We did this workout program today it makes me stronger thank you guys have wonderful day
Don’t get premium, does not apply to their other apps.
$40 was expensive and will be asking for a refund. They make it seem like you get premium for all their other similar apps, but it’s only applied to the one. So each app will cost $40 for the lifetime option. That’s about $160! Please be more clear. Refund coming soon.

Amazing app
Title
It doesn’t look like it’s going to help me out with my back and and shoulder
I really enjoy these exercises
Great app🔥🦅
YOUR GREED
Your greed discusses me. You say “this app is free to download and use if you CHOOSE to upgrade to Pro...” but at day 6 you try to FORCE us to buy it and your prices are RIDICULOUS. 40 bux?? Thats WAY to much even for a 1 time payment. Therefore I give your app a 1 star and your GREED is MENTAL!!!
Super appli!
Progression rapide!
Wow for me..
3rd time in a week. Already feel that the 'old' body getting a true work out. Hope to hit some awesome golf shoots in 3 moths time when lockdown is done with.
Ridiculous
Unbelievable. Advertises “free” shoulder back workouts, but once you get to day 6, it tries to force you to pay for a subscription. Greed in its lowest form. Deleted!
Good so far
I like using these type of workouts
Great app
Really good app I like all the exercises apart from the doorway row, almost every exercise will have your back burning like California 2020
Confusing
If you go to the explanation of the excise, the weird animated guy is not doing what the text is describing. If they can’t even get that to match I don’t have a whole lot of confidence in the actual work out plan. But I started it and figured it would still be good for my shoulders and back. Then it has you doing skater squats. That’s fine if I want this app for overall work out, but I already ran 10 miles and want something for my shoulders like the app implies. There is also no way to contact them and ask a question or just let them know about the explanation issues.
Payment
I was going along with it till day 6 and i wish I could pay for it but i live in iran. Sorry i have to miss this :(
Great for at home!!
Perfect for those that want to get a good sweat and burn without the gym! Whether your at home or outside it’s the perfect app 👌🏽

Problem with purchase
I like app and download the other apps but it just work till day 5,i live in iran and i cant purchase😔😔
🤪😁
Quick and easy. Done at home. My kids join in with me sometimes and when they don’t, they are my countdown squad.
One of the better ones easy to follow videos
This one is perfect for at home on the go mobile ease It’s got basic videos that show you the exercise without much distracting bluster. Super easy to follow. Don’t love the music it’s same thing on repeat but otherwise best I’ve found yet for free
Good app
Everything good
