Unable to load tickets
About to set off to all points east but now showing I’m a bot and unable to access tickets. Been trying for 2 hours so far
All the info on All Points East
Really good App, set times and interactive site map are really useful for planning the day at the festival. Only criticism is the tickets within the app, not sure why this is needed when they are in my AXS app and this app just requires me to log in to my account to access, where they are just accessible in the other app.
Garbage
Doesn’t actually direct you anywhere…
Optional
Great app do aprrove
.
Im too broke to buy tickets tho
Working, good but …..
A map would be helpful and is Amaarae missing from the schedule? Can’t find Amaarae. Pretty sure she’s playing on 16th.
Rubbish
Rubbish app. Basically it’s another sales platform. You ‘store’ your tickets there then gets spammed into next week with upgrade offers that you wouldn’t buy.
Outbreak Festival
Working good so far with the set times planner 👌
Bad app
Utter Bol and locks
Stress
When the app works it’s fine, but when you are stuck in the commotion of trying to get into the event, with no phone signal and tickets which ‘refresh every 30 seconds’ - this app is less than helpful. Please in future just send email tickets, this process added unnecessary stress to an otherwise good event.
Doh
Amazing app. Just wish I was there :-(y he dstd Dr
Apps for everything
Apparently you need an app to get your tickets then it won’t even allow me to login to the app to get the tickets.
This is a dreadfulApp
I can’t access my tickets . Useless
Not updated
The artist I want to see was announced days ago but no update for stage or time slot or acknowledgement at all on the app of them being there despite it being mere days away. Not expecting to even find out before the fact anymore
The perfect guide!
It has everything I need for All Points East!
Can’t log in
Changed my password only to find out it keeps saying my tickets aren’t connected it’s stupid
Really handy
Easy to show my tickets and to find out what was on and where. Really handy schedule feature
Unable to log in
Just keeps saying try again later so can’t access my ticket
Confusing
Got tickets from DICE… DICE sends me here to this app. Tells me to log on and get tickets. I keep on going in circles to places offering tickets to buy. Bit tired of these engines for ticket purchasing. I honestly just want to buy a ticket and receive it rather than installing 500 apps and going in circles like an idiot
Horrible
The app lags and displays constant errors. I can’t sign in even after changing password
Awful UX/UI design
Well this isn’t going well. I literally cannot find the ‘My tickets’ bit of the app. If it’s there it’s really well hidden. I bought my ticket on Dice. I have the email from Dice saying the ticket is on the APE app, and I can find it under ‘My tickets’, but there is no such section, and nowhere for me to log in.
