Care Connect Is Great
When it comes to looking for a new case shifts, time and learning about the patient is what’s needed for all of us pca and hhas. Even though majority of the time our hha will send us new shifts it doesn’t really guarantee as much as this one and side note: the cool part is you can message to the coordinator that post any shifts! so to those that had an okay or bad experience it can be that you haven’t selected more and question (it’s always good to question) :) i appreciate also that it does feedback too.
E-learning Care Connect
The e-learning section doesn't work well in the Care Connect app. I haven't completed the entire course yet, the program is "stuck", I can't go any further until I complete the previous task.
Too many notifications
Too many notifications about giving shift feedback. Shouldn’t be that way. This makes difficult to catch notifications when getting a shift match. For feedback back should be a box for notes in the shift itself. I have many shifts 2 per day and always miss when the agency matches me.

I enjoy this app to request shifts. But when it comes to chats or to message a supervisor i never get thru don’t know why .

The app was working so good to I log off n try to log back in . Because my e learning was course pause on me . The customer service send me a link to reset my my password n log in . It didnot work so now I cannot finished the elearning course . They have to get better with the app.

Cannot select the item in of the 9 learning items in the third section of NEVVON Working place health and safety. The app is not responding and I cannot finish the required courses.

THE AGENCY OFFER CERTAIN CASES AND HOURS TO DOMINICAN, AFRICAN, and JAMAICAN AIDES!!!! I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR THIS AGENCY FOR 11 YEARS, I HAVE A BACHELORS DEGREE IN LAW, and I AM ALSO AN UNITED STATES NAVY VETERAN THAT HAS BEEN PUT ON THE BACKBURNER AND LIED TO BU COORDINATORS!!! I AM NOT GOING TO PLAY THE QUID PRO QUO GAME WITH THIS AGENCY. I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST 8 hours shifts or 3 12 HOUR SHIFTS AT NIGHT BECAUSE I NEED THE MONEY TO LOOK FOR AN APARTMENT. My house is gone, my mother is dead, and my father is in a nursing home. I AM TIRED OF THE GAMES THAT COORDINATORS LIKE TO PLAY

Добрый день. На Последний урок я потратила в два раза больше времени . Так как он постоянно зависал , особенно на 33%. 🥵 я использовала достаточно много вариантов, что бы продвинуться дальше . Только когда я методом тыка☝️ Нажала на неправильный ответ «вместо доски я нажала на тарелку» только в этом случае он пропустил меня дальше . Когда я на следующий день решила продолжить …. Меня опять вернули в тоже положение и мне опять пришлось проделать ту же операцию . Я считаю., что последний урок нужно вам серьезно доработать !!!!!! Спасибо . Надеюсь Вы меня поняли. 🧐

Not working
Tried to log in but have to put my birthday doesn’t move from the same month date and year
Can not turn notifications on
I downloaded the app but it won’t let me turn on notifications. I use an IPhone 8 and it’s on the latest iOS. I can turn notifications on my iPad mini 2, but when I try to install the app I still can not turn on notifications. The rest of the app is good otherwise.

This company always has work since I started and great pay so I definitely recommend it for other PCA’s and HHA’s….

Font, too small
When I use it on an iPhone, the font is too small compared to an android. When I try to download it on an iPad. It displays the size of the phone with a black a large black border around it. This is in assessable to people who cannot see smaller text

There is bug one log onto computer get only let me do part one and rest of the part doesn’t let me do on computers also there is another bug is that it does not let me click on to the box and I try to do another lesson. It doesn’t let me!
