu perco o contato da terapeuta, mas nesse caso ele crasha toda vez que tento abrir, nem inicializa o app
Las video consultas a través de la app no funcionan
Le pongo dos estrellas porque en general funciona bien y la experiencia con el terapeuta por el momento transmite buenas sensaciones. El problema es que la videollamada a través de la app no ha funcionado y hemos tenido que hacerla en una plataforma alternativa. Espero que lo resuelvan pronto ya que hemos perdido tiempo de consulta en buscar soluciones y esto a la larga producirá que para videoconsultas no utilicemos la propia app de ifeel.
Cada vez falla más a menudo la vídeo
Últimamente falla mucho el vídeo y el sonido. Al final, tenemos que salirnos de la app y hacer las sesiones en zoom. También es un incordio no poder girar la pantalla, mi terapeuta sale en horizontal y yo tengo el móvil en vertical, se ve muy pequeño. La verdad es que agradezco cuando vamos a zoom y puedo girar la pantalla y verla grande.

Siempre nos da miedo/respeto comenzar una terapia pero yo estoy encantada de haberlo hecho. Me ha ayudado mucho y además son muy atentos y siempre van guiándote poco a poco según tus necesidades.
La app necesita mejoras.
Por el momento la terapia se ha ajustado muy bien a mi horario, me gusta que no es en un día específico, he tenido una buena conversación con mi terapeuta y me calma el poder comunicarme con ella, me ha ayudado mucho. Pero creo que el desarrollo de la app no es muy intuitiva y siempre esta fallando, actualmente no puedo enviar mensajes y toda la conversación se me ha borrado, he perdido todo los mensajes que tenia guardados😕. Y no me permite comunicarme con soporte, ni con mi terapeuta. Ahora la app no me abre y se me cierra sola. Entonces sabiendo que la app es la herramienta no1 de Ifeel, deberían ponerle más atención. Porque si confío en la idea y me gusta esta opción pero si la app siempre falla, hace que pierdas el gusto a usarla.
Actualización
Con la última actualización no se puede usar la app en modo horizontal en el iPad…

Me encanta el método de terapia online que se adapta a cualquier horario y a demás son buenos profesionales ! El equipo de soporte está siempre atento y mi psicóloga me ha encantado, quizá no doy las 5 estrellas por que me gustaría un poco más frecuencia al día para conversar pero de resto me ha ayudado mucho a desahogarme y analizar un poco más en detalle temas de mi personalidad que hizo no me daba cuenta! He estado con ellos poco tiempo para tener un psicoanálisis en detalle pero sin duda en cuanto pueda continuaré sin dudas! Gracias al equipo ifeel por la confianza

This service wasn’t good. If you need good, reliable therapy I would go elsewhere. The plus is that this service is a lot cheaper than in-person therapy but I plan to shop around.

Connection issues
I was paired with a therapist that seemed great, however she mentioned it was her second session in English and on top of that had the worst connection I’ve ever experienced (I spend all day on video calls for work so I would assume it’s not my connection). It just seemed to defeat the purpose for me to talk about really tough things and have her yelling back “what??? I didn’t catch that”. I think the virtual piece was the deal breaker for me.
APP NÃO ESTÁ ABRINDO
As abordagens e os conteúdos do aplicativo é excelente, porém é muito complicado um app de saúde ficar bugando. Mesmo que não seja uma terapia por vídeo ou mais completa, o aplicativo me ajuda muito pelo fato de poder ter essa comunicação digitando/escrevendo. Mas, pra mim que tenho ansiedade e o app fica bugando é muito frustrante. Não quero perder contato com minha psicóloga.

The convenience factor is amazing.
Language switch
During the registration process the app automatically changed to English. After this, it started the automated chat all in Spanish. Right at the end, switched back to English. Spoke to a Therapist who asked me if I preferred English or Spanish. Of course, I said English because I don’t know much Spanish. The notifications all came through in Spanish. They gave me a price in Euro, although I’m from the UK and we deal in GBP. Very expensive plans. Not worth it! If I could give 0 stars I would, but it wouldn’t let me.

Was looking forward to seeing the capabilities of the app, half way through filling out the information the language switched to Spanish! Sadly I don’t speak Spanish.

So they give you a “free 30 minute session” which is basically repeating what ifeel is.. and they take 10 minutes to reply so its not really a 30 minute session. then they take another five minutes explaining the fees. its a brilliant concept especially for those who suffer with anxiety, but its alot of money and off putting to pay it when the 30 min free session is so poor.
Buena terapeuta, app deficiente
La aplicación tiene problemas y no es cómoda de usar. La experiencia de cliente en caso de alguna incidencia es terrible, he estado dos semanas hablando con soporte para solucionar un cambio de plan y sigo esperando. Continúo siendo usuaria porque mi terapeuta es una gran profesional y estoy muy contenta con las sesiones.
