Fasting Reminder
This app helps me remember when my window is open to eat and to fast, plus it gives me a 30 minute warning to eat a snack before my fasting starts in the evening. The fasting time is adjustable and I’ve lost 10 pounds using this app as of January , 2026. Give it a try, it has helped me.
Not so great
Can’t change times w/o starting all over again. Notifications are spotty at best. Too many quirks to rely upon.
Audible alert please
I enjoy everything about this app, except that there is no audible alert to notify eating window, and fasting start time. It would be nice to hear an alert when I am busy elsewhere.
Will not notify
Worked great first week now does nothing
Simple
I like that it is simple and no IAP but I am not receiving my notifications...Can someone help with this?
Great and Simple Fast app
No subscriptions, no bogus additional offerings. Just a simple fasting app
Doesn’t work
Really liked the look of this app would have done the job beautifully but no matter what I did it would always show my eating window starting at 12am!
Simple, free and best of all it collects ZERO personally identifiable data
Best fasting app I’ve found so far. No subscription, gimmicky groups (No, I don’t want to share my eating habits on social media 🙄) or unnecessary features. I’d add a fifth star if it had a widget so I would quickly see my time without opening the app.
Just one suggestion
Like the app, but perhaps using verbiage other than “feeding window” as if I were a horse (or worse) would be a bit more gentle. Just sayin. 🤦🏼♀️ 🐮 🐷 🐴 🐑
Perfect
This app is exactly what I was looking for—simple, straightforward, no unnecessary bells and whistles, no calorie counting…Love it. Relieved to finally find a no-frills IF timer!
Countdown timer doesn’t work
When you open the app (after you’ve set it up), the timer will be displayed. It doesn’t work. Mine opened to 18:60 and didn’t change while the app was open. Also, why did it say 18:60? Isn’t that the same as 19:00?
Simple and what I needed
If there was a widget you could add to your Home Screen i would pay for that 100%. Could be a great way to monetize the app and pay to unlock it! Just want a daily visual with a countdown
Startsida
Hade velat att tiden stod på min start sida på telefonen
Love it!
Super simple, nothing extra needed. EXACTLY what I was looking for!
Didn’t like it after all
I wanted a fasting app that I didn’t have to press “start fast” and “stop fast” on. This was that app. However, on one occasion I began my fast later than usual. I attempted to adjust my start time the next morning. I found that I could not alter the prior days time. I could only edit “today’s time”. So, on a 16:8 fast if I entered a 2-hour later eating window for “today” because I began my fast 2 hours later the prior evening, this app would calculate that I had fasted for 18 hours because I could not adjust the start time from the prior evening. After this happened I tried to completely end fasting on this app. I couldn’t. Selecting “I don’t want to fast today.” set a timer for a 29 hour eating window which means it was going to begin my next fast rather than completely stop it. There was no way for me to completely end fasting on this app. The only other option this app gives is to select a different fasting plan. You can turn off notifications but that’s not enough. It’s still running, logging fasting days based on the plan you selected. Once you start using this app, there is no “off” button. After realizing this app is like a runaway train, I decided to delete it.
Good and simple
Very good app. Simple to use not overly complicated with fasting theory or guidance. Good for the novice and experienced faster. Would like to see better end and start notifications, but otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing!!
Perfect in is simplicity and practicality
Really enjoy how easy it is. Things like this don’t need to be complicated or have an endless amount of customization and features. It’s perfect, that simple.
Very disappointed
For sure it’s free I don’t know what to do with this app 😄
Werid clock after day one
I downed yesterday I love that the app is just a timer without all the other stuff but day two and the clock only has two numbers and the dots are blinking and there’s an extra 3 on the bottom .. it’s stressing me out lol please help
Exactly what I’ve been looking for
No extra frills, just a simple repeating timer with a widget. I am slightly offended that dev doesn’t want to hear about my dreams and aspirations though
This is it
This is the app I’ve been looking for! Function over all the money-making shenanigans. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Try clean and simple
No frills or needless bells and whistles, o insane diet plans, just a simple timer app that does exactly what it says. Finally 👍…
Simple simple simple
If you are a fan of simplicity and you like having the extra nudge to let you know when to start and stop eating, this is the app for you.
Finally, someone gets it right!
I’ve made fasting a lifestyle in 2023; and for many who do this, they’ve done the research, read books and listen to the podcasts… this app is for you guys… you don’t need coaching or anything like that, you just want data tracking and simple reminders to keep you on track during a busy day! Most fasting apps are way to much… this one is not! It’s basic, data tracking and reminders… i use it because I work a robust schedule and I want to eat properly, the right amount of nutrients and so forth without; it’s easy to get buried in a project and miss your eating window… i hate stacking calories because i forgot to eat before 6; routine is what makes a fasting lifestyle work, it has to become a habit; but within that mindset, you need simple tools to help the process… this is that tool! this app has basic reminders like eating windows and so forth - The primary reason I chose this app; working in the field on a project, a reminder helps me create perspective about time frame so I eat routinely, again, this is how habits are formed. This app is great and is as advertised so far. Great work!
