Easy to book, terrible insurance
Have used Wecasa twice. Easy service to use for bookings. But make sure you read the insurance before you book. We booked a new cleaner who had great reviews. But without warning they decided to vacuum our velvet sofa with the standard floor attachment leaving scratches all over the sofa. To make it worse they desperately tried to wipe off the damage to the fabric. We thought we could claim the repair costs on the Wecasa insurance, which you can, but the excess is so high it makes doing so pointless. So now we are faced with paying for the repair ourselves. Awful policy. Won’t use Wecasa again.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Eugeniu, and he went above and beyond by incorporating lymphatic drainage as well. Due to my work, I’d been suffering from chronic back pain and heavy, tense legs and feet—my wife actually suggested I get a massage to help alleviate it. Eugeniu really knows what he is doing. He managed to release all the tension built up in my body, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and so much lighter. On top of that, he shared some great exercises to do before and after work to prevent fluid buildup and tension in my legs. I’m extremely satisfied, really appreciate how much he cares for his clients, and will definitely be rebooking with him! Highly recommended.

Hidden membership enrolment- not clear on the way memberships work; used a couple of times; found the first “professional” to be a retrained beautician- unskilled and took for ever to apply nail varnish - never ever.

I requested a regular cleaner, the app said they found someone , then the day before the cleaner cancelled and it took like a week to finding another ! And then that person wanted to reschedule last minute ! In the end I actually had to use my babysitting app that I use to find babysitters! For my child ! “Bubble” and found a cleaner on there ! Will never use this app again , very unprofessional.

ok, but has some issues
app has lost ability to book monthly cleaning… now i need to cancel every other booking as i don’t need it every 2 weeks… app also doesn’t allow manual address input so if your address is not found by the search end up putting the wrong one instead & leaving comments instead…

I honestly cannot recommend Alina enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, so helpful, understanding, hardworking and accommodating. We were in the middle of moving out, so everything was extremely hectic, but she worked around us without any issue and just got on with everything that needed to be done. She managed to do SO much in the time she was with us and made an incredible difference to the property. Her help genuinely made such a huge contribution to our moving-out process and took a massive amount of pressure off us at a time when we really needed it. We are so, so grateful for everything she did. I would 100% book Alina again and would happily recommend her to friends, family or anyone looking for someone reliable, hardworking and genuinely helpful. Thank you so much, Alina! Disappointing cleaning services
We have given Wecasa a fair try with three different cleaners over 4 weeks. With written instructions in the app and verbal in person, I don’t know what else we could have done to get the desired level of cleaning, which isn’t anything out of the ordinary. Waste of time and money.

Pro cancelled atlast minute with no support from customer service. The reviews for pros are only from jobs they have completed. If they cancel just before you cant rate them. So the reviews and misleadingly positive. No help from customer service. Live chat takes over an hour to connect you to a person. Utter waste of time.
