Playing for years
Love how the food characters look and fighting is pretty standard but hard as well. And when they do special events, you do get involved with the game even more.
Costumer support absolutely sucks
They responded only once quickly and that was when I first sent them a message asking for help retrieving my account after that I have received responses only 3 times WITH ALMOST 6 HOURS OF TIME IN BETWEEN EACH RESPONSE , AND THE LAST RESPONSE I GOT I HAD TO WAIT A WHOLE DAY TO JUST GET “what region did you make the account?” AND I ALREADY RESPONDED TO THAT BEFOREHAND WITH PHOTO PROOF OF MY ACCOUNT NAME, REGION, WHAT LEVEL I WAS, I WAS WILLING TO PROVIDE MORE AND HAVE BEEN ACTIVELY SEEKING THEIR HELP BUT HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE WITH IT.
NEEDS updates!!
This is a great game if you ignore that it’s died down,the fan base is practically nonexistent anymore and the game itself is un-f2p friendly,new characters don’t have a dub or sub some characters with non English letters have their names like blocked out if you’ve been on TikTok and see a comment with weird blocks ykwim . events need you to be high level for some bosses making it impossible to do if you haven’t been playing for at least a year . And a lot of gacha events require diamonds to pull that are practically impossible to obtain for free or fire souls or whatever that are also hard to obtain, this game needs a lot of fixing 😐
Could be better
I wish I never saw this game. Why is there a character calling me mommy… and the set up is weird compared to other games , I also don’t understand why some of the characters are supposed to be based off of dishes but looked like the came from some other type of game other than a FOOD based game. This thing creeps me out istgggg😭

Long time fan
Been playing since around release. Game is so fun. It’s nice to come back to. The music is good, and the art is incredible. Wayyyy before the AI craze, so all this art is from the heart. Thank you guys for keeping this game going!
Revert old gameplay an interface
I prefer the older version before all this change to confusing an interface isn’t the greatest like the old. Can’t come back unless given the choice to swap between old or new.
Great but
Okay so i started playing this game when i was a lot younger and then stopped, now i want to start over but i feel like Im jumping through hoops to try to get a new account or delete my old one. Now having to wait six full days to fully delete a character is kinda ridiculous. Otherwise I love the game.

Constantly Freezes
Is anyone else having this problem? The game frequently freezes up on a loading screen, and the only way to fix the problem is to quit the game. I just beat a boss FOUR TIMES, and it froze up every single time and didn’t save the progress.

What a greedy game
I miss when this game used to be fun and we didn’t have to spend money to get characters. Like why would yall change the summoning currency to diamonds we nerd to purchase with real money. Disappointed with how greedy the company has gotten

Daily check in not showing up? It’s been completely fine up until now. Not sure if it’s a bug or not. Please look into it if so? Really enjoy the game. It’s not hindering my enjoyment, just a strange issue

Honestly, this game is pretty okay. The art is also pretty cute. However, the events are so hard to save up for. Unless you didn’t spend many diamonds since you began, the most you can expect to have is 100-300 without paying money. Mainly, I’m sad about the event that is currently going on. I saved up and used all my diamonds( plus 10$ worth of paid ones) to get the suits for characters that I have. But I ended up getting suits that were all for characters I didn’t have. Some characters weren’t even on the english server! I’m so super sad cause I spent 10$. The event should’ve been coded to give you rates for only food souls you have. Thanks to your laziness, I wasted a lot of diamonds. Honestly, If I could get rid of the suits I obtained from the event and in turn got the materials I used to summon, I wouldn’t be as angry. You guys should add that option for events like these. Exchange characters for 200 diamonds( the cost of one event summon item). Also, the ability to convert food souls back to level 1 and receive materials you used on them for the cost of coins or something. That would be helpful.
Decoration
I can’t even access the help center to complain so I have to write this. I buy furniture from the furniture shop and I can’t even place it. I also can’t move previously placed items. Other than that it’s a fun game, but I can’t finish a certain quest without this so I can’t progress.
i love this game sm
omg i cannot begin to express. i love this game SO much. its genuinely so fun to do all the quests and do restaurant management. there’s always something new to do in game and rewards to get from it. i never payed attention to the plot, but it seems pretty decent as well not to mention the combat that is also very fun. it’s fun to choose what characters to use for certain situations and get rewards for each stage. highly recommend
Tutorial too long, can’t get back old account
I just had to sit through the longest tutorial in existence just for them to tell me I can’t get my old account back. This is ridiculous and I’m uninstalling. Don’t get into this game unless you’re into losing all of your progress if you happen to get a new phone or something. I even had my account linked but it just doesn’t work.
It’s a great game
It’s a really fun game to play, I just wish it updated more with the localization internationally
Connection
I was able to play a bit of the game and it seems great. Although the gatcha model can be a predatory nightmare, you can tell a lot of work went into the game and you don’t mind spending some money to support said work. However, the constant connectivity issues has made the game pretty much unplayable so the rating reflects the inability to properly play it in its entirety. Shame.
Some thoughts
I get that gacha games are supposed to be predatory, but the limited events/ stories are SO BAD. The translations are always iffy, the stories are about characters you don’t know/ care about. You grind for event materials and limited shards, even though they don’t get converted into gold. So you’re just left with materials you can’t use and not enough shards to ascend. It’s especially bad with the limited gacha banners. At best, you could buy the currency with crystals or something. BUT NORMALLY YOU NEED TO SPEND REAL MONEY. I don’t think it’s ever that serious.
This game is wonderful
I’ve been playing this game since it came out, every new device I got I immediately downloaded food fantasy and have never been disappointed in the game. It’s incredible both visually and mechanic wise and I will never stop having it. Only one thing: I do wish the newer characters had English voices as well as the game be as updated as it is in other parts of the world, but besides that it’s truly amazing and has always been a game to go back to and help me through some tough times. Thank you to developers and all the people who work and or worked on the game, you are much appreciated and loved.
Taking too long to download and update
Why is it taking too long to download and update? How many updates does it need to have?
Can someone take Suggestions?
1. Change the daily shards from receiving Black Tea to Steak, Red Wine, Pastel De Nata, Napoleon Cake and B-52. (I have more than one UR and R food Soul) 2. Design a arena where food souls can fight enemies to raise their stats: defense, attack, Hp and more. (My Steak and Black Tea are weak in harder stages 😭) This is all I have. I have brand new food souls that I would like to put into battle, but I don’t have enough of those blue bottles you use to level them up with. And clearing stages with them uses all the stamina I have saved. I want all my food souls to be at the maxed level, but right now… I’m doing all I can to save what I have to earn more.
Obvious issues
It has a lot of components that could make it a very fun. Unfortunately, I have no idea because it wouldn’t let me complete even the first level. It gave a network error, five times in a row after closing the app and retrying. Is this just an app that lures you in to steal info? I would careful nonetheless, hopefully it works for someone else.
Simply outdated
Like I said, it is simply outdated and has some… not so appropriate imagery that is directly tied to the game, if you were looking for a gacha game to play I would more recommend any of the cookie run games

Nonstop downloads?
I left my phone on overnight while sleeping because it was constantly downloading. I woke up the next morning and it was still downloading “updates”. Could not even play the game after 8 hours of back to back downloads.
Not downloading
I haven’t played this yet. It seems like a very fun game but I’m stuck in an infinite loop of trying to “update” it and failing over and over again. I would love for this to be resolved if possible so I could play because I’ve been interested in playing for a while now, but for now until it’s fixed I’ll just watch gameplays. Looking forward to playing Update: Finally downloaded! It took a little under an hour, probably ~50 minutes but I’m looking forward to playing!
IOS bug.
I’ve written to support twice now about a bug, every time I try to type in chat, change my bio, or search up a guild my screen goes completely black. I can’t communicate with anyone on the game and it’s really getting annoying.. this is apparently a very common bug for iOS and it really needs to get fixed

Stories in English
My issue with the game is most of the stories are in Kanji as an English speaker I can’t read kanji so I don’t know what Napoleon Cake’s story is or a lot of my food souls I got no clue what their stories are. I would also like more English voice actors but that is minor to the stories to me. Since I know hiring voice actors is expensive.

I discovered a long while back that I love Role Playing games/Turn Based games. And that I also enjoy games that involve collecting things during your adventure. Food Fantasy was one of the very first mobile games I played, and I can never part with it. There’s plenty to do as you progress through the game, which gives this massive play value. The developers have done an amazing job, 5/5 stars.
Horrible customer service
I’ve prompted their support multiple times yet they’ve still never responded or helped me recover my account. And when I emailed them, they said this: If you need to recover your game character, You can fill out relevant information in the character recovery section of the customer service system to file a complaint. Like what??? I already did that before I emailed you and you IGNORED ME
I love the game but constantly looses connection
I love the game the art work and lvl ups everything but I’m constantly losing connection to the server. I thought it was was my internet so checked multiple times even tried running it on just my data but it still has the same issue and sometimes I don’t feel like that when I’m trying to do my daily’s definitely takes away from the game a lot.
Updates
It’s a fun game and all, but I recently redownloaded the game and it keeps counting up numbers of updates. It’s been stuck like that for 15 mins now, any suggestions on what to do?
Stuttering downloads
I have noticed over the past few days that whenever the app tries to update, it keeps going back to 0% after hitting at most 30%. Can you fix this please?

I have been playing this on and off for years and always come back for a while. One of these times I’ll get that everyday for a year reward.

Cute game, a few issues though!
Art and character designs are lovely. The play style is very relaxed. Only issues are that the game seems to not get a whole lot of maintenance. The translations are…passable but the formatting is sloppy. Skill descriptions for the food souls is in CN sometimes, or the descriptions run off the page and you can’t read the top half. If the devs put a little more care into these issues the game would be 5 starts. If you love food, cute characters, and fighting this is for you!
Progress vanished
not sure what happened but without warning all my game progress has disappeared and i'm forced to restart the game completely, please resolve this as others are experiencing the same issues. I was level 70 and my account seems to still exist to others ;/ my account name: spaggotti

uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt work. when i open its just a white screen and i get kicked off
I love my funny little game
I used to play a lot of games like this but this one has so many new things I’ve never seen in a game like this. Idk how to explain it but it’s really fun. Oh also get a bunch of free stuff at the very beginning of the game. My friend made me play it in 2018 and I’ve played it since 😼

Hello, I will change my rating once this is fixed. I cannot use the kitchen features like changing out a tired staff member. I hit the change button and nothing happens.
The best worst gacha game
Amazing art, good voice acting, auto battler with actual game play, constant events, always something to do throughout the day, actually possible to gain gems (meta currency) without paying real money, helpful community. The only thing I can’t tell whether it’s good or bad is the story as I just skip it. Now the bad part: spotty English translations, non-existent presence online (meaning no beginner friendly hours or videos), many extremely useful parts of the game are hidden away due to bad design, and most of the game has is only accessible to extremely high level players. Overall, an amazing but grinch and obtuse game. 8/10
Disappointing
I’ve tried some other games by these developers, and I have to admit I’m not a fan of this one at all. It’s no where near as addicting and I honestly was a bit confused on how to progress the game. I was stuck for ages but nothing I was doing was fun anymore and honestly I’m disappointed because I thought it would be as good as some of their other games..
Freezing
It’s an amazing game with beautiful art, however the only problem is that every time I try to do something (select a quest, level up characters) it freezes up and I have to restart the game.
