Fix it!!
The app is useful and makes it convenient to buy credit anytime, any day. However, one of its biggest drawbacks is how difficult it is to manage a mobile money (MoMo) wallet. If you change your phone, you can’t simply add your existing MoMo wallet to the new device. Instead, you first have to remove it from the old phone before you can register it again. But what happens if your old phone is lost, stolen, or damaged? There isn’t even an OTP or any other verification option to confirm that you’re the rightful owner of the wallet. I recently had to visit your office, and all I was given was a phone number to call so my wallet could be removed because the system claimed it had already been added elsewhere—even though I still had my phone with me. This process is unnecessarily frustrating. Why make it so difficult for customers who simply want to buy credit? Please consider improving the app by following the example of GWC. Their app is much easier to use, and customers can contact support directly through the app to resolve issues quickly without all the unnecessary back and forth. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the user experience.

Why after topping up with the meter balance,we again need to transfer the code into the machine ourselves when there is a confirmation that I have topped up on multiple occasions my phone battery was down and before I could start to put the codes into the machine it died I had to be going around cos I had no power this is terrible I am unable to top up on the app I have to always go through the MOMOPAY process which is tiring

I always have to punch in the code after purchase. It’s supposed to automatically recharge my prepaid metre. Aside this issue it’s been working fine until today, I’m not able to recharge my metre. It says, “Unable to establish a remote connection to your metre”.kindly fix this. Update I’ve been able to recharge my metre today. Thanks for the swift response. Please enable automatic recharge as soon as credit is bought. Thank you

A lot of things don’t add up and stuff and you barely get answered on the call line
Poor service and even poorer customer care
They will debit your money and tell you to wait for 5 hours . Don’t bother calling CC they literally decline your call. And they do this intentionally
Slow Loading on MTN Network
When using Cellular data on my iOS, it takes time for the data to load fully on MTN network. My network speed is at 82Mbps but the transactions are not loading. When connected to a Telecel broadband or using AirtelTigo it loads well.

I’ve been trying to buy prepaid for myself and since a month they’ve been giving me notification that my money is not enough for the fee mean while I’ve been debited

A very good start
I have successfully loaded power for my family after power going off in the middle of the night. This is really good and it a matter of time before most people have compatible meters that can be remotely loaded. Kudos to ECG for this wonderful app, GHANA is beginning to work. We need to put in more efforts in the other areas of our development.
No longer functional
I used to like the app but sadly it is no longer working. I tried to pay bill for a post paid account (meter) but it kept telling me ‘error processing request’. Please fix it
Deduction update
Paying is easy now but the quick update for deduction when an amount is paid needs to be worked on. It’s really poor

Please when are you going to update the app so that smartcash BOT and smartcash BXC prepaid meter users can also utilize the app? Such a timely update could expand the customer base and increase customer satisfaction.
