I have used this app to organise our wedding and once I opened the app to add some guests and the guests list including 100 people was completely gone! I have written to the support team and still I haven’t heard back! 😢
Very disappointed
We have had this app for over a year for wedding planing. The app glitched and we lost are lage number of our guests and planning. Attempts to contact support to resolve the issue has gone on since April 2026 without communication or a resolution. They would not even refund our subscription for an app that stopped working. The response for a refund was “we don’t do”, no explanation to the ongoing issue or an update on a resolution. There are other apps that do the same as Wedsly with better suport options.

War super für eine Übersicht, sodass nichts vergessen wird. Ein Stern Abzug: Wedbox wird empfohlen um Bilder und Videos mit der Familie zu teilen. Die App kostet 50€ und ist Müll, hört auf für sowas zu werben.
App won’t open
All of a sudden the app won’t open, or it does but doesn’t allow me to edit existing events. We rely on this app for our wedding budget.
Verbesserungsfähig
An sich Ziemlich gut. Hat auch bereits viele Optionen, dennoch finde ich die Email Funktion nicht so gut, denn wir haben überwiegend nur die Handynummern von unseren Hochzeitsgästen. Wenn wir jedoch auf die teilen Funktion klicken, um die Einladung über eine andere App zu versenden, passiert nicht. Also ist die Funktion unnötig. Eventuell könnt ihr den Bug fixen. Aber ansonsten eine gute Idee. Ich hoffe ihr fixt das ZEitnah, sodass wir die App für unsere Gäste weiter nutzen können bis zur unserer Hocbzeit am 25.09.2026. Ebenfalls wäre es toll, wenn die Email die versendet wird auch eventuell als pdf gespeichert werden könnte und man die Einladung dann über die Apps so in dem Stil versenden könnte. Gemeinsam mit dem Code und der Info wie man sich anmelden kann als Gast
Won’t load (All fixed now)
Used to like it. Had to reset my plans. Started again and it won’t pass the budget part keeps saying please wait as it’s loading App bug has now been fixed and works just as it used to! ☺️ quick reply and quick fix!
App deleted all of my account and details 4 months before my wedding!
I downloaded the app 12 months before getting married. I loved it, I set up our entire budget and tracked every deposit I paid. Now 4 months before the wedding, all of a sudden my entire account is gone, all of my planning is gone.
Occasional issues.
Overall a great app. I have been having a repetitive issue where the app will all of a sudden start giving me ‘server error’ and only loading up what I assume is connected to the coding where everything is ‘global_my_’ and then either ‘wedding’ or ‘event’ but I can’t access my event at all. This is disheartening as I have only been using this planner for my wedding which is quickly approaching in September… without it I am at a loss, which is partially on me for having so much faith in tech… I’ve tried to report the issue but I can’t get anywhere on the apple support website to get that done. I am hoping this bug/issue is resolved soon, as this is the second time in less than 4 months this has happened Again, it is overall a great app, but these bugs and issues are a little overwhelming
Verwirrend
Leider ist die App sehr verwirrend. Um die Tische zu planen muss man die PRO Version abonnieren für 2,99€ im Monat. Naja habe ich gemacht weil 2,99€ Schaden nicht. Aber dann ist mir aufgefallen das ich für jeden Gast eine Handy Nummer oder E-Mail angeben muss damit ich diese in Gruppen und tische aufteilen kann.. habe ich dann aber auch gemacht. Dann bei der Tischordnung habe ich ein Tisch erstellt mit Cousinen und Cousins und dann tauchen die Namen wieder auf der „nicht sitzende Gäste“ auf.. super verwirrend und umständlich mit der Handynummer. (Man kann diese auch direkt von den Kontakten importieren, aber ich verstehe nicht den Grund warum man das eingeben soll..) der eine Stern ist nur dafür weil die App hübsch und aufgeräumt aussieht. Werde die App jetzt löschen und nach einer anderen suchen.
Kein Login mehr möglich
War sehr zufrieden, die App hat bei der Planung wirklich geholfen. Nach einem Update kann ich mich nun nicht mehr einloggen. Angeblich stimmt das Passwort nicht. Die Passwort vergessen Funktion funktioniert nicht, ich erhalte keine Mail. Versuche ich einen neuen Account anzulegen sagt die App aber das Email- Konto wird schon verwendet. Nun sind scheinbar alle Daten weg. Den Support hätte ich gern kontaktiert aber auch das funktioniert nicht. Sehr ärgerlich!!!
Sehr gute Unterstützung
Die App ist sehr übersichtlich unterteilt. Die Übersicht über Aufgaben und Budget erleichtert die Planung deutlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.
Don’t waste your time!
Less than 3 weeks before my wedding and I’ve come into the app to get my final numbers for catering, my entire guest list is gone. Over 100 people I individually added and their dietary requirements/responses yes or no. Really disappointed that this has happened and now I have to start from scratch to write my guest list and figure out who was yes and no and who has dietary requirements. Not what I want to be dealing with 3 weeks out when I have to give final numbers tonight catering tonight. Worst thing is I can’t find anywhere on the app to contact a support team to try help. Won’t be using this again and won’t be recommending this app to anyone.
Wirklich praktische App!
Die App ist wirklich praktisch, um im Hochzeits-Vorbereitungswusel den Überblick zu behalten. Wir hatten ein technisches Problem, das vom technischen Support der App aber echt schnell und mit sehr freundlicher Kommunikation behoben werden konnte. Praktisch wäre es, wenn bei der Budgetplanung eingetragen werden könnte, was bereits bezahlt wurde.
LOST EVERYTHING!
Loved this app until recently. Wouldn’t load, couldn’t open for several days now everything is completely gone I’m so gutted and upset!
Ganz ok
Coole App um die Hochzeit zu planen aber die Event ID jedem einzelnen das zu schicken ist sehr lästig, schade, dass es nicht pro Hochzeit eine eigene ID Nummer gibt, mit der man dann jeden einladen kann, den man eben einladen möchte. Dann habe ich endlich herausgefunden, wie man jeden einzelnen über die App einlädt und schon kommt das nächste Problem. Ich habe mehrere Gäste nachträglich eingeladen und eingetragen und diese Personen haben keine ID. Zum dritten Mal muss ich nun den Support abwarten und das frisst eine Menge Zeit. Zusätzlich werde ich mir die gewünschte Foto App nicht herunterladen, da diese dann im Anschluss Geld kostet.

This is a great app!! 😃 It seems really simple, but once you start using it, you can see the thought that they have put in to how it works. It does everything you need, and you can share it too! Fantastic, I cant recommend it enough!
Update deleted all my info
The new update deleted all my guests information. Now I have to ask for everybody’s addresses again to send out invites.
Übersichtlich
Eine tolle Hilfe alles im Blick zu behalten. Die Funktion der Gäste finde ich toll. Schön wäre Kategorien mit Zusagen und Absagen. So muss man immer durch scrollen. Beim Budget kann man Dinge nicht löschen. Denn wenn man keinen DJ nimmt, kostet der auch nichts, man kann ihn aber nicht entfernen, oder wenn das Brautkleid von der Familie übernommen wird, fällt das ja auch nicht ins Budget. Diese Funktion fand ich daher sehr unübersichtlich und nicht hilfreich.
Alles wieder weg …
Die App ist eigentlich ganz cool und hilfreich…. Jedoch sind meine ganzen Daten (bis auf das Hochzeitsdatum) alles gelöscht. Und das schon zum dritten Mal. Ich guck mich nun nach einer anderen App um…

Won’t let me use the app
I’ve tried signing up with my email, and I’m not receiving a code no matter how many times I resend it, I’ve checked my email was right and it was. Then I tried signing up through Facebook but was told the feature wasn’t available to sign up with Facebook after logging in.
Super hilfreich aber verbesserungsfähig
Die App ist super hilfreich, verschafft einen guten überblick. Mit einem Blick in die App hat man sein Budget und auch die Gäste super im Auge! Leider ist beim Budget die Übersicht etwas verwirrend. Man trägt den Betrag ein, womit man rechnet oder was man bereit ist dafür auszugeben. Darunter ist ein Feld, in welchem man den Betrag einträgt was es letzten Endes gekostet hat. In der Übersicht wird dies dann aber als teilweise bezahlt angezeigt. Ob es gezahlt ist oder nicht kann man aber leider gar nicht eintragen. Dann kann man sich Aufgaben stellen, und eintragen bis wann man diese erledigt haben möchte. Dazu gibt es eine gesamtübersicht und einzelne Monate, wobei bei mir der April komplett fehlt. Ansonsten bin ich echt happy mit der App. Sie verschafft mir einen deutlich besseren Überblick über Budget und Gäste als unsere vielen Listen zuhause, die ständig korrigiert werden.
Update hat alles gelöscht
Lieben dank alle Daten etc. sind durch das Update gelöscht worden. Es war bis dahin ganz cool deswegen keine 1 Stern Bewertung.
Fehlfunktion Budget
Die App ist eigentlich recht hilfreich aber der Bereich „Budget“ ist leider noch verbesserungswürdig. Wenn ich einzelne Posten durch zB eine Anzahlung bereits teilweise bezahlt habe und dies auch entsprechend eintrage, wird bei der voraussichtlichen Gesamtsumme nur der bereits gezahlte Teil einkalkuliert und der Betrag, der noch aussteht, außer Acht gelassen. Musste gerade erstmal länger suchen, woran es liegt, dass unsere Hochzeit plötzlich ein paar Tausend Euro günstiger sein soll...

Ganz gut
Ich finde die App ist nicht schlecht. Eine gute Idee und man kann bei ihr alles eintragen, an das man denken muss! Leider finde ich es schade, dass wenn man das Budget bei den einzelnen Punkten (DJ, Friseur,Deko, ...,) eingetragen hat und man weniger bezahlt hat als geplant, dass dort steht, dass man nur teilweise bezahlt hätte und nicht, dass man komplett bezahlt hat. Oder dass man als Budget auch 0€ eintragen kann, wenn man es z.B geschenkt bekommen hat, aber trotzdem auflisten möchte. Vielleicht kann man an den Stellen noch arbeiten ☺️ ansonsten ist die App gut!
Hilfe bei der Budgetierung
An und für sich ja eine tolle App. Nachdem es mir durch das Update aber alles verhauen hat, habe ich mir nun die Mühe gemacht, alles neu einzugeben. Kann mal passieren und lass ich mir auch noch gefallen. Aber nun blicke ich bei dem Budgetplaner nicht mehr durch… Kann mir da bitte jemand helfen?! Oder muss ich dafür vorher Mathematik studiert haben?! Wenn ich zB unter dem Punkt Dekoration einzelne bereits bezahlte Beträge eingebe, wie 10€ Blumen und danach 20€ Kerzen, steht bei den Kerzen nachher 30€ statt 20€ und ich komme so gerade auf Kosten allein für die Deko von 6000€ 🤣 da immer die vorherigen Beträge mit summiert werden. So ein Schwachsinn! Dann könnte ich ja gleich am Schluss nur einen Betrag eingeben und fertig. Ich versteh den Sinn dahinter nicht. Das ist so null durchdacht und macht einfach keinen Sinn. Es ärgert mich, mir die Mühe zu machen, um alles einzeln einzugeben, dann löscht das Update alles, dann geb ich es erneut ein und das Ding rechnet letztlich was es möchte! Ich denke alle, die gerade eine Hochzeit planen, haben genug zu tun und wollten die App als Erleichterung und nicht, um sich selbst die einfachen Dinge komplizierter als nötig zu machen! Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden! Wäre super, wenn mir jemand die App logisch erklären könnte (vor allem den Budgetplaner). ;) Dann ändere ich auch gerne meine Bewertung entsprechend - da die Grundidee ja super ist. Vielen Dank

Couldn’t access app
I opened the app, began filling out details and my entire phone froze and went non responsive, my phone literally never does this and is usually clean and free of viruses. It’s only 2 yrs old and has a bunch of storage so there was no other reason for my phone to crash other than this app. I had to factory restart my phone, thankfully my phone was okay to start up again after that but I was definitely scared out of using this app. I do also realise this may actually be an issue with my phone but just something to be weary of in terms of potential bugs that need fixing within the app. 😊

Ich finde die Idee sehr gut, es fehlt nur noch das Funktion, dass ich die Todos und Budget mit meinem fiancé gleichzeitig darauf arbeiten kann.
Seit dem Updates leider enttäuscht
Vor dem letzten Update war ich sehr begeistert aber leider ist jetzt sehr unübersichtlich was die bevorstehenden Aufgaben angeht und diese Funktion war mir sehr wichtig.
Needs better iPhone 11 Pro+ support
The UI isn’t that great for iPhone 11 Pro, making certain things harder to click. It would be great to also recommend budgets based on guest size, wedding type VS based off an overall $35k average.

Lost everything
After the latest update my account was logged out, I thought I must have used one of the other login options, but no! Wasted so much time putting everything in and recording how much I’ve paid against different items and lost EVERYTHING. what a waste of time, do NOT use this app.

Viel mühe um nichts
Hab so viel mühe in diese App gesteckt, das ganze Budget, die Gäste eingetragen. Nach dem Update war alles einfach weg! Leider ist die App jetzt auch komplett in Englisch! Schade vorher gute App, jetzt eben gelöscht!
Leider viele Fehler nach dem letzten Update
Die App ist prima, leider haben sich in den letzten Updates ein paar Fehler eingeschlichen. So habe ich jetzt die Möglichkeit, eine Teilzahlung einzugeben- allerdings bleibt der Artikel auch auf „teilweise bezahlt“ selbst wenn ich weniger Geld ausgeben habe. Hier fehlt eine Box oder ein Button, mit dem ich sagen kann, der Artikel ist auch mit der geringeren Summe vollständig bezahlt ist. Weiterhin habe ich Artikel, die ich mit 0 € eingetragen habe entweder als vollständig bezahlt drin- was korrekt ist, da ich sie nicht benötigte oder geschenkt bekomme- oder mit der vollen Summe, die eingeplant war und weder als „bezahlt“ noch als „teilweise bezahlt“ markiert. Hier wird dringend eine Nachbesserung benötigt!

It helps a lot when your planning your wedding, it also shows what you need to do for your wedding specially if your new at it all. It also makes sure your with in your budget.
Low customization
Wedding planning is supposed to be about you and your partner. Wedbox is so generic - cannot change prices, the To Do is in an awkward order, count down is off and the budget is not really a accurate estimate of how much items generally cost. Its a fine reference that’s about it.
Bearbeitung der Aufgaben
Seit dem letzten Update und den zusätzlichen In-App-Kaufmöglichkeiten kann man die Aufgaben, in denen oben der Link zu möglichen Anbietern eingeblendet wird, nicht mehr löschen. Man kann das Symbol nicht mehr anklicken, da die Seite immer wieder nach oben zum Link zurückspringt. Sehr nervig! Ansonsten bietet die App einen guten Überblick und viele Möglichkeiten.

My wedding is very soon and I only just found out about this but it’s helping a lot. I’m a clutterbrain so it helps me stress less and see what I need to do. Only issue I have with it is that the (+ Add ——) button at the bottom of the screen blocks me from being able to click on the last option on any page (it’s smack bang in the middle and is covering the last option, so like a bit hard to edit last thing for budget or undo a to do check). I have an iPhone X so not sure if it’s the same for other devices.

Good start, Room for improvement
The good things: Splits the budget and the to do list. Easy to check the to do list Easy to add items. Front page displays your spends against your budget Link to the photo app is useful The “Could be better” things: The “add item” button on the budget page gets in the way of the bottom budget item, meaning I can’t select that item of my budget to edit it. The app comes fully pre-populated with figures (very high figures) which both took a lot of time to edit every budget item (especially because I couldn’t access the bottom item due to the button being in the way, so my budget was always incorrect) and gave me anxiety I didn’t need I.e the assumption of that being how much those items would likely cost really panicked me. In short a very useful on the go wedding planning app, but perhaps only needs one example populated for the budget page, and the “add item” button needs to move.
