如题。中国APP的典型问题。什么都要跳到微信，什么都要实名制。国际旅客订票就困难，好不容易订好了，想来提前值机也困难，想改也困难。根本打不通的电话。威权国家什么都要管，什么都管不好。我订机票都写护照号和姓名和DOB了，好好加一层实名验证。 脑子不有问题么？你们四川航空不想赚国际旅客的钱，就指望吸血地方财政来续命么？纳税人的钱就这么被糟蹋。

This app is so hard to use, when I’m trying to use my Chinese ID to sign up for an account, it automatically switches my birth day to September when is not, and you can’t even change it🤬

（不是关于App） 已经3202年了，四川航空还不能开通个自助登机业务吗……在温哥华机场等柜台一个乘客一个乘客的人工办登机+行李托运，11点就开始排队了，硬是排到12点还没排拢……腿站麻了。
