Update is Worse Experience
They replaced the easy to use list of accounts with a “pretty” carousel of accounts - the only purpose of which is to make it take longer to get to the information. CW’s response: “you can still do what you used to do, but it’s 2 extra steps.” Excellent. They also replace the Card Management App with fewer features: you can no longer see how close you are to the monthly limit set for Card Control. Instead, you have to investigate monthly transactions to see why your card is being declined.
Service is dropping, intuitive things no longer intuitive.
This app is getting harder to use. I used to sing praises about commonwealth, but not any longer. It now takes a phone call to make changes to the amount of recurring payments! Meh! And the phone person is not much more knowledgeable than I am.

Account line up
The app is convenient. It’s pretty much my go-to form of banking although I’ll use a teller probably once a month. The updates this past year have been wonderful improvements, they’ve increased the ease of account access through the app. Thank you
Doesn’t do everything needed
You need multiple apps to manage your accounts and your cards which isn’t ideal. This one is good for mobile deposits and transferring money to and from your own accounts only.
Like the App!
I’m a daily user of the app and can usually find what I need like balances, direct deposit info and various forms like tax statements. However, I would like to know which and when transactions count towards my monthly Rewards Checking qualification.
