Fixed - Versions 2.0.30 and 2.0.29 are broken
If after updating the app it becomes static and many features in it become broken please log out and log back in, that fixed the issues I detailed below for me and the app now functions flawlessly…. Prior review below after updating to versions 2.0.30 or 2.0.29 … 1. Information such as airtime and data balances no longer refresh and are now static, so you can not check your balances in the app anymore 2. You can no longer see nor purchase data packages in the app, it’s almost like the app has been disconnected from MTNs servers and everything is just static

So far, it’s been a wonderful experience using the MyMTN app. I’ve been using the app since maybe 2022 and I’ve not had any issues with it.

It’d be convenient if one can check puk number inside your mobile app, with airtel it was seamless and I did not need to answer weird questions from chat bot, even after answering all the questions, it just stops responding and no puk code I answered all these questions for.
