- Totally free with no hidden subscription fees
- Super simple and easy to use
- No login required to start using it
What they complain about
- Stops tracking once you hit your goal
- Won't let you fast longer than 24 hours
- Can't edit times or add past fasts
Great way to get started with fasting
Easy to use and good way to get started with fasting. The fork and spoon clock makes me laugh every time I open the app because it reminds me how much snacking I didn’t do throughout the day.
Cannot add past fasts
Cannot add past fasts
Rhythm Fix Suggestion
I found this app and added it about 3 hours after my last meal. However, there is no way to adjust the clock to set the to match the time one last ate. So the first day in my example will show I didn’t fast for 3 hours which should count towards my first fasting day.
Update broke the app
I have been using this app for 6 years and it’s an amazing simple app to track my fast. The recent update broke the app. History is inaccurate and the amount of time fasted is also inaccurate. Please fix the app or revert it back to the OG version
Reset time to start fast
It would be good if I could set the date and time I started the fast even if it was hours ago.
Plain and simple ❤️
You can fast up to 24hrs on this app. That’s it 24. If you finished one fast, the clock 🕰️ automatically stops. Sometimes I like to eat every 12hrs. It will ask you do you want to replace the last fast because you have fast already. If you want more out of your fast, there are other fasting apps to fit your needs. I like to use this fasting app along with my other fasting app. This was my first fasting app because I have fasting experience and it was free and simple ❤️
Edit time
Does not let u edit time
Almost there
I generally like this app, but for my needs, a few tweaks would make it great. I wish I could create a weeklong fasting schedule. Also, it would be beneficial if I could enter a longer fasting window. I like to do more extended fasts, from time to time. (48-72hours) An option for an audible end of fast notification would be great.
Excellent basic app but doesn’t keep your progress for more than a week
Needs to keep track of your progress for more than just one week to make it worthwhile as an app to use.
Can’t adjust time
I like the simplicity of this app but I can’t adjust the start and end time of my fast. Sometimes I forget to start the app after my final meal, or maybe I think I will eat or drink one more time but later decide not to. I would like to be able to set the start of my fast for when I actually ate last. As it is currently, I cannot do that so I am not getting an accurate record. Also, once I have reached my selected fast time, say 15 hours, it will automatically end my fast if I open the app. In some cases I want to continue fasting so I would like the opportunity to confirm “end fast” or continue. Please add a time adjustment feature to this app.
Does what it says perfectly
Great app. Does what it says. Is NOT trying to upsell you to a subscription. Awesome.
Can’t fast for more than 24 hours
Can’t fast for more than 24 hours - what a joke!
Almost exactly right
This is a simple fasting timer that does help keep track of my goals. However it does stop counting if you hit your goal instead of continuing to count if you go over. I wish it would just continue to count and keep track if I go over my set time.
Why only 6 days?
I was really happy with this app. Complete my first seven days and the app is now showing last six days and today’s that is about to begin. No weekly view, no monthly view. SO DISAPPOINTING.
It’s okay. Very basic.
If you forget to log your fast start and end time the day of, you cannot go back and do it later. This is very annoying.
Simple free app
A rare free app without subscriptions! The only downside is that the notification to be reminded about fasting start time never works... I tried to contact support and the email bounced back. But it's a free app, I could just use an iPhone alarm to remind me to click the button.
Not so much
Too basic… does not allow fasting for more than 24 hours
Easy
Easy to use n I love it! You can adjust times with ease very user friendly to me
more functions for app
it’s good that it’s free to use but still need to have few more functions to fulfill IF needs i.e. edit period-timing, add date & time that forget to login app, add weight & height for comparison
Simple as pie
That reminds me. I haven’t had pie in like 15 hours!
Great app!
Simple and easy to use!
Doesn’t show any previous data other than the past week
Weak app, only good if you need a timer for fasting. Logged 3 weeks in the app and have nothing to reference from my starting point.
Love this app, just one thing….
I absolutely love this app, I only wish we had the capability to see the month view!!!
Pretty app and sleek but limited functionality
It’s pretty but unfortunately I had to delete the app off my phone since I can’t track more than one fasting period per day. As someone who breaks their fast from 2-8pm I can’t hit the clock to start a new fast if I’ve already completed one for the day. I would love if it could keep track of more than one fast that occurs in a day.
Overall not bad
It’s a basic fasting app. So it does the job. There could be some good additions to the app, like suggesting diets, and letting people know what advantages are for length of fast.
Excellent free app
This app is excellent. I have tried 3 others, all of which had either hidden fees or poor design/functionality. Rhythm is free and works beautifully and provides sufficient data visualization to be useful. One piece of feedback is that 2 fasts can’t be started in the same 24-hr period (I.e. 0001 to 1301 then 2200-1200 - it will only work of the first fast starts on the prior day). That being said, it’s free! 5 stars.
Rhythm is an A+ tool
The app is easy to use and will help you track mealtimes.
Ok
Would be better if you could sync between devices.
Works great!
Easy to use and always works as it should!
Simple!
Looks like it’s a simple app that’s not requiring a lot of information. Just download and tell it to go. It doesn’t look like it keeps track of your data.
Ça marche très bien! Good app
Working well
The BEST
The Best!
Great but could be better…
This has really helped me with my intermittent fasting- I guess just for the accountability. But would be so much better if there was an alarm notification feature for when to begin fasting. I know it will become routine over time but for now I set an alarm in my phone- begin fast in x minutes. I get home at different times in the evenings and am still busy busy- so just a reminder that if I haven’t had dinner yet, hurry up bc it’s almost fasting time
Not going to work out
I appreciate the simplicity of this app, but the fact that it stops tracking my fast duration once I reach the goal time is a deal breaker. I often go longer than my 16 hour goal, and I want that additional time to be tracked.
Love the simplicity!!
I deleted Zero after the last upgrade. Found this app via Reddit. I didn’t want to have to create a login for Zero. This app is exactly what I wanted simple and streamlined!
Please add unlimited hours
Please give the option to add more than 24 hours. Some of us fast for seven days or more
Easy and effective
Just what I needed to keep me on track. It outperforms other tools with its simplicity
Great but...
I fast until 6. Then eat til 9. Then want to hit the button again. But you won’t let me until midnight. Why is that? Then I lose 3 hours. Thanks!
