Mit dem Update der App und den neuen Rädern bei denen es nie Probleme mit der Rückgabe gibt, nutze ich RegioRad ständig, insbesondere da es kostenlos ist.
Unable to complete sign up
Never received verification text. Tried to register again with a different phone number but it said my email address was already registered. Unable to log in. Tried to reset password which it said was successful but didn’t let me log in with the newly set password either.

Leider kann ich mich mit den call a bike Zugang Daten nicht anmelden, bei der call a bike app klappt es. Für jede Stadt ne eigene app zu machen ist schwachsinnig.
Awful experience – not worth it
I tried using this app three different times, and only one attempt actually worked. The process is extremely frustrating and unreliable. Unlocking a bike takes far too long, and locking it again can take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. Even when the bike is clearly connected and charging, the app still takes an unreasonable amount of time to respond and update the location of the bike. Because of these delays, I even missed trains, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the condition of the bikes is terrible. Today Out of eight bikes I checked, not a single one was properly usable. Most had no charge, two had flat tires, one wouldn’t start despite having battery, and the only bike that seemed usable couldn’t even be found in the app. On Saturday the app was showing bikes in a station that were nowhere to be found… and also the only bike available had a flat tire. Honestly, there’s no reason to use this over e-scooters. The only possible advantage might be for a relaxed bike ride on the weekend, but even then, the poor condition of the bikes makes it unreliable. Overall, a really disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend it.

Rückgabe nicht möglich
Katastrophe. Pausieren oder abgeben geht häufig erst nach mehrmaligem Versuchen. Es werden Fahrräder an Stationen angezeigt, die gar nicht da sind. Gerade in diesem Moment konnte ich eine Fahrt nicht pausieren, das Display sagt nur „Hotline anrufen“ -> die nicht mal existiert. Ob ich das Fahrrad später überhaupt wieder abgeben kann? Oder wird mir ein Preis für eine viel längere Fahrt abgebucht? Ich miete mir auf jeden Fall kein RegioRad mehr, das ist mir zu heikel.
Anmeldung bricht dauernd ab…
Anmeldung am handy nicht möglich. Nach hin und her per tinker landet man einfach wieder auf der Startseite zum anmelden… dabei wird der account nicht erstellt… quasi sinnlose schleife… jedenfalls auf meinem iphoneX. Andere Rezensionen vom 12.August beschreiben das gleiche Problem. Der joke: Heute ist der 7.08… sprich es gibt schon seit mindestens einem Jahr keinen bugfix. Quasi ganz im DB-stil ;) so wird die Klimawende leider nix…
