In my opinion this game is really good, cute and fun. It’s so sad that the game is going to end service. I’m very sad about this. This game brought me joy every time I open it.
Ads but not receiving rewards
Recently for me, there are times when I watch ads for rewards (magic apples & spin roulette) & it’ll make me watch the same ad x2 or 3 which isn’t even allowed in the game just to not receive my reward… pls fix this as it’s a waste of time & the items we watch ads for aren’t easily accessible in the game.

I’m a huge Hello Kitty fan and I downloaded this game because I thought I’d love it. But while it’s loading it glitches and kicks you off. A huge disappointment I definitely do not recommend this bad game PS I might give you a better review if you add a bug fix to this problem in your next update so PLEASE DO FIX THIS NOW. If I could give this very bad game a zero star rating I definitely would!

Not good
The creators of this app have done nothing to address the issues that people have brought to attention, i.e. the lack of representation concerning non white skin tones, and many bugs within the app that don’t allow some users to play. It’s very clear that the devs of this game are unconcerned with the users experience or the quality of the game, which is disappointing because Sanrio is a very loved and cherished company for many people. Maybe eventually someone will get it right. But this one is definitely an L.

The game is good overall however I made 2 purchases on this game for in game currency and received nothing, I tried to email them but received an email back in a different language and I still have received no refund or In game currency

Hello, I have spent many apples and gatcha tickets on the same gatcha edition and it often gives me the same item. it is so frustrating because the return of ‘gatcha points’ is so little and it is so hard to get gatcha tickets without spending money. $22 for ‘ten gatcha spins’ is steep in probably many people’s opinions. its just a virtual game, not psychical kuromi plushies. and also by extreme respect to ourAfrican American and darker and brown and purple people, please add BETTER SKIN COLOUR SELECTIONS.

Lovely game but I think there is one bug
Im loving this game so far but I think there is an issue, first of all the gacha spins are extremely repetitive, I get the same thing many many times from each different gacha, maybe that’s just bad luck BUT! I think The little shop where I can trade gacha points for items has a bug or some sort of glitch. Because the countdown for that shop to be updated counts down but the selection never changes. It hasn’t changed in like a week. I even paid 20 magic apples to update it and nothing happened. Before I saw it had different things, I really want it to update so I can see what else there is to offer

it seems like a cute game but like a lot of other people, i can’t actually access the app. it just gets stuck at the two logos while booting up. i have a 6s, similar to other reviews. that being said, the game clearly isn’t compatible so why not say that?

Here is why I think 3 stars
It’s a good game just needs more favourite characters for the theme of the park. I am a Kuromi fan and I had to pick her rival, My Melody. This kind of ruined the experience but I do recommend it. Although it needs more, it’s a very good game and I hope you read this and consider adding more themes. I hope you do this because if you do it will be 5 stars!
