This app is horrible
The most important tasks and functions are hidden. I wanted to send a message to a provider. I couldn’t find the icon. You might want to look at advent health app as an example of a very good and functional app.
This Health Organization is worst
This organization is a joke. All the people in this organization are incompetent, and they don’t care about your children health. All they care about is money. Do yourself a favor and don’t use Nemours is you really care about your children.
Can’t see imaging
I don’t like the fact that I can not view the imaging that was done

This app is 100% User friendly and convenient. I love how I can communicate with the care team and manage schedules.
Why is there never a direct chat option?
Where is the help? The billing section makes no sense and has no real info. The balance “total” they’ve added doesn’t equal the amount it should.

Not Helpful
This app is made for the healthcare worker not for the patient. It allows them to direct you to the app. The way the information is presented is confusing. All the information is not there which means you have to call anyways. I almost wanted to quit going there because of it. However, my child had to be seen by this doctor, giving me no choice. If it was up to me this app would be gone. The money they invested in it I’m sure helped their bottom line massively. Didn’t help the patient one bit.
Ok but could be better
The app is helpful in that I have access to all of my child’s information. The app itself/accessibility is very busy. The Home Screen is overwhelming. It is sometimes difficult to find exactly what I am looking for.

I’m my sons care taker
He turned 18 and a month ago he wrote letter asking that I his mother saying on as he needs me to help with his care and appts etc they disconnected my logon on he made a new one we can’t see his notes medical records I need it for disability we stuck now .
Constant changes
Hard to keep up with how often everything changes within the app. Currently just trying to message our team with an urgent request and cannot find the place to do so.

Easy to use and find info. I like that everything is all on one app. Messaging your healthcare team is quick and easy. Highly recommend
Horrible
As a parent this type of app WOULD be a god send if done correctly. However as a parent and caregiver of a minor I cannot access certain information like her medications (generic names, mg, and intake) I had to create a separate account for again a minor who isn’t even allowed to fill out her own perceptions. Takes away info from the parent who NEEDs IT THE MOST

Super convenient for busy parents
We’ve been able to book appointments directly through the app a few times now, and it works perfectly every single time with zero hassle. It's also really cool to look back at past appointments and keep track of everything in one place especially for seeing growth and milestones over time. It definitely beats having to call the office for every little thing. Highly recommend for any parent!
Doesn’t work to schedule appointments
Every time I try and schedule appointments it says connection error.
No Access
As a parent I fell like i should have access to my child’s appointments, shot records or any surgery’s but because my child is over the age of 12 years old. I don’t have no access to none of those things. And it don’t make no sense but I would still have to pay all the doctors bill for stuff i don’t have access to. I know I can’t be the only parent.
Love This Portal
This is the best thing they could have ever done! This portal is a Godsend and it makes everything so convenient when it comes to ur child Health and Appts. U can reach out to ur child’s care team about anything and they are always quick to respond to whateva concerns u may have. I recommend getting this portal if u haven’t already.

Friendly, easy access
I had no problem creating the account. I just wish there were more options to choose from: Like how to send reminders of when NEOCATE JR NEEDS AN UP DATED PRESCRIPTION since January and several calls have been made. WIC HAS EVEN CALLED US SEVERAL TIMES ASKING ABOUT AN ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN

I’m loving the new update and how you can add your self to the waitlist and how it’s been sending messages when something sooner comes up and gives you a few hours or so to give your life out with your calendar. Thank you for making this so much easier to use.
