Rugby Xplor
This is a great app for your team fans which can’t go to games but wanna see the scores I give 100/100
Shocking
App is terrible! It seems to be the Temu version of MyCricket.
Hard to navigate
Just not user friendly or up to the standard of other sports
Not great. Needs a revamp
Logs the user out after a while and all teams selected disappear and need to be added again. Old comps are still on the list- need to remove those. Score does not refresh unless the user leaves the app and opens it again. Says “opps something has gone wrong” when there is an error- not hard to spell “oops” correctly.
Really good
I love that u can see what’s coming up and the past
Very poor UX
RA you can do better.
This app is not easy to use
It wouldn’t take much to make this app slightly easier to use. It’s hard to check fixtures for when your favourite super rugby team plays and even harder to check fixtures for when my children’s teams are playing.
Crashing
App cannot handle the match day traffic . Have to re download app constantly
Poor App
Imagine RA didn’t pay Israel Falou 7 million dollars and spent the money on IT.
Abandonware?
The app appears out of date and a mess. Really sad that there isn’t a single decent app for Australian rugby union fans to use to follow TRC, Super Rugby Pacific and Super Rugby AUS. Might have to find some decent apis and make it myself. I can’t even find the current TRC season in the comp list, the one in there is showing me matches from a previous year but then randomly it actually has the next match (next weekend) but it’s in there as part of round 5 of the 2024 season… if I select western force in my teams page and check fixtures it shows as empty despite them playing today. It shows no prior or future matches of either Super Rugby comps.
App quality reflects the state of Aus rugby
The app has weird bugs and says stuff like “keyboard_arrow_left” at the top of the screen. I hope they didn’t spend more than $5000 on the creation of this app.
Absolute Rubbish App
This app has been around for 7 years and is still not fit for purpose. Why did NZ Rugby force clubs to use this when Sporty was doing the job perfectly. Whoever is responsible for this should resign and apologise to all those that have had to use this app. NZ Rugby…GO BACK TO SPORTY ASAP!
Informative BUT
Needs quite a bit more work. Under “My Teams” there is no way to edit or delete teams or move my favourites up to be more easily accessible. 😞
App prone to crashing
App is fine to use (albeit a bit clunky) but the big issue is you can only use the app once before it crashes. As soon as you open another app and then go back to Xplorer you are met with a white screen and have to reset the app before it will work. The other issue is there is no live refresh of scores. You have to look at another competition and then come back to get a refresh.
User interface 0 stars
Impossible to find a club and the age group scores and schedule. Someone was smoking so good stuff when they designed this app.
App crashes
Almost everytime you reopen the app it crashes. It has a white screen & wont load. Frustrating when kids play loads of rugby.
Terrible app
You have to go out and back in to get a score update
Gm
App keeps crashing when you open. You then need delete and re- download . Very frustrating- especially before a game!
Won’t refresh.
Have to shut app down and re open it every time.
Rugby xplorer review recent update
This recent update has made this app 10 times worse as I struggle to find my victorian team fixtures, I’m forced to scroll and scroll just to find the fixtures and ladders I’m looking for, if there is a way to avoid this problem please let me know but as of right now I am not impressed
Latest update
Can’t us as can’t update
Signing up
You can’t create an account on the app ! When u create a new log on and then link a profile, it asks for the password of the other account ! Doesn’t give you an option to make a password for the new account if you’re linking. .very annoying
Bad rugby app
Doesn’t load or work half the time for rugby Au. Terrible app, do Better.
Clunky and not always user friendly
App tends hang a bit, also wants to update when opening the app, even if is running current version. Fills my Competition screen with comps I have not chosen to follow, having a list of almost 30 comps when I truly only wish to follow 5 or 6 is ridiculous! No refresh button to update game scores, you have change to another comp, then come back to see updates.
Absolutely not fit for purpose
Absolute rubbish app. Keeps crashing, needing to restart phone.
Needs work
Frustratingly I keep having to delete and reinstall this app!!!! I’d rather just Google the page and get information from that as this app doesn’t do its job. Driving. Me. NUTS!
