Not working for some reason?
Just wanted to say for the past 2-3 years I haven’t played tap tap, not because I chose to but simple because I can’t, I tried to redownload it, I’ve used different networks, I’m even on a new phone, but it just says network error no matter what and I don’t think I’ll be able to play taptap again unless I get a PC and use that to play. But just wanted to speak up and maybe others can relate idk???
Terrible game
They don’t give you what you purchase. They will just say that we have double verification that you requested to purchase. I did but they did not give me what I should have gotten. They made it clear that I can’t get a refund as I told them I don’t any a refund I want what I paid for. No response.

Very good but most bundles and just anything you can buy in general is really overpriced and should maybe be lowered also make rainbow cubes available more often as I struggle to get enough.
Fun game but no undos for mistakes and unhelpful customer support
You can spend hundreds of dollars on this game and accidentally merge a few heroes it took you months to collect and they have no way of helping you get them back. Play for free but don’t waste your real money getting VIP tiers. In game customer support was not helpful

The game is good I like it and have been playing for some years now but it keeps telling incorrect account account may not be linked to user account ??? What’s that mean ? I’m trying to sign into my account. You guys definitely need to fix this I deleted my fb app redownloaded it again recently and it won’t let me sign in

The Worst Event Ever
I recently see a post about giving random promotions code on the main Fanpage on Facebook. The deal is that you have to get the code redeem as quick as possible to use it. Like how the F can we do that? Do we have to be 24/7 on the page to be able to get a single promo. Worst Experience Ever after 2.5 years

Extremely pay to win
Reading through the reviews from 3+ years ago I realized that the developers have done nothing about the pay to play system in this game. Every response to pay to play I have seen from the developers consists of how "fair" the game is and how they are working to make it better. I have spent over a $1000 on this game and i'm still not even close to some of the players on my server. If you want to compete with other players in this game you need to spend money on events, limited packages, etc. The prices on some of the packages in the shop are ridiculous for how little they give you as well. Don't get me wrong this game is addicting and fun at times but I understand where other people are coming from. More than half the people in my server quit due to the amount of money the top player spent(over $10,000). Sometimes it feels impossible to progress without spending some sort of money to obtain heroes, resources, equipment, familiar upgrades and the list goes on. Before getting this game you need to research what heroes are good in the current meta, what familiars to use, what equipment to use, what artifacts to use, what runes to use on certain characters, how to spend your money(if your going to spend any at all), etc. There are many problems with the progression system in this game and I hope the developers actually make a change instead of writing useless responses to people's concerns.
Low to zero community
I wish there was a bigger community to this game. Nobody chats in the general or guild chats. Overall it’s a good game but lacks in the community area for the ones looking for that. There are a few pay walls unless you want to wait days on days to collect gold and other sources to battle in the campaign. I’m level 65 and stuck completely because you need different types of heroes to defeat certain enemies. Which takes a long time to level up heroes if you don’t pay. I don’t mind paying for a good game but it lacks too much of my wants.

Good easy game but…
Started this game when it first came out around 4.5 years ago. It started off fun and competitive for both free to play and pay to win players. Like every mobile games, if you pay, you get further ahead faster, but the free to play also has a fighting chance. As years go by the game lean towards more pay to win player which it’s challenging for the free to play. Overall I have my fair share of fun. It is a fun game and the key is to be patient if you’re free to play =)

The game starts out fun, but you’re quickly overwhelmed with the crippling pay to play system in place. The cost of mediocre packages are on par with what you’d pay for an actual brand new video game. Nonsensical at best.

Not bad BUT…
I’v been playing this game for a very long time and i can tell that it’s not a bad game BUT, the pay to win factor is real and i play on 4 different servers and NEVER got a single heaven of dark character. the rng is so random and if you plan on getting to top leaderboard free to play you can forget it. Its almost like if you want « meta » characters you need to pay, and even if you pay your not garantis to get what you want so think before buying anything on here.

Is there such a thing as playing too much?
Yes, yes there is. If you play too much it quits calculating what you’ve earned. This has happened me twice now. Also wish the away time was 12 hours and that chat text would wrap and there were better rewards. And wish it didn’t post everything you do in chat. Those minor things aside, this game is really fun. Love the art on these, love the tap feature (that’s the part that breaks if you do too much though). Honestly, the tap features mg favorite part of the game.
Copy of idle heroes
I played for 1hr then I realized it was a copy of idle heroes so I deleted it. DONT GET TIS GAME!!!!!!!!

Would be 5 star 100% as I have played this game for 2 years and was basically maxed out on my Samsung device but I have recently bought a IPhone and now I can’t transfer account as you guys don’t support IOS transfers sorry to hear that because you will lose several long term customers and players in your community. I’m general amazing wee game.

This is a complete copy of idle heroes they copied the friendship summon the Chinese New Years event where if you do 500 summons you get this 5 star hero like I was saying complete copy of idle heroes if your thinking about getting this don’t get idle heroes instead
So buggy
This is a great game but it’s bugged out like mad. Every 5 seconds I get the WiFi logo. My WiFi is fine. Because of this interruption it has caused me to loose multiple of my items. I just spent 500 gems on a miracle stone and when I clicked on the one I wanted it started to “reconnect” and I have lost my miracle stone. I am very disappointed that such a great game would do this and it’s very frustrating. Could you please fix this
My thoughts
I would just call it any other idle game but that isn’t the case. It is much more fun than just an idle / rpg game. I would greatly recommend it. 11/10

Too pricey
I’ve been playing the game for 3-4years now and I’ve only just started to get a good team, it’s a great game but for how much things are to progress faster is ridiculous a $100 don’t even get you a few months in to expensive need to lower prices and make it easier to revive better players, the amount of times I’ve purchased something only to get nothing very disappointing 🤦♂️
Trash Campaign
Game is fun in general but I find myself at a point having to wait 3-4 days to be able to go to the next stage of the campaign because of too low level. I have advanced so far even as a f2p that I destroy the 2 levels they give me every 4 days. I do not want to keep my game open all day and auto click like some of these weirdos.
Shop
Game overall is good so far only big issue is, buying additional items through the app store. In game every purchasable item has a $ next to it yet when you go to buy the item you get charged in £. If thats the case then it's unfair for players from UK as we pay more for items than a US player would as the currency rate is different. Please sort this out.

after update can’t return my 10 star heroes from altar , how can i select it?
Not terrible
The game is okay but I’ve been playing for a while now and I can confirm that it is pay to win, I’ve been farming licenses (it allows you to level up your character) for over a month and even now can’t level up mean while and idiot who can throw money at the game will automatically go head and stomp me and anyone else in my position. Please can you balance the game out because I’m considering moving to other games.

Good game very addictive but fortune wheel is not worth anything waist of Diamonds I Keep getting nothing but crap I spent 180 diamonds on it and got the same thing 5 time then got 20k in money not worth it one bit need to up your game 😶
