NRLW Glitch
In the Draw tab, when selecting the NRLW competition, it automatically opens on Round 11, not the current round. This happens every time. Please fix.
So much lag and stuttering
There’s too much going on in the app that it’s crashing and lagging. What are you guys doing…

Glitching on ins and outs
Use to be able to review each team list and app would tell who was in and out. Does not do anymore… was a good feature but gone for some reason?
Need Live Activity
The App is really good but needs to be enabled to use live activities on screen to track scores instead of opening app every time
Recently started to Crash
Same as recent reviews, open app ok but when you click on team lists etc it crashes straight away and disappears from screen. Checked all settings, deleted and re booted app twice to no avail

I love the information on games, the live ladder & the tipping competition.
This app is broken
So I log into this app almost daily, well I used to. All of a sudden out of nowhere I’m logged out which is standard for all apps now. No big deal I just log into, nope now I need to set up a two factor authentication. Choose text message option, “sorry we can’t send a text right now” the only other option is google authenticator app, nope that’s not working either. It’s an app for rugby league!! Why is it being locked down with 2fa and trying to be more secure than my banking app?

Please give us live activities!!! Please 🙏 It seemed to be on for the the start of Vegas round then disappeared

The app used to he smooth then they updated it and it gets so laggy you have to restart the app

App ain’t too bad, but I can’t seem to login. Have troubleshoot many times. But yeah nah, can’t login 🥲 HELP!

NRL is the best football it has no challenges.
Laggy, clunky,
This app is so incredibly slow, trying to scroll through tea lists and constantly freezes and stalls, loading speeds are slow. Tried deleting and re downloading but it doesn’t fix it, no idea how such a massive sport can have an app that’s been this slow for so long

The app is a amazing but it can get a little glitchy and lag out sometimes but pretty good in general
Previous overview
You used to be able to see previous scores and who scored try’s when teams last played, the only reason I used the app now that feature has gone.
Laggy
It has a big delay when you try to tap on other than that pages and it’s very laggy but the app is very nice

It tells what games are coming up officials it’s great
Laggy and slow to update
The app has noticeable lag even on the newest iphone, the ladder is not up to date until the end of the day. Shocking standard for a big modern company
Watch app flakey
Official NRL app is the best option to keep up to date. The other 3rd party NRL apps that used to be a good option are now just overrun with ads. Only issue with the NRL app is the Watch app. Why does it default back to a random game from earlier in season when no games in progress? I’ve reinstalled and having same problem.
Not great
This app went really weird on me and won't load any data. It deleted all my precious data and wiped my subscription for videos. I downloaded it again and it now won't show anything except blank screen
Good app just minor issues
App is decent but pretty glitchy/laggy at times. Would be nice if you could turn on live game notifications for tries/cards/HT etc like onefootball.

Won’t Scroll
This app has a major problem when you are looking at the draw or the ladder it has a delay in the scroll. It might be because I have a 7th gen apple iPad but why should I buy a brand new iPad just to use this half harted attempt of app design by Telstra. If you down load the old NRL official app it scrolls
Bring back the MyClub section
Great work on the latest updates, especially with the video section. Can you bring back the MyClub section or at least provide a way to see news only for your team? Not having this now makes users need to scroll endlessly looking for relevant articles. Maybe a way to do this is by allowing us to filter articles via clicking on the tag all the articles seem to have. Also adding live activity support for matches on iOS would be a big improvement.
Average app!
In app purchases are a bit expensive and there are better league apps out there that are free.
I gave a incorrect review. My apologies.
I deleted the app and reloaded, and everything is there. Issue was mine and not the app's. Having had another look, the app seems very comprehensive.
Needs to be fixed
The nrlw defaults to the last round of the season and you need to go to settings to change it everytime
Push Notifications tone
Can we get a tone added to each push notification we receive Not always looking at my phone You can add an option to turn it on and off Thanks in advance

Needs to be split into 2 apps
Need to provide the women’s game with their own App. Current setup may be deliberately deceiving as there must be constant accidental access clicks which the developer no doubt tells advertisers is legitimate interest in the women’s game. Be honest with your advertisers and users please. I loaded the Netball app for comparison and it is impossible to accidentally access the men’s game through the App.
