The dietitians don't display their credentials anywhere in the app, so there's no way to verify you're working with an actual licensed professional. On top of that, the only personalized advice I received was to follow the plate method, something you can find for free on any government health website. If you're looking for personalized nutrition guidance, this app doesn't deliver that.

Com um preço acessível para um acompanhamento bem interativo e uma interface bem pensada para apoiar a adesão ao plano alimentar, tirando uma estrela por um problema de interface que achei que fosse um bug bem chatinho, acontece na janela de chat com o nutricionista, ao clicar na caixa de entrada de texto e aparecer o teclado, perco o acesso ao menu inferior do aplicativo sem um botão ou gesto de retorno para a tela anterior, me parecia ser necessário fechar forçadamente o app para poder utilizar as outras ferramentas, mas vc precisa deslizar o chat pra baixo, descobri no segundo dia usando… Coloca um botão ou dá suporte ao gesto padrão de deslizar da esquerda pra direita pelo menos.

Total mente desepcionada page por este app y nisiquiera puedo entrar al programa no lo recomiendo perderas tu dinero ya e reseteado como 10 veses y no e podido entrar
Muy útil, optimizacion de lista de la compra y menús
Muy buena app y los nutricionistas del plan plus realmemte están pendientes y responden muy rápido! Aunque los menús usan ingredientes bastantes similares durante una semana, hay guias para conocer sustituciones.

Not worth it
The nutrition plan is not personalized, at all - it's random healthy recipes put together and didn't take into account my preferences, food aversions, or preferred meal times. The "nutritionist" is not very responsive and gives very generic advice. Don't waste your money.
Healthy app
Nice app! I like the recipes they offer, the reminders, and the additional tips to eat better. I would like to read more detailed recipes though, some instructions are very ambiguous and not easy to follow. I would also like to have a better sense of the portions, I don’t think they are very clear. I believe this app is not American, some names for the ingredients are not from the US so I have to Google them.

Dietas convencionales
Por curiosidad baje la app y me metí al menú gratuito. Conteste todas las preguntas y me genero el menú. Aunque veo que la app te resuelve el tema de recetas y lista de súper que está padre eso, vi que la dieta propuesta está muy lejos para conseguir el objetivo que busco. Lo cual hizo que no tuviera interés en la misma. Si llevara la dieta que me pusieron para subir de peso y masa, creo que conseguiría lo inverso y me moriría de hambre. Lo mismo me pasó con varios nutriólogos que se dicen deportivos. Pero digamos la app está bien hecha. Saludos!

I didn’t know what to expect when I downloaded this app. I’m so happy I did. It has changed my life. I have tried several times to loose weight on my own and have struggled. It helps to have a little help. Janet is the person I needed. She has provided daily assistance with providing great feedback and support. She’s truly a great coach. Thanks to the producers of this app. It has truly been a blessing.
Need attention to the detail
I gave feedback regarding proof reading recipes. For example, the ingredients, recipe description, picture & methods don’t match. Some items are listed as ml and other items in cups. They made the changes, but I still kept finding mistakes.
Good app for meal suggestions
Great for meal suggestions. I lost one lb the first week. The meals are tasty. They seem to suggest more healthy snacks and eating less for meals. The nutritionist responds about every 24 hours. The app seems to stick in the chat function.
Muy simple y basica
La app es simple y básica y la asesoría realmente no ayuda. En lo personal el uso que le doy es para inspirarme con menus y opciones de comidas, pero realmente no te ayuda mucho si no es que tienes un plan robusto para bajar de peso. La tengo en plan y no la recomiendo.

I am vegan and enjoy weightlifting and I’ve been struggling on my journey and felt so alone because I wasn’t fully sure if I was doing everything properly. It’s really nice to have a nutritionist guide me through and work with my chaotic schedule. They’re very personable which makes it harder for me to cheat (which is something I need). Taking photos of my food makes it fun to cook and I enjoy cooking now. The meals are so easy to make and the directions are very helpful. You can also up the number of people you’re cooking for.
Useless
I downloaded this app, picked a plan, and sssrted getting texts multiple times a day to tell me what I should be eating at that very minute. No explanation, no onboarding, no shopping plan or recipes, it’s ridiculous.

High level of professionalism and flexible

No personalization and no support for food allergies
The paid version doesn’t let me change all of the recipes for other ones. If I do change them, my shopping list doesn’t update so it’s worthless. Additionally, there is no way to remove recipes automatically if you have allergic ingredients. They just tell you you have to do the work to change ingredients yourself, so there’s no point in paying if you have to design your own meals!

Me parece fácil y accesible. El acompañamiento nutricional es excelente. Sin embargo el sistema de 5 comidas y las propias comidas se adapta más al sistema europeo o estadunidense siendo algo difícil de seguir.

Who on earth are these “nutritionists”?
Lots of options if you want to be a vegetarian. Otherwise, you’re hosed. I looked at the “clean eating” meal plan. It says clearly that it is a meal plan designed to “avoid refined grains” (their words, not mine) so why is a giant bowl of pasta salad an option? I am BAFFLED that someone thought this was a good idea. The food offered in each of the diet plans has no correlation to the health benefits that the diet plans advertise. It’s like they threw a dart at a wall of recipes and added those to the meal plans. Nothing correlates. I eat an AIP diet to reduce inflammation and have for years. (No gluten, legumes, dairy, eggs, yeast, soy, sugar, nightshades) I was hoping for an app that would give me some recipe ideas as I’ve gotten into a rut. There is no recipe that is even close to something that I could eat. This app is so generic, I’d have better luck typing “diet recipe” into Google and just taking my pick of what pops up. What diet are you interested in? IT DOESN'T MATTER - just make yourself a big bowl of pasta salad and see what happens! I literally see no value from this app, and I can’t imagine there is a nutritionist alive who would recommend a giant bowl of pasta. (Unless, I suppose, you were a distance runner?) Maybe if you were plagued with the worst eating habits imaginable, this app would give you a leg up, but for the rest of the population that understands the difference between a zucchini and a potato chip, you should pass.
Amazing!
I’ve tried a lot of different apps and companies to lose weight in the last 5 years. I can hands down say that Nootric is the best I’ve ever tried. They don’t try to push any supplements or products on you, the Nutritionists are responsive and help guide you so you can learn how to make healthy decisions on your own, and the app is so simple to navigate.
It’s canned meals not personalized
Misleading advertising- I thought I was getting personalized and customized meal plan. It’s all canned - they have a live person called “nutritionist” you can chat with, yes, but all she told me was - here is the link to a guide (links to pre template meal plan) and lose 2 pounds a week ask me any questions. I asked any tips for flat belly diet - she said do you workout - I told her what I did. Her response was - eat healthy and workout. I don’t need an app to tell me that. I told her I eat primarily Indian vegetarian food - she said they don’t offer plans for that yet. I didn’t pay money out of pocket unlike some other unlucky souls, I got it through Gympass. They took me personal information like which medication I take - please do not give them your money or medicine information. I am shocked that this app exists and Gympass supports it.

What is this?
So…I downloaded this app thinking I would have a personalized plan / nutritionist on demand. I was very wrong and sold by the other reviews on the app. I should have ran when I just saw 12 reviews. Anyhoo, what I actually got after spending $62 for three months was a nutritionist who used pre canned templates to put together a meal plan. When I asked to have it more personal, I was told it didn’t meet the vision of the meal plan…. Huh? I asked for clarification, but that question was ignored. My vision is what I thought I was paying for — a nutritionist who listens to my concerns, talks to me about my goals and develops a personalized meal plan. Not to mention, the app is extremely basic and not $62 pretty…. If you’re considering purchasing…definitely save your money for something more reputable. ****Update, the developer responded that we had a chance to speak via email. However, this is inaccurate as an email discussion never happened and no one has reached out to me.

This app makes it easy to keep track of your meals. It has countless recipes that are easy to make. They have a nutritionist on board that can provide support.

This company’s customer service is atrocious. The trial did not work, took ages to be resolved and then they refused to give any type of refund as “there are too many parties involved”. I wouldn’t recommend going through this to my worst enemy.
