Good customer service
I like everything about Altras you are amazing guys. And life savers in many situations I have faced in my life. You have taken care of us and our family back in Sudan by assisting them, aiding them, and directing them toward the right path of collecting their transfer. I just feel sometimes your prices as a little high than most people out there I know people here can transfer money for each $100 they take $4 and for each $50 they take $2 or $3 depending on the amount but the max they can charge is $4 for each $100 and for a $1000 and up they charge $30. If you lower your prices we will be able to use your service and send money back home every month. Any how thank you much for everything. Emad.

The rate to gulf estate is higher than other web site and the fees too which not fair to charge high rate and high fees that doesn’t encourage customers to stay on with atras
STUPID Application
Worst application everrrrrrrrrrrr! Loads and loads of details to setup the account & receiver’s details! ONLY to have all your cards declined and no one to speak to despite claiming a 24/7 service! Tried to send money thru the website! that’s not an option! WHY WASTE YOUR TIME! And if course can not pay with DEBIT card as it’s asking for a security number that’s doesn’t exist! Very disappointed!
it’s a very nice application
This app has been updated in a great way, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the development team. I have a simple suggestion for the future: I hope a digital wallet feature can be added, allowing users to store money within the app and easily transfer it to their bank accounts whenever needed. This would make things much more convenient, and I hope it will be considered in future updates.

The app is awful and hard to use specially the new version which it made the app more complicated and it didn’t work properly in some parts like the previous transactions. I am going to delete it and use a different way if they kept this version

The app was giving me an error to load my photo ID. Without giving me directions that I need to contact my agent to do that for me. I was looking every where in the app and could not find it.

Charge is too much
I never understood why the fee is only $3 dollar exchange is .94 the amount of money to send + that is more by almost $10 dollar and after that the charge is 2 or three dollars more. That without using credit card

I had a very bad experience with this company, I had a transaction in January to my friend in Egypt & when I sent the money his passport expired & I asked Altras Company to change the transaction under the name of another person & till today they didn’t change the transaction neither refund my money or even bother to reply to the multiple emails I sent. I highly recommend against using this horrible mismanaged deceptive company if you care about your money Worst service ever !!!
