Ticket booking issue
On clicking review your journey tab…Payment option screen is not coming instead a message showing ‘unable to process your request. Pls try again later’. This needs to be resolved.

Fix the password change bug open since 3+ years
When trying to reset the password, no matter what you type it just gives an error "Password should have alphabets and number only". I found a workaround to bypass the stupid error by typing text in alternating case.

How is this even in business
The apps main business is booking train tickets. But what happens when the window opens for bookings at 8:00 am. The app has crashed. Every single day. What happens when Tatkal opens at 10:00 am ? You guessed it right. The app has crashed. Every single day :) Right now am surprised at the rating but then seeing the comments, one understands that buying the ratings is the reality we live in.
Refund problem
Payment cut the account but not book tickets and refund amount not credit in account???
Worst App
Literally , it’s not user friendly app. “Clunky and outdated app — slow, confusing, and not at all user-friendly compared to other booking options.”

0 stars Rating from my side. IRCTC Rail Connect app completely stops working exactly when it's time for real work. Every single day during peak Tatkal hours, the app freezes, throws network errors, or crashes during login. What is the point of a ticketing app if it fails the moment citizens actually need to book a ticket? Server capacity needs a massive upgrade immediately. Absolutely frustrating experience.
App is useful but buggy
I have used this app in the past and now. I did not have any issues but Captcha sometimes don’t work as intended. One functionality I found missing in this app is …. Foreign tourist Quota is not available in the app. So u r always dependent on PC / Mac. If this gets updated in the app…. Nothing like it. So far I am loving it. Has a bit of curve to learn it. Instead of PDF, if they make a short video of how to use the app, or the system …. That would be great. With these two updates, I will revise my rating to 5 stars.
Not able to register
I was not able to register with a Canadian no. This app does not support calling internationally, also send them few enquires they just closed the case on us .

The app always shows “Experiencing high load”, making it extremely difficult to book tickets. This issue occurs repeatedly. IRCTC should improve its server capacity and app performance so that passengers can book tickets without unnecessary frustration.

Unable to access site
From USA traveling on an extended holiday and have been trying for 3 days to enable use. When I try to login to my account , I enter user name, password, and Captha but never receive OTP. So I submitted a help ticket which also sends OTP. I did receive that OTP but never one to login to my account.
Improvements are impressive
I have been using the app for more than 15 years and recent improvement are the best. I am very impressed . Keep up the progress. Please think about allowing automatic top up to IRCTC wallet as the balance drops to preset level through UPI or Debit credit card mandates. Thank you for your consideration
Rong berths
This is the worst app in the world. I needed a lower berth ticket for my wife and a 6 month old child, but it repeatedly gave me tickets for the middle and upper berths, and I had to book and cancel the ticket at 5 o'clock.
